Bovada Added a casino bonus to my deposit, bait & switched funds available for poker

Made a deposit for $295 and come to find out they 100% matched it with casino bonus of equal value without asking me if I wanted to be opted in for it. If you have bonus money you can't make a withdrawal. So I go to play off the needless $295 of their useless bonus. As expected, they hit BJ or 6 & 7 card 21s just about every hand. Wasn't a big deal until I realized they were draining my poker account and leaving the casino untouched. Now I cant play poker and have yet even more useless casino cash. Recently, they denied a withdrawal because "I didn't bet enough", claiming anti-money laundering. I had won a tournament for $3800to which I bought in for $22, and explained I couldn't possibly be laundering winnings. Same canned response about having to bet more into the site before I could withdraw funds. Without sports they are bleeding money I'm sure of it, and not at all on the level at this time. Bovada WITHDRAWAL of money from Bovada

When I tried to withdraw my money from Bovada, they stole it. They refused to send it and disabled my account.
I can't contact Bovada because they disabled my account. I can't reset my PIN, which I lost, because they conveniently disabled my account after I initiated the withdrawal.
I can't even call them without a PIN, again convenient. I am also contacting the FCC and the Gaming commission and telling everyone online.
They are simply thieves and criminals.

Bovada sportsbook

Bovada is absolutely horrible with customer service. They will literally do everything in their power bro get over on you. I am incredibly disappointed in their lack of professionalism and their inability to take accountability for crappy systems. This is absolute balderdash. Their platform has had 10 issues occur in the last 3 WEEKS. I'm definitely looking to take further action. I would run away from this site ASAP.

Bovada online casino

I made a deposit of $10 total. One for 7, and another for 3. I use coinbase. A few minutes later my available balance was $6. I contacted the chat feature, and the representative went on to explain that blockchain took the fees in the amount of approximately $4. I looked up both transactions and the fees were a total of $0.02. I rechecked my coinbase account, and the fees were nil. I've tried to ask several times for the approximately 4$ in fees return to me. You are website continues to maintain that it was blockchain that took the fees, but there is indisputable evidence that that is not true. This isn't the first time I've had an issue of this nature, and I'm hoping this can be resolved without being escalated further.

Bovada online sports betting

Tried Bovada Sports Betting website to see if I could make a little extra money for a household emergency. New to this sort of thing, but checked online and saw favorable comments, so gave it a go. Have tried to withdraw winnings but these people refuse to pay for weeks. So many excuses, from technological problems to needing picture ID to do verification for taxation purposes. I've complied but was very reluctant to provide a scanned ID to these people, but they said they wouldn't pay out until they received the same. I still haven't gotten paid. Daily there's a different excuse, and a scripted line about 'keep looking for it' by the customer service people. Deeply concerned since I went to see about filing a complaint and there's a plethora of fraud filings. Now I"m worried that my initial deposit, let alone my winnings, will be paid as promised. This was supposed to be a legitimate sports betting site recognized and regulated by our government, but they don't pay out as promised. Another odd thing is the weird charge on the bank statement. It gave some weird description and foreign country. When I inquired, there was no legitimate explanation, just some weird attempt to blame it on bank routing and payment transfers. Why is the US allowing this site to even be on the internet and to have senator support if it is a hoax? Our country can do better to protect its citizens. I shudder to think what regular betters must have suffered. I'm a little nobody and just took a chance to fix a personal crisis from a flood. It sounds like others have lost much more and do this in good faith, much like going to a brick and mortar casino. If the requirement for scanned ID for taxation is illegitimate, the gvt should be involved. These people are clearly duping thousands of people by requiring ID to pay taxes, and then not paying taxes. I intend to do right by my gvt, but these people sound like they might have nefarious intentions and aren't interested in reporting earnings, but stealing gvt issued ID from Americans. Please help, and if new, beware. Go to somewhere else I suppose, whether for fun or need.

Bovada inaccurate live betting odds scam

I recently made a $500 bet using the bovada live betting platform. I found a soccer game in which 1 team was up 2-0 in the 60th minute. I placed the bet at -1400 knowing my team was up 2-0. Upon checking the scoring on a difference sporting site, I noticed that the opponent had actually score a goal in the 54th minute making the score 2-1. I would have never placed a bet at -1400 for a 2-1 score. They continued to take bets as if the lead was still 2-0 and even decreased the odds to -1650. This is straight up fraud by bovada and they seem to offer no remedy. They shouldn't take action on games they cannot accurately report.

Bovada poker

Bovada is a scam! I often play on my iphone. I was just in a 6 handed NL hold em cash game. I hit a full house on the turn and wanted to call an opponents all in. I tried about 50 times to press the call button. The software would not let me press the call button. This is not a problem with my phone and this has never happened before. The timing was uncanny given the pot was about $50.00. I had the best hand and the software specifically would not allow me to press the call button. The software folded my hand and I lost the pot. Do not play on Bovada!

