Dear Sir or Madame On 15 July 2023, BudgetAir booking website did not Work properly. The process of booking was interrupted. After my hsbc bank card details entered, Something has gone wrong on the screen. The price of air ticket online was $729. the photo was attached. The photo was taken on 15/07/2023 It didn't show if the booking was successful or not. So I immediately contacted my hsbc bank to chase money back. Next day I received confirmation of the booking. But the details of the booking has been changed. The price of air ticket was $755.99 $ 26 was charged for tickets services. I'm sure that I didn't tick the box for tickets service. It was not my booking. My booking has been modified. The email has been sent about the tickets service. 27/07/2023 in my bank statement, the $755.99 was back to my account. I have booked another air ticket. After I contacted HSBC twice. And confirmed that the dispute has been solved in my favour. The money can not be transferred without my consent But 28/08/2023, $755.99 has been transferred to BadgetAir. The $755 should be refund to me. the $755.99 can not transfer without my consent.
