very very bad service
Dont book w bravofly I'd like to report this because I cannot receive money refund from bravofly. On march 15, 2012 I booked on-line the flight to prague, one week later I changed my mind (My plans have changed) and I tried to cancel my order. For my great surprise it turned out that cancel the order on-line is impossible. I have long phone calls with...

Do not book with bravofly - I booked my flights with them and now realized that I needed to change the booking, bravofly refuses to let me talk to somone directly about this, normally with a travel agent you can do this straight away. Insted you get put throguh to a customer services representative who then puts in your request to the back office, in turn they cannot tell you how long it is until they get back to you with potential dates for changes in the meantime the flight price is going up - nightmare never ever again by far the worse online travel company I have ever booked with dont do it!
Thanks James, I too went through a horrible experience with Bravofly, it is completely impossible to change the flights, and these customers services emails that they post are just farces so that people checking b4 they book flights think its ok. Trust me they have no customer services nor do they allow you to change your flight with them. do not book with them!
flight booking
Booked a flight on line - paid for it only to be told sorry - we can't book this flight for you as the price has gone up and they wanted some more money. OK, I have my money back but I would stay well away from this site. I missed the easyjet sale as a result of this and it has cost me about £60 extra.

LOL the whole internet with bravofly answers "Im sorry"
And just to add to this...After i asked to speak to the call agents supervisor, i was hung up on. I will also give bad reviews to my friends and family who fly quite often and also arrange flights for their work places. VERY UNHAPPY customer.
Bravofly is extremely poor at customer service. We booked a family trip to see a relative, but before we left we realised we needed someone to stay an extra day but when we tried to call and change the flight, NO ONE ANSWERED! for 2 days we tried calling and finially, 10 minutes before we left, they answered! By this point they advised that it was too late to change it and they were not permitted. To me, for a travel agent only to take requests like this over the phone AND THEN NOT ANSWER is utterly disgusting. I will NOT be booking with bravofly again due to this, we paid a lot of money for you people to mess us around. You should be ashamed in a time where people cant always afford to travel!

airline nonreservation
I went to book a flight after someone on a website said they were good (must have been a shill). Went back and forth over 2 days, making sure of times with my husband. Decided to leave at 3:15 from Vence to Naples. went to bravofly.com and chose THAT flight, double checked on payment page and paid. WHen I received the confirmatiion email, I checked the flight and IT WAS A LATER ONE THAT HAD BEEN 3" BELOW ON THE PAGE! Several calls to change flight over days, each one being charged a fee. That's the start of your lies, Sofia of Bravofly.j The phone number in the states DOESN"T work at all. The calls don't go through.
Finally decided to cancel due to difficulties and rudeness and wanted a full refund, or at least the amount of refund you'd expect here if you cancelled a flight, perhaps 10%-20%.
I contacted my credit card company and they put a temporary hold. In the meantime, Bravofly sends me an email of a $63 refund for $400+ tickets I NEVER CHOSE. Emails from them in response to mine are full of lies. They insisted I made the wrong choice, then they said I clicked to them through another website and THAT website made the booking error! Stuff like that. Refuse to take responsibility that websites can make errors like that!
Received a call today that Bravofly will not accept my credit from the credit card! And here's the catch-22...the only proof I can submit would be confirmation of the flight I wanted! A joke, right? Now how could I do that If I never received the flight I wanted?
I don't know what other recourse I have being in the US and where they are. If anyone knows any legal recourse I might have I would love to hear it. Otherwise, I am being robbed of $400+_ for a flight I didn't want and the calls I made that they charge for(!) to correct the error THEY MADE. Perhaps they think all Americans are rich? I saved long and hard for this trip and $400 is a HUGE amount to us.
If there could be some way to rectify this in a appropriate, legal manner, please let me know. Thank you,
Update: I received my full refund and a call today from customer service. It was a pleasant gentleman who assured me I would not be sued and I agreed that I would let it be known that they did provide a full refund. End of story.
I won't as today I received an email telling me of the full refund. I have to say, from what I've read about different country's consumer laws, I'm suspecting they chose Switzerland as their headquarters for a reason; Switzerland has NO consumer protection agency or FTC. They would be severely prosecuted here in the US for their deceptive practices. I have by now read MANY similar complaints related to website, internet issues along with poor customer service and miniscule refunds for these website errors for which the consumer is always blamed. There are MANY similar complaints and if it were in the US, boy, would their ### be grass! I guess I got my refund the way a few others did...the power of the (pen) internet.
thank you all.
I have now. I cannot remember, but I am sure it was an ok site with the referral since I tend to spend hours reviewing these things. For some reason, at the time I booked, I could find none of all the negative reviews or I NEVER would have gone to their site. Anyone know if they can sue for my comments if they are true? They don't have any more proof than I do about the clicks I made, but their legal department has contacted me and said to prove they are legit they will refund the entire amount if I desist in these negative comments a nd npost positive ones, along with a comment that THEY would pursue me. I'm doubting they can do that or everyone who posts a complaint on the internet would be sued!

