Awaiting Full Refund for cancelled air tickets
I had booked air tickets from Dublin to Mumbai in October 2021. The flights were with Turkish Airlines and I booked the tickets through Bravofly.
Due to Covid related travel restrictions, Turkish Airlines cancelled these flights and on 6th November 2021 I intimated Bravofly and requested for a refund.
Bravofly had acknowledged my email and communicated to me on 11th November 2021 that they have initiated a refund request with Turkish Airlines.
Since 11th November till date, I have been following up with Bravofly and they just have one answer to give me, "Awaiting response/refund from the Airlines"
It's 3 months and I'm quite worried about my refund as I've tried contacting Turkish Airlines directly too. They say the ticket is still open and I need to contact Bravofly as they (Turkish Airlines) can't entertain me any further.
I've contacted Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland but they are unable to help me since Bravofly are based in Switzerland which is outside the EU.
Can anyone let me know if you are/were in a similar situation and if you have made any complaint with a regulatory body or have received your refund?
Can anyone provide their suggestion?

Bravofly: Refund is pending since 8 months
The bravofly aka lastminute.com has been keeping it pending of my refund request. THe money has been refunded by the airlines a long time and this agency is not refunding it to our bank account.
The customer service just responds that it is in pending state and someone is working. Without any given estimated time of approval, it is just dragging for months and goes to years.

Cheating service
Bravofly is a cheating service. I have purchased the flights from them from Canada to USA in 2020 and then Covid19 took place. They then promised to refund me but it never happens no matter how hard I have tried to contact them till now.
I will not give it up and keep taking further actions against them. Those who plan to buy from Bravofly should stay away from them.

100% right. A big cheater

For the past week I have been trying to call the centre in UK from India (the call is not free) and after 5 whole mins before someone picks up, I get told the same thing. I basically want to rebook my flight from the 22 of Jan to the 3rd of Feb and its the same story. They finally managed to send a link to confirm the rebooking, which doesnt work. This is absolute nonsense. The online chat facility doenst work. No email id that is being monitored. My flight is in 3 days and I dont know if I an going to be flying or not. I have had to go throught all this drama only becuase BRAVOFLY couldnt/cant function efficiently.
The online portal is total cr**. Doesnt let you manage/modify your booking. How difficult is it to call the airline and cofirm if the seats are available or not? I wasted 5 whole days before BRAVOFLY could reply as a result my fare price has gone up. Is BRAVOFLY going to pay for the difference? NO I dont think so, then why do you take so long and after so many phone calls to take an action or pretend to? Worst service I have ever used.

i'm having exactly the same experience at present. i've done the same full circle, or paying extra to have a "flexible ticket" and (supposed!) travel assistance, but have the errors on the confirmation of accepting the quotation for making those changes, and errors on managing the booking (in customer area) and then the 3-4-working-day wait on confirmation of the changes made, then only to be emailed to say these changes can't be made as the price has now gone up!
I agree it's a joke of a service! Why tell customers during the booking its a flexible ticket, when through their service, there is no way of efficiently making any changes!
I am passing through the same process. This company is extremely unprofessional and they have a lack of attention to customers. I have booked a trip for me and my family which I change the dates afterwards, they took more than a month to answer my request and the output was "unsuitable or unavailable dates" so I lost my journey and my money.
I will present a formal complaint to deal with this situation properly as they are utterly evil and have no idea how customer service should be managed.

We booked a flexible ticket so we would be able to change the dates if necessary. 10 times already we tried to change the return flight, after making sure there was a flight and every time they reply us it is not possible to change the flight with no explanation when we clearly see there is. It is impossible to get someone on the phone when you call their customer service. They are just fooling us!

This unethical operation should be reported to UK & Switzerland Government authorities to prevent more customers falling into their trap. After a month daily of email fighting with Bravofly/Lastminute group, hearing one lie and another, all they do is hold onto your money and do nothing until you give up. If you Voluntary cancel your trip regardless what's reasons are, you will not be unable to claim your money back as this is part of their Terms and conditions even if the airline provide a full refund back to them. So their tactics is NO response to you and make their phone line more complicated options and you couldn't talk to anyone, so there is no way you will get any solution in time, and you decide to cancel the booking because you are so sick of dealing with them and lost patience and trust then you fall into their scam trap! luckily we got both virgin Australian and Rex on our back and assistance after constant calls. STAY AWAY from Bravofly/Lastminute Group! All you experience is your holiday being ruined, lost money, time and energy as well as constantly dealing with false and misleading information, endless stress and frustration! The unethical commercial practices is not just harm the public interest also impact on other reputable third parties booking engines and agents. Last not the least the airlines have to deal with Bravofly/Lastminute Group's victims!

