Buffalo Wild Wings poor service

I visited BWW on July 13th and this was the worst customer service I've ever received. No greeting whenever we walked in. We waited patiently for sitting even though it didn't seem to be busy. After the host seated us neither a waiter/waitress came to the table. We sat for 20-30 before we became annoyed. I began looking around for help and over heard two employees going back and forth about who's turn/table it was. Finally the waiter "Tim" came over to help and took our drink orders. We asked him if we could go ahead and place food orders as well and he stated "I'm trying to get out of here" and asked if he could just bring the drinks. He informed us we would have another waiter by the name Ashley (whom was really great). Finally we placed orders and the food came out incorrectly and cold. Also Tim brought the food out who earlier stated his shift was over. This experience was embarrassing and horrible. We paid over $100 for everything. I will never enter this Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Buffalo Wild Wings beer on the patio..

Sunday 6/30/19 My girlfriend and I stopped at the Austintown Ohio location during a festival that was going on in the parking lot. We wanted to sit on the patio to listen to the live music outside, but couldn't even hear it over the loud music the restaurant was playing, no big deal all we wanted was 2 draft beers. The wording on the menu is so small you need a damn telescoped to read it so that sucked since we didn't bring our glasses (we are both in our mid 50's) but we managed to get through that obstacle. The waitress came out and we ordered two beers, she proceed to tell us we could not have beer on the patio unless we used a credit card or had an ID on us (we were only carrying cash on us & our ID's were in our car all the way across the parking lot) or we would have to go inside to order beer and drink them there. I told her that was complete [censored] & she said she would ask her manager if it was OK for us to have beer on the patio, I said this place can f**k off and we walked out never to ever return again, totally unacceptable! You just lost a customer for life because of this stupid policy!

Buffalo Wild Wings the whole business model

I have been going to Buffalo wild wings for a long time, and i have to say in the last couple months have been the worst ever " and we go once a week" we order wings now and they come out all on one stupid metal try thats not even clean, what happened to the little card board trays? Then after eating wings i have sticky nasty hands and no wet wipes just napkins that stick to your face and hands! My wife and i walk in all the time and have to stand at the front and wait because there is no hostess and everyone else just looks at you... and we seat our selves then wait some more. I think you are going the wrong way, we are about done with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings a fat or chubby white girl was being racist!

I think this fat-[censored]ing white girl who is a employee was being racist or suspicious towards me at buffalo wild wings... I was ordering 10 wings total, 5 buffalo flavored and 5 mild wings. This one hispanic employee got the order wrong by 10 buffalo wings so she went back to change the order to 5 mild wings and 5 buffalo at the back, I didn't went at the back exact, but close to the back to get my order fast between the doorway and entrance while she's front of me at the server and cook line, than the fat-[censored]ing white girl came behind me and ask me "sir, can you step back please?" I decided to step, because I don't want no trouble, but she treat me with false respect and talked to me like I am stupid or suspicious... I wasn't exactly at the back, but close by it... This white girl who is a employee and fact-[censored] was being racist or suspicious towards me at Buffalo Wild Wings... Buffalo Wild Wings service

the address of the store I went to: 1123 N Water St, Milwaukee, WI 53202

Problem 1. I was in the BWW store last Wednesday and ordered the lunch special.
I had asked that my salad come 1st before my meal and the lady said sure. 20 minutes later she comes back with my order and says sorry the salad just came with the meal. Either there is a communication problem or she didn't care about what I said. So I just ate the wings and left the salad because I did not want my food cold.

Problem 2. Today, June 6, 2019, I was in the store again for lunch and ordered my normal meal. I have been eating with you guys for 10 years and I always order the same thing so I know what I ordered. Out comes my order and it's wrong. I said this is not what I ordered and the women commenced to telling me that she could change it but yes I did order that. At this point I am pissed and I walked out. I spend lots of money in your place as you can tell from my rewards. I just want good service when I go into the store. This seems to be the only store I have issues with. I can understand any of the above if the store had been busy but each time there were no less than 10 customers. Buffalo Wild Wings Life threatening remark

My friends life was threatened by an older man at the bar that was consuming alcohol. He said he was going to "shoot"him for vaping an electronic cigarette. The manager chris said it was handled, although the man still sat at the bar even after making a life threatening comment to my friend. I feel as if this patron should have been kicked out

Buffalo Wild Wings food poisoning

On Saturday, May 11th, my fiance and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Blacksburg, VA. He ordered boneless wings and I ordered traditional. I couldn't even finish my wings because my stomach started hurting. I just thought it was pregnancy related and boxed up the rest to take home. On the way home, my stomach started to swell and I felt ill. By the time we made it home, (excuse the visual, but..) I was in the bathroom, sitting on the toilet, holding a trash can in front of me. I was in the bathroom at least every 30 minutes from midnight to 9am Sunday (Mother's Day) before finally deciding to go to the hospital after collapsing. I was severely dehydrated from FOOD POISONING and had busted numerous clusters of blood vessels in my face and eyes from straining to vomit (pictures will be uploaded). I was in the hospital for all of Mother's Day, hoping that nothing would effect my unborn child. Luckily, we are both okay now, but I am beyond upset about the whole situation. I had no problems with service or anything, but you are serving chicken! That's a DANGEROUS meat to not cook properly.