Bovada fraud and unethical behavior

Bovada is a fraud! They stole my $20000. I lost a lot there, but the moment I started winning on sports betting and reached to $20, 000, they cancelled all my wagers as "line error". "line error" for 50~60 games.. Really? Now forcing me to close my account as they have reduced my max bet limit to $3. Beware!

To provide more details, I bet on table tennis match for outcome as "odd/even number of total sets". I had my ups and downs.. I was betting $100 ~ $250 on each bet. Then I got some winning streak after betting on 10~12 games and reached $2000. I liked it so kept playing.. After playing for 70~80 games I reached to a total of $20000.in between I was playing tennis, golf, nfl, basketball with ups and downs.

But suddenly, bovada cancelled all my bets and took all my winnings with reason as "line errors". When I called they apologized that their market lines were not correct. What the heck? Its simple odd and even, what wasn't correct? And then they said you are a professional better and we are taking your winnings back?

How come I am a professional better I dont understand. If you win they will take your winnings by saying you are professional.. I placed fair bets based on market lines and they cheated me.

My account left with $1000 as they took all the winnings.. This is very unethical and fraud. I lost a lot while playing on bovada. But when I won they just took everything.

Please take some actions against this fraud and help me out.

Bovada sports point spread

I made a sports bet with bovada one day. 2 days later for the same game the point spread was changed to a 2 point difference. So that means that for the same game i could lose but someone else who wagers on that same game may win ! Bovada dose'nt tell people that the point spread in sports may change. If that is the case then i would'nt have bet but waited to get the better point spread.

Wow. You must be the stupidest sportsbook customer ever! Lines are constantly in flux reflecting the amount wagered on either side. The sportsbook doesn't make money by you losing your bet, they make money by balancing the total wagered on both sides of a game, & they keep 10% (hence the -110 price of a game). If you think you can make money on both sides of a bet by taking the opposite side when the line changes, there is nothing preventing you from doing so. Know how lines work before you say something as stupid as what your post stated. [censor].

Bovada bitcoin payout

I have a warning for anyone using "Bitcoin" on Bovada...

I won $9500 and requested a Bitcoin payout. I am new to Bitcoin and so only used "Coinbase" to do my transactions on Bovada to purchase chips to play in the casino. I obtained a "wallet address" from Coinbase thinking that they would send the funds into this wallet, and I gave that address to Bovada.

Bovada sent the funds (without officially notifying me) to that wallet address and sent a link to prove it later. Problem is, that wallet address in on "Blockchain" not "Coinbase", and doesn't apparently belong to me since I wasn't a member of "Blockchain". Now, how I obtained a wallet address from Coinbase that eventually ends up on Blockchain I don't understand...but now, I cannot access the funds as it apparently isn't my "wallet".

So I have $9500 (actually WAY more as Bitcoin has been rising) sitting in a wallet on Blockchain that I can't access. I've naturally asked for assistance from Coinbase, Bovada and Blockchain and they all stonewall me by admonishing "not to use wallet addresses that are not verified".

So Bovada 1) doesn't warn you that Coinbase doesn't like gambling winnings and that Bovada won't transfer winnings into a Coinbase wallet 2) Somehow you can obtain a "personal wallet" address from Coinbase and it can actually go into Blockchain instead! 3) end result is you don't get paid, in my case THOUSANDS of winnings

If anyone has some advice on how to get my money I'd sure appreciate it...this all sounds LIKE A SCAM ON BOVADA'S PART.

Bovada Online casino games and poker

Ive been using Bovada off and on for years depositing $26 here $50 there always resulting in the same outcome. I would lose my monmey in everything. Poker against other people, games of chance and probability, everything from texas holdum to video poker to roullete. Evdrytime I would lose in unbelievable fasion. One time in roullete I had the entire middle of the board covered from 13 - 24 which is 1 in 3 odds. I spun the wheel 26 times in a row where it landed on either the first or third 12 set of #'s. A mathmatical probability so improbable its borderline impossible. I would have better chances hitting the power ball jackpot. Ive seen poker games where someone lost with a full house loses to a four of a kind who loses to a straight fush who loses to a higher straight flush all in the same hand. Obviously all players went all in and people lost hundreds of dollars. This site is so rigged its rediculous and I haved the data to prove it. If anyone knows what to do about this i will gladly provide all my data which is extensive. email me at [protected]@gmail.com

Bovada Sportsbook

I started my account about 3 weeks ago to bet online for football. I made 2 - $250 deposits as there was a bonus promo & I wanted to check them out. Even tho I made the deposits within 30 minutes, they would only give me thee bonus on the first deposit.

