Today on 7/01/2017 I visited burger king in bakersfield ca on columbus street well my first complaint is they forgot to give me my value fries I orders and also 1 orginal chicken of the two we order I could not make it back tonight to get my food so I called and no one answered ive called 5 times and just let it ring no one will answer im very upset this is the second time something like this has happened and this is why im writing this complaint
horrible service and 25 minutes waiting time
We went in the Store at Jonesborough road in Union City.
We ordered two Crispy chicken menues.
After this we waited for 20 minutes to have an unfriendly waitress telling us it's out.
Then they wanted to take other food for us which was laying around since 10 minutes.
After 25 minutes we cancelled the order and left the store.
It was the worst experience we have had in a long time.

On Saturday, July 1, 2017 we went to the burger king on Elkin Hwy. in North Wilkesboro, NC. When we pulled up to the drive thru speaker we saw an employee crouching down in the dumpster area smoking weed out of what looked like a pipe. The reason we know he was an employee was because he was wearing his uniform. I'm not really sure why he was out there because he didn't have any trash or trash cans with him. We have been to this location a few times and we have never had a problem, but knowing this location has at least one employee getting high in their uniform in a dumpster area possibly on the clock and preparing food makes me wonder what else is going on in the kitchen. We won't be going back to this location. What ashame.

poor service and terrible manager
My husband and I went through the drive thru on July 1, 2017 at 1:02 PM. We wanted to try the Cheeto bites and they were out. Frustrated with that right off the bat, we next ordered Whopper and Chicken Nuggets. However, my husband ordered a triple whopper. The woman was very obnoxious when my husband was stating what he wanted on his sandwich by saying "I got it. I got it." Obviously she didn't "get it." because he got a single Whopper and not the triple that he asked for NOR the extra cheese he paid for. So the clerk was rude and short fused. Additionally, we only ordered two sandwiches and an order of nuggets and had to pull to the side, AND there were no other cars in the drive-thru.
When we got home, we called the manager on duty. His name was Sixx. The very first words out of his mouth were arguments. I've worked in customer service for 30 years and the proper way to handle customer complaints is NOT with excuses and arguments. He told my husband he was not responsible to get the order right. I would like this message relayed that YES it IS your responsibility to make sure your customers leave satisfied...EVEN if you have to offer the supreme sacrifice of getting their order "right." He gets the plaque of shame award for "YOU HAD ONE JOB!"

So I live in Venice Florida, at 10:50 I drove to your Venice location... wanted to try the new lucky charms shake that I've been seeing all over.. shake machine was out.. bummer... so I decide to drive to the next nearest location which was 15 minutes away. Called them to see if their shake machine was down && no answer. Got to the englewood location at 11:05 && by golly... the shake machine was out... I'm not stupid I have worked in the food industry for 15 years, I've done everything from McDonald's to five star dining. If you close at 12 why is it that at at 10 something your shake machines are constantly down. this happens to me at least 50 percent of the time I go to Burger King. I understand the employees want to go home so they clean early, but why should my service be limited because of that. If they want to close the machines hours early then at least post online that you close at 12 but shake machines are down. deeply disappointed.

On June 30th, 2017 I went to the drive thru service on Prospect street in Houma, La. After I ordered when I was driving up to the window, the server stuck out her hand to stop. Not to pull forward to the window to pick up my food. This is not the first time this has happened. They stated before that they have a timer and that they need to get the cars out quickly. To me this is not professional. It is like I'm thinking is my food even cooked thoroughly if they rushing that much. She gave me the food when I finally was able to pull up with her permission, but I did not receive my soft drinks. She wanted me to leave, but there was a car ahead of me that they rushed before me that was blocking the driveway exit. (it's just a small ally type drive). They were waiting on there food because they were also rushed forward. I am not pleased at all, and I feel rushed just thinking about it. No other food chains do this. Very sad service.

I went to the Burger King located at 130 West 125th Street New York, NY 10027 on June 28th 2017 . First, off the customer service, I received from the person who gave me my food was very bad and she basically threw the food at me. When I asked for an extra honey mustard sauce to go with my nuggets she said NO very sternly as if there was no way I was getting one. I said I'm willing to pay for it and she says give me 25 cents which I did and then she threw an additional sauce into the bag. I left the store and when I opened my nuggets some of them were soggy and wet with a white color as if they were spoiled or had been sitting for a very long time. My experience at this location was VERY disappointing. I tried complaining about this treatment on the Burker King website but was unsuccessful. I usually don't bother much with complaining especially when it was over such a small amount of money but that is just how bad the service was.

