We had Ken Bumble Bee Plumbing come out to install our new tub. He did an awesome job and also offered additional information which we had not thought of for finishing the tub walls. As we began looking at our options, we had additional questions regarding the positioning of the faucets. Ken came back and measured everything and answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. Will definitely be calling once we are ready to switch out our toilet and install the new vanity!

Great customer service from everyone involved. I was able to get an appt around my schedule, same day, they called prior to arriving and also sent an email with the plumber's photo so I would know who I was letting into my house. Plumber gave me info that I needed and also quotes that I requested. He finished the job quickly and efficiently, while adhering to the COVID safety recommendations. No major upselling or scare tactics. I'm very happy with the choice I made in calling Bumblebee Plumbing.

Excellent service and customer service. Dede, Craig and Dan excellent! Would highly recommend. I was impressed with their professionalism and caring attitude. Dede was was extremely helpful and I enjoyed talking to her. Craig has very calming demeanor and was so pleasant. Dan was very professional. He explained problem and provided some actions/options he could try. He was super. Dan was able to repair our sewer drain cap/system. I have put Bumble Bee Plumbing on speed diL! Bumble Bee Plumbing was very personal & professional. After hearing what we needed fixed, the plumber did a complete check and gave us multiple options to choose how we wanted to proceed. We really liked this method, there was no pressure just wanting to do what we wanted done. The plumber was very willing to explain things and answer questions. He got it done quickly, great customer service and we would absolutely recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing to anyone needing any service. If we need plumbing service again we'll be requesting their services. Thank you for a great job done!

Incredible experience! Bumble Bee Plumbing did an amazing job. Very detailed oriented and was able to consult us as to why he was doing the work a certain way. Just when we thought everything was smooth we had a sewage backup while he was packing up. He called Bumble Bee Plumbing for the sewer line inspection and got us the answers as to why it was backing up. CANNOT say enough good things about these 2 professionals and their exceptional talent. Look forward to sharing the Bumble Bee Plumbing name! Bumble Bee Plumbing is highly recommended!

Ira came on time and he was very friendly. Although my dishwasher wasn't acting up at that moment Ira offered to clean everything out anyway. I knew there was an issue so I happily agreed. He did a great job, found the issue, and he even stayed to make sure my dishwasher was working properly before he left. Ira also explained the features of my warranty which I was pleasantly surprised by. I've used BumbleBee Plumbing before and they are a great company with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs!

We recently purchased a home in the Arcadia area of Phoenix. Mike P. of BumbleBee did the work (along with an apprentice). We needed considerable work done (e.g. water softener installation, replacement of a gas water heater with a tankless hot water tank, toilet installations, faucet replacements, etc.). Mike explained the work options and pricing in good detail. Once selected, he then proceeded to perform the work effectively - working diligently and in a timely manner. We were once again very pleased with Mike's work and will utilize him again for future plumbing needs!

I give Bumble Bee Plumbing five stars due to the professional service received. I have had to make contact with Bumble Bee Plumbing for different plumbing concerns and those concerns have been resolved in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the outcome. Be mindful of those other plumbing companies that claim of offer speedy service and a positive customer service. I've gone down that road and no more. I will go with Bumble Bee Plumbing for my plumbing needs as they have proven to be a company that is speedy, dependable, reliable and they stand behind their work performed.

Found Bumble Bee on Google search and chose them based on rating and location, I was not disappointed. I had a main line rupture that caused a total loss of water to my house. They were very courteous and professional and were able to start work the same day. The office staff and technician kept me informed every step of the way. Adrian, who was my on-site technician was more than professional and showed a genuine concern for my situation. He kept me informed of all of the issues they encountered (and there were several) and provided me with options as how to proceed. He and the office staff made the project go seamlessly from start to payment, of which I was also provided with several options. I would recommend their services to anyone.

This company is unprofessional and has shady practices. They tell you the fee to come out but won't give you a general quote. Left a couple of messages trying to get scheduled. No tech comes on the day I was originally scheduled. Was rescheduled for the next day but they tried to schedule me on a fully booked day. Told them I had to be somewhere at a certain time. They call me saying they were on their way and it was past the time I told them. I said I was unavailable. Should have taken that as a sign not too user them. Today a tech finally comes and doesn't quote me at first. Then tells me the price when he was half way done with the job. No quote was given. Ended up costing me $500 dollars for snaking the drain of a tub. When I called customer service said they use the standard pricing like their competitors.

Service was excellent by the plumber, very friendly, hard working and explained everything. They fixed my issue and promptly and everyone from the office to the plumber was excellent. The issue I have and why I am giving 4 out of 5 stars is how they invoice. It boggles my mind how a company wants to charge me $219 dollars to cut a 20" hole in my drywall and then not repair it. Then charge me $600 dollars for 3" of plastic pipe. My step dad is an old commercial plumber and laughed at me when he saw the invoice said I have been robbed. Well I guess that is what you get when you are in a desperate situation with leaking water. I should of gotten another quote or I should told the plumber to go outside and when you come back the hole will be there. Looks like the money is in the plumbing business and I am changing careers.

Earlier this month I became a first-time user of Bumble Bee Plumbing, and then two days later, I followed that up by becoming a repeat user of their services. On Wednesday, May 6th, Adrian and Lupe came out and replaced a 42 year old toilet, and then on Friday, May 8th, I called Bumble Bee back, this second time to have Adrian replace my suddenly leaking water heater. In both instances I was presented with possible options, and while both problems had unique situations, I was kept apprised of what was happening as the work progressed. While both tasks came with unique challenges, both Adrian and Lupe were very knowledgeable about what to do and how to do both jobs -- they both represented Bumble Bee Plumbing very well. Oh, and one last thing: while I will call on Bumble Bee Plumbing to take care of my next plumbing problem, I'm hoping that needed repairs won't come so closely spaced like my previous two day span.

Scheduled to have a serviceman come to my home to give me an quote on what it would cost to install a tankless water heater. Scheduled for after 2:00 pm as I work. I got home around 1:30. At 2:30 I got a call from Bumble Bee thinking it was the serviceman. It was dispatch telling me that they weren't going to be able to make it. Sorry, I gave up time to make sure I was here to let them in (there is a gate). Left work and waited just to get a call telling me that they weren't coming out, or that they would call me that afternoon. I just want an estimate. I was ok if they were going to be late and I would have to wait. It wasn't that at all they actually wanted to cancel and reschedule. I told them I wanted an estimate and even asked they guy who was talking to me. Said he didn't know would have to get a hold of serviceman. I hung up and I was getting more irritated so I called them back and cancelled altogether. Can't trust them if they schedule and they renig.

Bumble Bee worked through Angie's List and was calling first thing in the morning to get us on the work list for the day. What should have been a simple replacement is so much more in this day with a pandemic taking out 10% of the NYC police force on the same day. Bumble Bee responded, dispatched their service people in a health conscience way and provided the replacement within 3 hours of arrival. Please do not expect service folks to walk in like ETs Hazmat team yet they are gloved, clean tooled along with social distancing focused. Healthcare providers need as much as possible at the time and we need to be vigilante to open the areas for the repairs and follow up with cleaning as needed. Note - the water heater came out of the warehouse and ready so I am grateful for their fast turn around and overall putting my family at less risk of having more exposure - I really felt we may be in a hotel/motel for a few weeks as we waited to get service folks and the needed hardware - toilet paper is a challenge at this time. Call Bumble Bee - talk with Craig and his team, don't haggle with the estimate - they are here and showing up to help and keep the local families safer in this time. They are part of our community and the cost goes right back into our local economy to get us back moving forward through this.
