I cancelled my lay-bye sales order [protected] on the 16th September, not by choice because the store called me to say they no longer stock the product I lay-byed(I have no issues with that). The store promised 3 to 5 working days for the money to be refunded in my bank account and up until today l still have not received my money. The branch has made several follow up to the head office to release the money but still did not get any assistance. When l call the call center (reference number [protected]) to find out why there is delays, I am told about the head office. The so called resolution centre is very useless, they clueless and failed to help me. We are on the firth week now and I am feeling helpless, frustrated and disappointed.

On Friday 29th September 2017, I went to Bradlows South Gate and bought Houghton Lounge Suite and Contempo TV stand and paid R20 000 deposit. They said they will deliver on Sunday and to date i have not received my delivery. Then on Tuesday 03rd October 2017 went back to the store to settle the outstanding balance of R12 248.90 so that they can deliver but till now they are telling me about lots of authorisations. Till now i have not received my order yet I have paid cash for the items.

I bought a genuine leather lounge suite for R 20000 with interest comes up to R30 000 at bradlows but noe after a year it started tearing so much and looks so ugly i got someone in to look at it and my shock when he told me this is not genuine leather... Wow... which im paying R30 000 for fake? Wow i sumbmitted a letter to bradlows as confirmed by mt lawyer and its been almost 2 weeks now theu dont respond. Pathetic at all
Same here..I was told that it is a genuine leather lounge suite. We paid over R 25 000 for it, with all the interest to add on. Find out recently that it is not genuine leather. Never ever again I will buy furniture from Bradlows again. Service is terrible. Four week ago they picked up by 3-seater recliner because some screws etc fell out when my husband opened the recliner seat. Till today nobody can tell me where my couch is. Still waiting for it.

I bought a TV stand from Bradlows Lusikisiki beginning of August and they advised me to pay for delivery so that they can assemble the stand for me and so that the stand can be under warranty aswell. They took a whole week to deliver the stand. The delivery man said they don't assemble, another team will come and assemble the stand for me. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for them to come and assemble the stand for me. They don't even bother to call me. I have to call them and ask. Please help. Tjis is beyond poor customer service.

bad and poor quality in their products
I bought a Bedroom room suite on the 13th of February, It was delivered 3 days after the purchase and has had problems since day 1. We complained about the drawers and one of the side table drawers not opening ad some being skew. They said it was the supplier and they are still doing business with that supplier. They came with another one which after several attempts of getting any help but it was also faulty. Eventually they decided to bring a new one which the drawers are now broken after five months. This is really not a way to treat customers who worked really hard for their money and give them bad quality of furniture which costs a fortune and still not do anything to make them happy when your products are not up to standard. Bad Products and the service is outrageous.

I bought above mentioned items cash r10.000.00 on the 4th july 2017 they did not have the goods in store i was told it will take a week it took 2weeks eventually it was delivered then the manager said they will come back to assemble it that was on the 17 of july iam still waiting for them to come assemble the bad i have called 15 times and personnaly went there 8times the saleslady patricia send me to the manager the manager tells me he has lot of work i must wait he is still looking for people to assemble the bed or i must look for people to do it for me how absurd is this! i asked him what about product knowledge because i cannot just take anybody from the street they must come assemble it. That guy he is just down right rude sooooo unproffessional and arrogant he said i must do whatever i want to do but he cannot leave what he is busy with and attend to me i can wait! really! why did i buy the bed then if i did not need it? please iam pleading for your urgent intervention im soooo frustrated by this i have been phoning countless numbers trying to get assistance but to no avail i dont even know if bradlows have head office because the phones just rings when eventually it is answered only to find out they are either financial services or something else then given another number this is just crazy . I bought a furniture from Bradlows in Pinetown. It is under insurance by JDC. I've reported that the good was not in good condition for many times.They fixed the goods at home for three times already. I've reported again as the doors was not properly closed, the screws and hinches were loose doors were broken down. They sent guys to collect the goods, then they brought it back in worse condition it was damaged and not the same in design. I decided to send it back again. I then went to Pinetown to report the matter with photos to the manager, but surprisingly he left me in his office and attended another client. I went out crying and in anger.
When they brought the goods for the second time, it was completely worse, and that's when I sent it back for the third time. I don't knw what to do anymore, this furniture was paid up on 01-01-2017 but still insured. I'm desperate I've even reached the point whereas I feel I don't need this furniture anymore and I just want my money back or call me to choose new furniture but then they refused both of my offers and said the head office will decide. The problem is while the furniture is being loaded and offloaded it gets in a worse condition.