When I go to the Burger King near my job I usually go through drive through today the drive through line was very long so I decide to go in place my order to go.
Placed my order waited and received order and left. Once I get to my office the two whoppers that were ordered were with cheese and neither on had cheese. I was charged for the cheeses and No Cheese :(

I generally get Burger King for breakfast 2 times a week and order a breakfast meal with a coke. Normally they ask if I want a small or if I want to upsize wich I usually don't. This morning when I get up to the window I question the ladybas to why my meal cost $6.10 instead of the menu price of 4.79 and she said that includes a coffee. I said I buy breakfast here regularly enough and never get charged extra for the drink.
My roommate went to the same place and got the same meal and paid less!
Not a way to start my morning, especially after questioning the associate about the price and her not explaining anything!

not serving customers inside
Hi, this is not the first time I have faced this issue with this location (3151 Matlock road, Mansfield, Tx 76063 ). I was there with my family and 3 kids today and I was waiting over 15 minutes to order inside. No one even bother to let me nad 4 other customers to know when they will take my order. I had to ask them are you taking orders inside. He replied not now. We are taking orders for drive through only. I have told them the drive through line is big and it seems to even getting bigger. He didn't answered me. I went there with my kids so the can play and have dinner. I had to leave the restaurant. This is the 3rd time in last 2 months. I'll also complain against Burger King to BBB.
These people are doing this kind of thing for long time. They don't hire enough people to save money. This is a scam. Even when I used drive through they asked me to park in front of the restaurant and they bring food. Not cool.
They are cheat with our time. Even drive though not drive through. Such a shame they are conducting business like this.
I hope Burger King will take strong action to stop this and show some respect to the customers.

Today I drove through the Burger King in Haleyville, AL and ordered one chicken sandwich meal, a bacon king, and mac n cheetos. We were in line for 35 minutes 15 of that at the window where the manager took my money then left his young workers to deal with all the customers. A young lady came to the window telling us the manager left and she needed to know if we paid. Then she proceeds to tell me that they have no bacon for my burger! Instead they gave me a large fry to replace the burger instead of giving me my money back. Then the mac n cheetos were cold and not edible! This Burger King needs to fire their manager because he is obviously unqualified! Such a disappointment!

My fiance (and everyone who knows me) knows how much I thoroughly LOVE bacon. I truly do not eat a lot of fast food but, come on, every now and then a girl's gotta have a burger!
Ever since I saw your Bacon King advertised on TV, and because of the name, picture and description of it, I just knew I had to try it!
Needless to say, I was flat out more than disappointed. When you buy a burger with the name Bacon King and a description (on YOUR website) of "...topped a with hearty portion of thick-cut smoked bacon...", and the picture to go with it showing that hearty portion of bacon, you expect to get something at least close to that. Yet if you look at the pictures I've attached, you will see that what I got was nothing even close.
Please do something that makes me want to try again. :/
restaurant ran out of bread for whoppers

This evening I decided to stop by and check out the new burger king on clear creek rd. here in Killeen, Texas. I was very impressed with the new restaurant and the styling of the store, unfortunately when I ordered the two whoppers for ten dollars the employee told me that the store had run out of whopper bread and that they would give me whopper Jr's instead. I looked at the employee and asked if they were telling me what I would order or if she was asking me what I would like. They basically said that's what they had and if I wanted it, so of course I took the meal and paid the $10.00 for it! It was just mind boggling how a new restaurant would run out of their signature dish and an employee could be that bad at customer service!
I mean this is what the customer is being told to tell you...I work at a burger king and our manager usually tells the girls who work the cash register to offer the whopper jr. instead, and you should've reminded her that it said the two for ten whopper deal when you only had the one jr so its kinda on you for not bringing it up?