Then I heck my bank statement & there were huge international transfer fees! No one told me about this as there web site appears to be in Las Vegas Nevada. On top of my bank charging me a fee, they charges another fee - for what I have no idea!

Last week I had a nice bet pay off & I wanted to roll the $ over for the second football game in the evening. It took them almost 50 minutes to credit my winnings; by this time it was too late to bet on the second game. I told Bovada, I was going to file a complaint & thy put a "hold" on my account!

Now I have $1, 000 in my account that I can't use to bet, as my account is frozen. They are not based in Las Vegas but in Canada; I will be filing a Complaint with the Gaming Board in Quebec on Monday.

Bovada has no idea what - customer service - is; they try to intimidate you & even hang up the phone if you ask for ID. They say they will provide a chat transcript of the phone calls; but I have been waiting for 4 days now.

There are many reputable sportsbooks; don't use Bovada!

If you're betting sports, be aware that you are only permitted to make 1 check withdraw every 90 days! 1 WITHDRAW EVERY 3 MONTHS! if you make a second withdraw, you are charged a $100 fee to make the withdraw. So if you plan on playing and you somehow get lucky and can withdraw, be prepared to make your next deposit last for 3 months because if you play and want to make a check withdraw before the 3 months, you'll be paying $100 to make the withdraw.

They want your money at all costs. Go play on a website that allows you to withdraw when you want to withdraw and won't charge you a large $100 fee just to get your money.

Bovada Sportsbooks

So i have had an account with Bovada for approximately a month now. The first week was filled with issues which should have raised the red flags right there. I was directed to this sight from a good friend. I had $500 to deposit and tried to do so with my bank card. My neighbor stated he had no issues with his card so i figured it was good to go. I immediately had issues. My deposits kept failing. I then received a phone call from bovada in which the representative stated the NetSpend cards work and I should get one of those. So i go out and get a NetSpend card and load $500 (maximum) onto the card. I activate it and try to make a deposit. That card gets declined 3 times and I am locked out for 24hrs.

I understand security and fraud prevention so i get it. The following day i contact NetSpend and they state the card might not have been fully activated yet. Ok so around the time i got locked out I try the card again. Well I guess I was 30 minutes early and it gave me the error about 24hrs again. Ok got it so I figure out the exact time i got locked out the day before and try again after that time. I get a declined message again. So i contact Bovada and ask them what is going on. They offer to try my card again from their side but warn me that I had already attempted it twice that day. (How was the card tried the 1st time if I was supposably locked out?) So after a bit of arguing about that situation i authorize them to try it on their end. I get declined again!

So 24 hours later I try again, guess what? Declined! So i call Bovada and ask them what is going on and they tell me the banks don't like to deposit money to off shore gambling sights. Ok i knew that but you told me NetSpend cards WORK! So here I am spent $3.? for the NetSpend Card and I will never get the full $500 back off it. They transaction fees... So I call NetSpend and they tell me they only see one declined transaction from the first day I had the card. So I call Bovada back and they blame the bank... Its the blame game all the way around. Ok so i decided to cut my losses with NetSpend and get all the money I can off of the card. Next option is Bit Coin. So i do a bunch of research and find a BitCoin ATM near me. (Only way to purchase large amounts of BitCoin in the US) Well the exchange rate at the ATM was horrible I deposited $520 into this ATM, I was dead set on getting money on the account. So now I have about $490 in my BitCoin Wallet. Well Bovada has poor exchange rates as well! By the time everything was all said and done I deposited $481 into my bovada account.

On August 18, 2016 at 8:30am Mountain Time I placed what was suppose to be a single game wager on the Detroit Tigers to win. I risked 102.77 to win 97.88. Later that Day I placed another wager on the Houston Astros to win. I then noticed that the Detroit Tigers was still an open wager after the Detroit Tigers had won 90 minutes prior. At that time I noticed that they were actually placed as a Series wager. Bovada is very confusing in this as they mix all the games and series wagers together. You really have to pay attention!

I contacted customer service knowing that there was nothing that could be done about the Detroit Tigers Series but was hoping that I could at least have the Houston Astros changed before the game started in 45 minutes. Customer Service stated that is why they have a review screen prior to the confirmation. But even in the Review the "Series" is mostly cut off. So i requested to speak with a supervisor who could hopefully help me. I was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes before the line got disconnected... I immediately called back and spoke to another Customer Service Rep who pulled up my account and put me back on hold. I sat on hold for over 35 minutes until the game started. At this point I hung up. I felt that it was intentionally done. But 2 minutes prior to the game starting I placed a counter bet to try to minimize my loses and considered it a lesson learned.