Hi Khetha here I am not happy with the service I have been getting from Bradlows/Morkels regards to the death claim I made with them, early June I made a death claim for the late Makhosazana [protected] at Bradlows/Morkels in Vosloorus I left all the necessary documentation with them then on the 8th of June I received an SMS stating the claim was received from JDG insurance with a ref: FLO-170607-6jt, I then called [protected] that was on the SMS alerting me about the claim i spoke to the lady by the name of lindiwe she said to me the claim was to be processed but they will phone if there's anything needed till today no word from JDG I then emailed new documents to Neo on the 28th June 2017, on the 29 June 2017 I sent Neo an email to find if he did receive the email I sent to him but no reply from Neo. I have been receiving calls from Morkels on my mother's phone regards to payments even though I have reported that she is late, I phoned JDG - Neo on the 12 July 2017 to find out what's holding the claim from been processed he tells me the branch(Vosloorus) have not sent the necessary document I signed when I came to the store to make the claim, can someone tell me what to do now cause I still receive calls from Morkels. This has to be worst service I have received in my entire life, SIMPLY CAUSE there's no communication I am the one that needs to keep phoning you, this is really not on. If this is the service Bradlows/Morkels offer their customers I am SORRY it is very BAD very very BAD Please phone the branch find out what's the delay about and phone me on [protected] ASAP

I do not think this forum works...Morkels salesman lied to me...i bought a leather suite but half of it was fake..and is all cracked now. I have complained numerous times..but Morkels does not answer. I also contacted the branch in Nelspruit who said they will send somebody out. I used the cream I bought with the suite to clean it. I need some answer I need my lounge suite fixed/replaced/refunded. The photos are not the same couch 3 seater and 2 seater.

I put down a laybuy in December for a fridge at Bradlows Potchefstroom, about two weeks back I paid it off and was told that the fridge was not in stock. The fridge was only available at Bradlows Rosslin and I was told that I will get it by last week Friday. I called and still the Friday was not picked up yet, I called again today im told that at the branch where the fridge is they don't have a bubble wrap so that is what's holding my fridge. I hope and pray that my fridge doesn't cone with scretches otherwise I don't want it I want my money back. Its nice when they receive money but when they have to deliver its a problem. We also bought a Sony Mgongo sound system in 2014, the dvd player has never worked since we bought it, we took it about four times for repairs but it was never fixed until today we even finished paying off s product that doesn't work. This was my last time buying at Bradlows.

I am hereby lodging a formal complaint regarding this issue. I reported to your store that the screws of the dressing table are coming off the doors and mirrors. The headboard has also came off the the pedestals. Now I am being told to pay for the repairs of this. That bedroom suit has been there since it was delivered by your own people. It was never moved to anywhere. I therefore fail to understand that it is of my own negligence.
Your treatment is definitely unfair and unacceptable to me. I am paying a lt of money in installments, but now I am expected to pay for the damages that I am not responsible of. I doubt very much if this is a correct way of dealing with your loyal clientele. I am not prepared to pay for this quote as I am not responsible for these damages. This furniture has been with you for the last 2 months already and I kept quite with the hope that you are attending to this matter. Please return it and I will rather find other ways of dealing with this matter.

