Ever since I bought this lounge suite in February 2023 it has gone for repairs twice. I have lodged the 3rd complaint asking to be given an opportunity to change this lounge suite. The last complaint was lodged 0n the 22nd of January 25 but to date I have not received any communique from whoever who must assist. spoke to the lady who assisted me and the impression I'm getting is that they are still going to come and assess and take it for repairs. I just want the lounge suite to be changed or be refunded what I have paid.
