brinks us is a company that does armored vehicle stuff. they have a problem tho cuz their truck keeps parking in a handicapped spot. it happened twice already on *** block of *** ave in pittsburgh. they dont seem to care about people who need that spot.
Brinks US ain't no good
Brinks US ain't no good. They messed up our $12,000 deposit and it took us two whole weeks to figure out it was just chillin' in their office. They changed our bank info without tellin' us, even though we been with them for years. They didn't even bother to let us know our deposit was just sittin' there. And now, six months after we said bye-bye to them, they still sendin' us bills for services we never got. We sent letters, made phone calls, and even sent emails, but they don't care. Last time we called, they said our account was terminated but we gotta call sales to terminate it in their system. What the heck?

I had to get some extra tracking info from Brinks US to sort out my insurance claim. They sent me a PDF with all the deets I needed. It was a bit of a hassle, but at least they got it sorted in the end.
I got some beef with Brinks US
I got some beef with Brinks US. They picked up four deposits from me over two months ago and still haven't deposited them into my account. I've been bugging them like crazy, but they keep sending me proof of deliveries to the wrong place. The deposits were supposed to go to Loomis, but they ended up at DCVS. What a mess. I even gave them copies of the pickup log, but they still can't get it right. I've spent way too much time on this and still haven't gotten my money. It's been over 60 days now. Not cool, Brinks.

I signed up with BRINKS for a 5 year deal to have a *** on site and pick up money every week around 5/20. Then on ~7/17, our place got robbed and the vault was damaged and needed replacing, which Brinks did. But on 6/2, we got robbed again and this time they took the Brinks Vault. Brinks gave us the money we lost but never replaced the vault. In September, Brinks called me and asked if I wanted a used vault and finish the contract or a new vault and start a new 5 year contract. I said I'd take the used vault. But they never gave me a new vault and still send me a bill every month, which now adds up to over $12,000. I told them the whole story and that I'd settle for ~$877 for the time I had a Brinks vault, but they haven't replied to my emails. I recently contacted them again and they gave me a Case# XXXXXXXX but haven't gotten back to me to fix it.

LLP had a deal with Brink's to come and get our deposits every week. But in 2021, Brink's kept on not showing up on the days they were supposed to. Two of those days were Aug 5th and 12th. We told Brinks that their customer service was bad, and they gave us Kevin *** Account Executive to help us out. We worked with Kevin for 3 months, but we still couldn't fix the problems. So we ended our deal with them. I'm writing this review because of the $50 research fee they charge you when you talk to their customer service team online or on the phone. They charge you even if they're the ones who messed up. I've asked them to take this fee off our account many times, but they won't do it. It's not fair to charge me for calling about their truck not coming to pick up our deposits. Our customer number is #XXXXXXXXXXX and invoice #XXXXXXX. This company has the worst customer service process I've ever seen.

On Jan 5, 2021, Brinks US took $23760 from our bank account. They said it was cuz our safe cartridge was empty (only they got the key). We signed a lease with Dunbar in 2015 for this safe to help us with theft. We had some issues with Dunbar but nothing like what happened with Brinks. On Jan 5, 2021 we found out Brinks took $23760 from us in the form of a deposit correction and all I could do is put in a case online in the portal and wait several weeks for them to figure out what happened. There are no people to talk to. Even my former rep, Sean Deome, who wanted me to sign a new contract with Brinks, won't call me back and his email gets rejected. I gotta report this to ComplaintsBoard.com and to call KXAN. This is a lot of money, and I got no explanation for why it was taken. We ain't using the safe now, and will NEVER use it again. They should come and pick it up and stop charging us for it. We checking all our cameras to prove there was money in the case each time the Brinks employee came to pick it up. I think I gotta sue to get anything done. I don't know how they stay in business treating people this way. I would give more details, but that's the problem. There are none other than $23760 was taken from my account. Their portal is terrible and shows almost nothing of use. This has been a frustration for us trying to track down deposits from employees into the safe.