I booked a ticket from Bravofly-Trip advisor about a month ago. It seemed I didn't find any bad reviews on them so I went ahead and booked a Melbourne-Perth- Mauritius connecting flight with a 2hour gap in-between flights. I didn't know until after I booked that they were based in Switzerland so when I saw that on their confirmation email, I decided to call them to ask whether I can take any insurance in case of missed flights etc. They said 2 hours was ample and the Bravofly No Problem would cover all these things. So I bought their "insurance" as well as a QBE travel insurance since something sounded dodgy about the fact I had to pay 6 euros per minute for customer service that is not even near Australia. Unfortunately I missed my flight after a flat tyre and didn't get there in time for baggage drop so when I called Mike, a very very very rude guy on the phone with a "get stuffed" attitude, he practically forced me to cancel my whole flight with no guarantee or partial refund. When I got home and re booked tickets- this time with an Australian site- I sent them an email, they were not the least concerned of their extremely poor customer service, and decided on a Sunday- 4 hours after I contacted them that my refund would be 143 EUROS IN A VOUCHER TO USE LESS ADMINISTRATION FEES from my 1255 Euro ticket. I am searching a way to recover at least my return flight costs since they can resell it to somebody else. I am so angry, I will find a way to sue them somehow, this is my mission
They are useless and very rude. Never heard of having to wait 24 hours for a flight confirmation before. Not very helpful when you have to book a connecting flight!
Bravofly are quick enough to take your money, in fact they do so as soon as you finish your booking on line, but then they send you an e-mail saying that it could take 24 hours to get confirmation and that you should not book a connecting flight until you get the said confirmation. I called my credit card provider as soon as I received that e-mail, thinking that this was not quite right, and was told that the payment had already gone through although Bravofly assures you that the money WON'T be taken until the booking has been confirmed. I called Bravofly to ask what was going on and eventually asked them to cancel my flight, ( which is allowed if your flight has not been confirmed). I was then told that it could take up to 7 DAYS to get the refund!
And on top of that, despite their wonderful advertising, it turned out that I booked the same flight direct from the airline for £10 less!
What a scam!
I just received a call from American Express. My card info got stolen and used for a Bravofly ticket. I have never used Bravofly, but wonder what their online secure payments policy is like. Beware !...
please do not use their website
I booked flights using bravofly and there was a mistake with the spelling of one of the names and then I was told to cancel the flight and rebook. I was promised a refund but then once I cancelled I was told that I would only receive 90 euros of the 1400 euros I have paid.
I have made a complaint to the bravofly customer service email address but they are trying to get out of paying my refund. It looks as though the website is a scam.
Please do not use their website.