Hi, my name is Ian contact number [protected] I bought an LG Home Theatre System (ARX8500) cash sale R R6999.95 on 21-12-2016, I noticed the amplifier did not read USB devices and the DVD player does not read CD’s and the HDMI port does not work. l went to the shop and reported the damage I waited 2 weeks for collection three weeks later they brought back the very same goods not repaired. I took everything back and after 2 weeks I received a call from the store manager that the items are back in the store but they will not fix the DVD player as it is not covered on the warrantee. To my surprise both items have stickers indicating the warrantee, and my question is the first time both items we repaired according to the store, second time around only one item is not covered. I have logged a complaint with head office and awaiting feedback. I’m truly disappointed with the service a have received at Bradlows Festival Mall Kempton Park.

I bought safari wall bedroom's it was delivered on March 2016 after two weeks I noticed a damage l went to the shop and reported the damage I waited 10 months for collection three weeks later they brought back the very same goods not repaired l never accept it they went back with it two weeks later again they brought the very damaged goods not repaired. now is almost a year just imagine how incoveneit my bed room is.

I bought leader coaches and they are damaged now I have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to come and collect the items, mind you I stay 10 minutes away from the warehouse but I was not allowed to drop the items off.

I keep being told ny application is in process... how unprofessional to give invalif info... had i been told that 2 weeks minimum is the waiting period ... i probably would use another shop... we are customers and we are treated like garbage... no one ever makes a follow up with or the courtesy to call and advise how far things are...

Bought a leather suite cash for r19000.00 end of 2016 bradlow's paarl
1. The phone number on the invoice is not that of the shop.
2. 2 rubbers were missing on the 3 seater and made marks on my laminated floor. Informed the manager and said he will be get the rubbers from the factory.Rubbers came manager called me and said they will be at my home the next day at 08:30 the morning i waited till 16:00 and phoned, then the salesman explained why he could not come, (Is the customer not first?) . I had to make that call, no-one from the shop called to inform me that they won't come still that day. Next day salesman person came to fix the problem, the rubbers anyone could see its not new, not in any packaging. I showed him the problem of the 3 seater, left hand side much lower than the right hand side, if recline then the seat pulls further away from the middle seat. Salesman could not de assemble the seat, called the manager to get the assemble person but he bluntly refused. Until today the manager of bradlow paarl have not contacted me again, the single seat start to give problems as well- very loose. Could you please send an artisan to fix my suite, please do not send the people from paarl or ask that manager to contact me again. He made a deal and the customer he does not care about, even with the 2 year guarantee.

There is a Hisense 516Ltr SBS Fridge H670SG that were advertised for R6999.95 and was valid until 14 January 2017. There is no indication that it is only limited stock. I paid for one on the 29th of December 2016 after the manager and the sales lady checked for stock availability. I was told that there are 4 available. This was at the Potchefstroom branch. The fridge was supposed to delivered the Saturday, after I told the manager I will fetch it myself he said that he has arranged that it will be delivered at my house straight from the factory, no extra charge. Saturday morning I received a phone call that there was no fridge available (after I was told there are 4 available) but not to worry they are looking for one for me, and will keep me updated. After a week I went to the store to find out what is happening. Story after story. Eventually I went back to the store again cause the manager is not getting back to me and I was told sorry no fridges are available anymore, but I can have a Samsung fridge instead. I said I will come and have a look. The Manager told me that I have to come and look at it on Friday the 13th, but I told him I will only be able to get there on Saturday. I went to the store and looked at the Sansuief ridge, which are selling for something like R8000. At first I said I will take it because I need a fridge, but then I decided that this is a complete rip off. I bought a fridge that was advertised for R6999.95 which normally sells for R14000.00. Now I must be happy with an R8000.00. I want the same deal on another Hisense Fridge selling at R14000.00 if the one I paid for already is not available. I then at least get what I was offered. The Manager is also not doing his job or keeping his promises. I had to go to the store eveytime to find out what is going on, and everytime he has a different story. He is arrogant and not making any effort at assisting me unless confronted.