Contacted every day and got the same answer everyday and even after 72 hours, '' to wait, change team working on it'' Very very rude customer staff, refused to pass to supervisor or senior, repeating the same answer "you have to wait".
Consumer Affair Dept. should monitor the performance of such companies and see they they are providing standard services to the customers.

My both sons are getting covid and my GP said to me I must change my flight because I may not get it but I can be a carrier and I tried so many times in different ways but I couldn't do it! I am not able to go now and I want to refund my money .

Non-receipt of refund due to COVID cancelled flight
Original flight booked Nov 2019 for travel April 2020. Cost $1610.29 AUD. I paid for a flight for my friend to fly from Glasgow to Brisbane. Flight cancelled on 18 Feb 2019.
I originally requested a credit as I thought it could be used within a few months. I then contacted them to ask for a refund. Since April 2020 I have been communicating to no avail. I spent $30 on a call to a London number and got nowhere with their customer care team.
Their system regularly sends me an email link for my bak details but I have tried this numerous times and keep getting an error when I enter my details. I have told them this and asked if I can give them my details over the phone and was refused.
I have 95 emails in a folder but it won't allow me to attach them as they're not image files.
I am beyond frustrated and have spent so much time and energy on this and would love some help and resolution.

I'm in the same boat. One thing you could do in parallel is approach your bank and ask them if they have a chargeback option. They could investigate from their end and probably speed up the process. Through the communication docs that you provide the bank, they could do a chargeback. I have just initiated that process. Let's see what happens.

Due to COVID restrictions in Israel I am not allowed to travel to the destination country Italy.

Poor Service for Flight
On 18 December, my wife used an itenairy purchased from Baravofly. It consisted of three legs
- Jeddah to Cairo - Egypt Air
- Cario to Abuja - Egypt Air
- Abuja to Yaounde - Asky Air
The flight three hours late from Cario resulting in a late arrival in Abuja, so late the flight had left. She was in the airport for hours as they looked for a solution. Asky airlines seemed to be no help at all, In the end they put her on a flight the next day (Egypt Air) to Doula and then a four hour bus ride to Yaounde. I have never dealt with Baravofly before. Please what can be done to compensate for this horrible experience; especially as the last flight wasn't even used.
Impossible to get a refund for canceled flight
I had a canceled flight in 2020 for a flight that I've booked with BravoFly.
After months of waiting they sent me an email saying I had access to vouchers but when contacting Thai Airways they're saying the voucher codes are not valid and I need to contact the travel Agent.
I've tried every possible way to contact Bravofly but I can;t get hold of anybody for help of assistance. There's absolutely no customer service or help line and I'm now left without a voucher or cash refund for my canceled flights.

My girlfriend and I bought a flight for her from Düsseldorf, Germany to São Paulo, Brazil, with 1 Stop in London.
We received an E-Mail from your company saying that the flight had been cancelled.
We asked for a refund, another E-Mail from your company told us, we should write the flight company (Eurowings)
Eurowings wrote us, that the flight had not been cancelled and we should adress your company.
To this point we have not managed to get our refund or any response from you.
We hope to be able to solve this situation without involving a legal complaint.

I have requested my money back to no avail via the customer care number. I just want the funds transferred to my account. I will get my socilitors involved if this is not addressed.

I booked two flights with bravofly and lastminute.com and they were confrimed, but then cancelled one hour later. The money was taken though, and despite numerous promises to return the funds, i am still waiting. They also promised me a voucher for the inconvenience, but that hasn't materialised either. Be careful booking with this company!

Online checking was possible bravofly-wizz air
The link in mail, sent by bravofly did not provide online checking (back flight from Berlin), have a link redirected to wizz air site, but after giving code and surname the message was something like: "you could not online checking for this flight" and contact agency for help. This happened during weekend, so finally I paid at the airport fees for two tickets (80 Euro). The lady told me to claim to agency.
If you had something like that please inform me how to continue with the claim.

I had booked a flight for my wife and daughter through the website bravofly.de from Munich to Mumbai on 8th Nov for 550 Euros. I got a confirmation mail saying the flight is booked with the flight details, airline reference number. The next day I get a message(SMS) and email from the airline to please pay the amount to avoid cancellation. I called the customer service and also emailed them this email and asked them to please pay asap. I was told it normally takes 3 days for the amount to be deducted. So I was told to call back after 3 days.I called back after 3 days and was told it is still in processing. After 7 days I got an email response from them that the booking has been cancellled. Now those flights are 3 times the amount. What is my fault in this if you did not pay the airline?