Never never use this agency. Nor should you trust and go by simona@bravofly.com and Sofia@Bravofly.com 's word that they would look into your cases personally. they would just say this for the audience, in public. the reality of the situation is that they would just ignore your emails to them.
please do not book through bravofly. book directly with the airlines itself. bravofly charges agency fees, credit card fees and by the time you buy the flight ticket, the final charges would no longer resemble the amount you begin the booking with. the charges are not tiny or reasonable. they are exhorbitant and they charge each individual, even though you mad a full payment through a single transaction. if this is not theft, i don't know what is.
I can identify completely with the complaints, as I have also had a devastating experience with Bravofly.com. After paying £2487.88 for three tickets to
London, (with a transit through NJ), my children and I were unable to board the flight. The Airline attendant explained that since we did not have USA visas, we could not board the flight. We were in tears. When we contacted Bravofly.com they told us the tickets now had no value because the outbound flight was not used. No assurance was given that we would get a refund, even though; we were not informed during the purchase that a USA visa was compulsory to make use of the tickets, as a result of the transit. Our family is heartbroken because we missed the graduation of my daughter and now we have no tickets to attend her wedding which is in August. Bravofly.com did not exercise due care in ensuring we were informed of the terms and conditions of the purchase. I emailed customer care to explain our plight and asked that they place a notification for a US visa on the purchase page...that has now been done. But it is too late for my family and me. After four years of many jobs and hard saving to make this purchase we are broken hearted to be forced to miss our daughter's graduation and wedding. Customers have rights too. This is so unfair...I am currently pursuing legal action. This site confirms my suspicion that Bravofly.com is less than credible in its dealings with customers.
DO NOT BOOK WITH BRAVOFLY - I needed to change my flights, when I called up I was not able to find out the costs of the changes, all that I was told was that back office would get back to me on the subject. When I asked how long it would take for them to get back to me they said it could be almost a week, it seems like they are clearly creating a distance between their customer services and customers I bet there is going to be a whole series of administrative problems when I try to change my flight - not good
PLEASE DO NOT USE BRAVOFLLY WEBSITE! I am also very angry about the extra admin charges Bravofly has charged me on my Ryanair flights to Pisa. The charges were not explained properly and there was a rush to purchase the tickets because Bravofly kept informing me that the prices are changing. I paid £1308.28 for 4 tickets plus an extra of £46.41 on top. This charge was not fully explained at the point of purchase and I assumed it was a charge by the airline. I feel cheated when Bravofly advertise it to offer the lowest fares but with their charges on top, this is impossible! I also cannot find the complaints department to liaise with Bravofly regarding this matter. I find this very unprofessional and definitely not putting the customers first. It also advertises to be able to use American Express for the purchases but when I were to pay that option was not available. This is very misleading.
waste of money, do not use
I used travelsupermarket.com to search for tickets, and chose one with Wizz Air, but somehow found myself booking with a company called Bravofly. I noticed that the price had increased by £10 pounds when I went to payment, but I thought that was just the tickets price going up; it seems actually it was the agency adding an extra charge on top-- for doing nothing! I could have gone directly to Wizz Air and bought the ticket without the extra cost.
Then I tried to find out how to check in, and couldn't find that info; I had to phone Wizz Air (freaking out that I'd been scammed by a fake company), and was partly relieved to discover they had a record of the ticket. Nonetheless, they told me I had to check in at the airport-- and it remains to be seen whether I might incur an extra charge for that or not.
I'd tried phoning Bravofly, and twice, after a brief introductory message, found myself listening to the sounds of a busy call centre-- but no one was talking to me. There's something really wrong with this company; do not waste your time using them, just go directly to the airline's own websites.

Avoid!
They make a lot of mistakes that in the end means charging you a random sum of money that is much higher than what was originally advertised. Customer service is nonexistent, e-mails are not answered.
I booked a flight to Dusseldorf paid by my bankers card, after 24 hours they informed me that there was a technical hitch and that my booking had been cancelled When I spoke to a representative about the refund of my money she (Arianne) told me that he had been put in my bank 3pm on that day! Imagine my surprise when it is still not in my bank and I have just been told it will take 1-10 days to return to my bank. It took less than a couple of seconds to go into their account and yet they are keeping MY MONEY for 10 days! What interest are they making on such transactions? I will be speaking to my solicitor and I will be informing everyone I know on facebook not to book with this company...it would be helpful if anyone knows their customer complaints department e-mail or address so that I can tell them what I think of their service!

indirect flights
Really angry with their booking system which gave me a flight option which then required paying another 95 Euros at the airport. The flight was not direct, it went through Milan and arrived there at 00:20 and the next flight was at 07:45. A long time to wait overnight, but I thought I'd sleep in the airport and it was the cheapest flight option. What I failed to notice was that in the flight details it said the first flight arrived in one airport, and the second flight left from another. This wouldn't be too much of a problem during the day, a bit of a surprise maybe, and a 15 Euro bus from one airport to the other. But at gone midnight there were no buses and the airport was closing so there were no staff around to help me. I don't speak Italian and had no Euros on me as I wasn't expecting to need them. Luckily my card worked at the cashpoint and I had to get a taxi from one airport to the other, costing me 95 Euros.
Contacting Bravofly they have dismissed my complaint because the booking details do state the different airports. Which is true. However in my opinion there should have been a big flashing red warning that booking these flights would require a 95 Euro transfer. It was an easy thing to miss when you are not expecting the flights to be in different airports, I didn't think to check and I'm guessing other people would easily make the same mistake. Or, really, these sorts of flights shouldn't even be on offer. Who would knowingly book a flight that required such an expensive taxi transfer?! If I book a flight from one place to the next I expect my flights to get me there, without me having to pay to travel inbetween as well.

Bad service
I am very disappointed because the service you provided was unsatisfactory because I had still not received a confirmation email on the 16th of September, one day before my departure. When I booked the flight there was no information given to me that the flight was not confirmed yet. I provided my credit card details and received a booking number. By doing...

Very very poor customer service CRapppppppppppppppppppppppp
Cancelled our flights and no response and now the customer service don't give a crap. And I know this is the worst customer service so I requesting a refund. they will make you wait and don't give answers. And the representatives are so rude it unbelievable
Dam I wish I can take it further any help would be appreciated
I must warn people about using Bravo Fly to book flights. To make any changes is almost impossible you are asked to wait upto 24 hours for a call back. If you book direct with the airline this is very simple. The delay in returning a phone call cost me the opportunity to travel because the few remaining seats on the flights were sold.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
