I work in fast food, at chick-fil-a, which serves breakfast until 10:30 am. At our store, we do allow people to order lunch early if they are willing to wait. I was so disappointed to walk into braums one morning and be denied lunch because it was too early. I asked if they would make lunch if people specifically asked for it, especially since they were slow. Still they refused to serve me lunch. It's so disappointing to see that customers are treated so poorly in such a large chain restaurant that it so popular. Braums, please look at the example of businesses around you who are known for their excellent customer service, or you'll continue to lose business. Thanks!
I just returned from the braums I frequent at fayettevile road and pointer trail in van buren ar. the young man who served me was very dirty. His clothes were awful. brown stains and red stuff all over his white shirt and his hair was dirty. I approached the manager and told her I didnt think he should be serving food. she said who was I to judge this poor young man who had lost his parents recently and was on his own for the first time. I said I wasnt judging-only his cleanliness. She said he was doing the best he could. I replyed in that case maybe you should help him. She just kept on about me judgin him and not giving him a chance. I asked her name and she said it is jenna walton. The service that evening was really really awful. one lady returned her sadwich four times. An elderly gentleman had to wait forever to get part of his order they had omitted.
Were they rude about it? Did they violate policy
So i just went to Braums on camp bowbie in fort worth Tx. And i orderd i think its the number 3 the jalepeno jack. And first they were rude so i get to the first window n my total is 6.92 and i gave the lady a 20 n she gives me 8 dollars back now idk how it went from 6.92 up to 12 dollars and she doesn't even give me a receipt. So i go to the next window get home n open the sandwich up its was full of jalapeno peppers like a hand full was just throwen on there. Worst service ever.
Chick Fil A and Braums are completely different in ways of service, I worked at a CFA and it was practically manditory that we ask people to wait until lunch would be served unless we had the ability and time to make the lunch order. Braums doesn't have to do anything, if their sign says lunch starts at 11am, then it starts at 11am. Quit complaining about stupid little things, CFA and Braums are nothing alike, nor will they ever be anything alike. You could walk into Mcdonalds, Burger King, or Hardee's and get told the same thing...
I ordered #5 grilled chicken sandwich to go. When I stopped to east the sandwich, the chicken was so hard and burnt I couldn't eat it. Would love to have a refund $6.00 is a lot to buy a sandwich and feed it to the cats. Is Braums so hard up they can't hire decent help. This makes 2 or 3 times this has happened to me and I' growing tired of it, and you can't seem to complain directly to Braums, much less get a refund. Guess I will have to find another place to eat.
I am living in Choctaw, Oklahoma and we are very unhappy with the manager and most of her workers. Tables are always dirty and food is cold and quite often the wrong order . The catsup is usually empty. We have lived here for 10 years and our church people go to Braums 2 times a week after church services. This has not always been an issue until the last few months. Please look at this store because you have lost business and have gained a bad reputation.