Buffalo Wild Wings overall service

We visited the Danville, KY location this evening after work and was VERY disappointed. We were greeted at the front door very sweetly by the hostess and promptly seated in the area of our choice. She told us our waitress would be with us shortly. We waited and waited and waited all while servers were walking all around us. We waited and waited a little longer. Finally I had to ask the hostess when our waitress was going to be with us. She promptly went to the back to tell her we were in her station. She followed her back out to obtain our order. My husband ordered a simple beer and I ordered one of the blueberry lemonaides. Since we had so much time to spare we already knew what we wanted to eat so we ordered our food at the same time. Guess what we got our food before we got our drinks! When the food runner sat our boneless wings down (we had ordered 15 - 3 different flavors) there was hardly any sauce on them at all. They brought us sauce out which we put over our wings. While we sat and ate I witnessed our server and the bartender both eating off a plate in the bar area all while still serving people. I did not see any washing of hands and even saw our server garnishing a drink that was made by the bartender after just putting food in her own mouth and chewing it up before proceeding to deliver it to the table. If I had seen this happening before we ordered, I probably would have left. Our dining experience was not worth the $45.00 we paid this evening. I'm not writing all this to get anything free from you...I am one that feels management should know to hopefully get this corrected. Check #147 Table 84/1 server 116 Stephanie

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service at 838 e mcgalliard rd muncie, in

I visited the buffalo wild wings at 838 E Mcgalliard Street in Muncie, Indiana tonight. I arrived at 8:16 PM on 5/4/2016 with a party of 7. We sat in the bar area. We were greeted fairly quick by a waitress who took our drink orders. She was dark haired with a pierced lip but we didn't know her name. After placing our order, we waited for approximately 20 minutes while looking at our drinks sitting at the bar. Finally, one of the people from our party went to the bar and asked if we could get our drinks. Another male waiter brought them to our table. We then continued to wait to order food and decided to go somewhere else to eat as service seemed to be rather slow. We asked if we could get our bills. The waitress came back and asked what was wrong. We advised we had waited for quite some time and decided to go elsewhere to eat. She told us that we were not her only table. We advised we understood that and again just asked for our bill. She then brought the bills back and three of the four in our party paid with cash. She immediately asked if they needed change which they said they did. I paid with a debubit card. Once may card came back, I did not tip the waitress and simply paid my bill as I felt we had not received any service. As I walked off she picked up my receipt and says "they can [censored] off". I immediately turned and went to the bar to where I told the bartender the next time a waitress tells me to [censored] off it isn't going to be good as this obviously disturbed me and I had never in 46 years of my life seen or heard a waitress say something like this around a customer who simply wanted to go somewhere else because the service was sub standard. The waitress then said that she didn't say it to me but that she was entitled to her thoughts. We then spoke with the on duty manager who pretty much told us "ok" and then walked off. We then left and drove down to Texas Roadhouse where within an hour, we had a couple drinks, appetizers, and main course without incident and tipped the waitress nicely. We then returned to buffalo wild wings and spoke with another employee who appeared to be an assistant manager. We spoke to him decent and simply asked the waitresses first name so we could properly address the complaint since nobody seemed to care there. He advised me he is not allowed to give names, however, I find that odd as several of them wear name tags. Irregardless, after being a long time buffalo wild wings customer with several points in my rewards program, my days of visiting the Muncie restaraunt are coming to a halt. Nobody that we spoke to even asked our names and after returning the second time, we were asked to call on Monday. I agree an employee is entitled to their thoughts but when you do nothing but take a drink order, why do you think you are entitled to keep people's change and be upset when they do not tip you and then state that they can [censored] off as you ball up their receipt in your hand. Please watch your video buffalo wild wings from 8:16 - 8:46 PM on 5/4/2019. Read through this complaint as you do and if you see anything different from what I am saying, please feel free to contact me and tell me I am wrong. She was in a bad mood, doing a bad job, and taking it out on customers who simply wanted to eat. Muncie BW's is out for me and my family in the future!

Buffalo Wild Wings service/ food

We ate in my husband is allergic to onions they said it didn't come with onions and it did they didn't give us the lunch special and we was there in time we had to go without drink my burger was not done and had mustard after I said no mustard and the bun was soggy the fries were cold my husband didnt even get his his chicken was dry and to much breaded and cold and we asked for a box for our kids food and she picked it up and threw it away. That was the worst experience we ever had we would like a refund we had to go get our kids something somewhere else absolutely disgusting and we asked for a manager people ignored us we waited ten minutes to be seated and thirty minutes for the food and it was not fit to eat we paid 45 dollars for garbage

Buffalo Wild Wings product, selection, service

My wife and I are occasional customers in Seekonk MA. I watch alot of sports so I see your commercials often. The good news is that the All American Burger commercial peaked my attention. We stopped by as the Bruins game and NFL Draft was on. The place was not close to being full.

Firstly I inquired about some draft beer in which I was interested. Waitress was unhelpful. Nest, my wife oredered a glass of Chardonnay. Waitress responded they were out of stock on Chard (really?). Then she requested to try the Pinot Grigio as she typically doesn't drink it. Reply was there are no tasting trials. Next, I ordered the new Burger. However, I specifically ordered it medium and that I was not interested ineating a burger that was well done. Waitress reponded she would ask but the cooks have a mind of their own. (what?). Needless to say the double burger came back well done, cheese was not even melted. Very average product for a $12 burger.
The comdey of errors and poor service were really unacceptable. The waitress could barely make eye contact as she dropped off the bill, as she new we didnt get anything we asked for and had a poor experience. there are alot of options in the area that are more than happy to insure customers are happy. Suggest you get a new operations head as your product needs serious help.

Buffalo Wild Wings jeans

Not really a complaint, but it seems most of the staff prefer the comfort of wearing yoga pants over jeans. Maybe it would be better to give them a choice of what they prefer. I realize that you guys are making changes to your restaurants, but sometimes you have to get feedback from the ones you employ. Anyway like I said it not really a complaint about the service, more of a headsup.