They didn't give me a receipt so I was unable to do the survey and report the info. Today I went to the drive thru and ordered lunch for my family. The person at the speaker didn't hear the order and I had to repeat multiple times. When I finally get to the window they hand me milkshakes that are dripping all over the place and the lid wasn't on all the way spilling the sticky lucky charms shakes in my car. The girl behind the manager at the window says "they weren't like that" attempting to argue with the customer. Luckily the manager wanted to help and handed me napkin after napkin but the shakes was all over my clothes and my new car. Then after minutes of cleaning, I get my tea that also spills on me because it is overflowing from the top of the lid, I finally drive away and guess what, unsweet tea. mushroom swiss
Driving through on a trip home; my brother and I ordered the mushroom swiss. WELL we ordered 3 mushroom swiss one was a meal. We ordered the drive thru said SORRY we are out of swiss cheese; they offered us two other cheese choices; that was no big deal. Then we pull up to pay can you please pull forward we are waiting on the mushrooms. AGAIN feeling a little upset we wait. Getting them home we noticed the bacon wasn't even COOKED. we ate when we got got home one half hour ride. We both love Burger King we love the char broiled burger flavor. BUT REALLY you advertise on T V the comeback Mushrm Swiss Burger sandwich and no swiss cheese. Plus they need to fry that bacon. Thank you for listening.

all i get is them telling my the paper work has been turned in on complaint and someone will call you back. it has been three months no call.go figure i call back after 3 1/2 months all i get is we turned in paperwork and someone will call you back, not are problem because it is a franchise store so they have to address it. if they had addressed it then why would i call and complain? i will be in contact with the health department as well as the BBB. never will i eat the trash you call food again, i will do everything i can to inform everybody i can with social media and word of mouth not to waste there health.time .or money at these or any of your stores. you had your chance to correct the problem three and a half months ago but failed to so all i can say is i hope you disappear as a company and save us the trouble of dealing with the garbage you serve and service you dont provide.
overcharged and bad product
I went through the drive through this morning for an iced coffee, the same I always get very frequently. I was charged $6.93 to my debit card when my total was only supposed to be $2 and some change for just the coffee. I did not realized I was overcharged at first because the lady did not give me a receipt. She handed my coffee and closed the window. I realized I was overcharged when I received a notification from my bank that my account had been overdrawn. I had enough in my account to cover the coffee but since i was overcharged, it overdrew my checking account and now I'm also being charged a $25 overdraft charge from my bank! I called and the lady said she realized she overcharged me after i left but she would need me to come all the way back in order to refund my card. I couldn't do that because I was already all the way at work. coming back would have made me late. I don't think that's right that i can't be refunded without coming back especially since i didn't even get a receipt. On top of that, the coffee tasted HORRIBLE. it didn't even taste like coffee, it was like watered down mocha flavor. It was disgusting. So i was charged $6.93 PLUS a $25 overdraft fee for a BAD coffee that I can't even drink.

At 2145 on 27 June 2017 I was driving by the Burger King on 4900 L St Omaha, NE. The employees were outside near the drive thru lane by the drive up window. One person threw something in the air and there was a very loud boom noise. It sounded like a bomb going off. I believe It sounded like something that is illegal in the state of NE. I scared me. I will not go to that Burger King any more. The is not good advertisement for your company.

Im here to complain about the kids meal toy and how the instructions were really unclear. The toy is item #9809B and its a shovel on one end the other side is a rake. The instructions say that you are suppose to dig with the shovel side first on dirt. Then the second part says to use the rake to rake the dirt until you find a lady bug. Well i know for a fact that lady bugs dont live under ground. So this toy is a disapointment to me and my niece because i wanna go find lady bugs with her. I demand a refund because this toy is a lie and you cant find lady bugs with it.

The Burger KIng in Bay St Louis, Ms was the one we ate at today . Ordered our Whopper combos with Cokes, Coke machine was completely empty and the catch drain for the tea had fungus and mold growing in it .I tooh pictures of how nasty it was . The person making our burgers had gloves on and touching money and other things while he used the same gloves . Not very sanitary! ! When we got our food the bun was cold and slopped together. Our fries were greasy cold too . Your employees were rude and not to concerned about your customers. I don't like to complain, but this was ridiculous today . I doubt that we ever eat at that restaurant again ! Have eaten at your restaurant's since I was about 19 and I am 60 now . Hope you check on your restaurant.