So I hope for the best on the series, hoping Detroit Wins and the Astros lose. If Detroit wins I would be up $98 and if the Astros lose it will be a wash. I notice both of them are a 4 game series starting on 8/18/16 and going until 8/21/16. So on the morning of 8/20/16 both Series are tied with two games left so it could go either way. On the morning of 8/21/16 I'm placing additional wagers and notice that the series wagers had been settled. With Detroit losing and the Astros winning. Im baffled at this point as to why they have been settled with one more game left in the series. So I wait until today 8/22/16 to see what the results of the series are and the Astros won so no sense in arguing that wager but Detroit tied it up. So at this point the wager should be considered NO ACTION.

I contact Bovada customer support on 8/22/16 at approximately 12:00 pm mountain time, having an idea of how it would play out but hoping for the best. Upon speaking with their customer service department i was given the answer i was expecting. They stated that the wager was settled properly and that I need to read the conditions of the wager. I had already done that. Paraphrasing the conditions, the first two games but be played on the scheduled date or it is considered no action. So I state this to the Rep and tell her it doesn't say anything in there about being settled after 3 games. She replied back that it also doesn't say anything about a 4th game.

I couldn't help but laugh and told her that is my point exactly. It is public knowledge that this was a 4 game series and I bet on the "Series" At this point she just starts repeating herself like a broken record. So i ask to speak to supervisor. Upon speaking to the supervisor i got the same story about the conditions and how she is just following policy. I ask her to quit repeating herself and provide me with her supervisor. I get told there is no one else available at the moment. So i tell her ok have your supervisor give me a call. She then tells me she can have another supervisor call me but it will be the same answer. I tell her i didn't want to speak with "another supervisor" but rather her boss. She starts repeating herself again. I told her to stop and either provide me with her boss, fix the issue, or I would start legal procedures against them for fraud. Now I know there really isn't much I can do legally but trying to sway the decision.

So at this point I sent an email to their customer service department hoping it will be escalated beyond the asian call center and i will get a different response and now I am beginning the cycle of posting negative reviews everywhere.

If your going to use Bovada Sportsbooks i highly recommend you look else where. The juice they take out is pretty high compared to other sports books and they are out to try to cheat you out of your money. Since this issue started I have looked at other sports books and betting exchanges.

Bovada Online poker

This site is an absolute scam. Never in my life of playing sit in tournaments have seen so many great hands dealt so frequently. When I play and go on a run it seems like there is an agenda to take the money back for instance:

Today I started with 50 dollars and got 350. I was dealt a pair of Aces, the flop gave me 3 of kind Aces. I lose to 4 of a kind 6's. Ok...

3 hands later I am dealt another pair of Aces. I am raising the ante big everyone folds except on player. We both go all in and he wins with a straight he picks up on the turn and river lol!

Its rigged and I doubt the straight was an actual player!

These scenarios will happen more in one hour playing at bovado then in your lifetime on a real table ! SCAM!

Bovada Poker room

After experiencing very unusual poker play with Bovada Poker, and having lost over 1, 200.00 in a weeks time I am registering this complaint. I will not say I am a poker pro but I have been playing for 15 years and I have lost so many hands that defy the laws of statistics. I have lost so many hands when I was favored to win by 96%. I am not a sore loser. But I highly suspect that this site is cheating the poker community. I have played at other online poker sites and I have never experienced anything like it. I am uninstalling the software and will never play at Bovada again. I would just like to give a warning to anyone considering playing on their site. It seems obvious to me that something very suspect is going on at Bovada.

Bovada Horses

If anyone should read this. "DO NOT" use Bovada to Gamble on the Horses. They are shady and fraudulent in their practices. Today I wagered on a race well before the race took place and the out come is that I won $207.80 from the race. After the race was over I noticed that my account was credited back the amount that I originally had in my account which was $9.66 cents. After calling their Customer Service, and speaking with their rep. I was told some odd answer that my wager was voided because the bet was done seconds after the race had started. I told the rep that doesn't make any sense because when I have wagered on a racer after the fact I would get a message stating that wagering on the race cannot be made. I clearly explained to the rep, but he was missing the point. He kept on eluding to the fact that I made the bet when seconds after the race, even though my ticket was placed 4 minutes well before the race. I asked him than why didn't I get the message. He couldn't answer my question and kept eluding to a scripted message he kept on repeating. After going back n forth and pleading my case. I told the rep to cancel my account, and to keep the $9.66 cents in the account because of the shadiness and bad practices they have going on.

As far as my account goes they did not delete my account, but instead disabled it. When I asked them what about my bank card information and if they could remove my card that from their system. I immediately told them that was a Security Breach. Accounts should be disabled but the credit card information should be removed in case their company gets hacked my information doesn't get compromised. The Rep stuttered and couldn't answer my question. I than hung up the phone because I was getting nowhere.
