On 6/8/23, my husband and I went in for a bite to eat and decided to dine-in. The store was not busy at all for being 5:45pm. Half of the dining area was sectioned off. There were maybe 4 or 5 patrons/workers on brk seated in the dining area. We ordered our food, got our drinks and sat down to wait for our order # to be called. (trans id: [protected]-030817)
When they called our number for pick-up, my burger was luke warm with a cold bun and my fries were warm. For not having Burger King in several years, this was a disappointment. I'll stay away for a few more years in the hopes of your franchise improving.
Desired outcome: Provide better training for your team. Hold your managers accountable for shoddy work practices.

The guy Rob that was behind the counter totally ignored me when I went to the counter to be served. There was another guy that was at the side of the counter that was excepting orders and he ignored me too. They both lacked manners as they could have easily said one minute to me instead of ignoring me. When my partner came back from the toilets I told him about it and both guys heard me and they still choose to ignore the situation. My partner asked Rob if he could put each meal into a separate bags and all he said was oh. This is the second time now that I have been in your store and had poor customer service but this time I am putting in a complaint.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate it if I had a response and some sort of an apology as this is poor customer service. I would like some sort of compensation.

this morning at around 7:50 I drove into the Ashland NH Burger King, The announcement came on the speaker and welcomed me and asked what I wanted. Knowing it was a recording I waited for a real person, no one showed, I called out and still no one showed. So I said "Hello are you open?" This women came out of the back door where the delivery's go and said "NO WE ARE NOT OPEN and shut the door... This was done Rudely, UNPROFESSIONAL and uncalled for... Besides the fact that this place is a dump and Burger King should have better standards with Francise owners on upkeep, signage is in very poor condition, holes in the pavement that a car can fit in, law suite waiting to happen, this is nothing that just happened it has been like this for years, I try not to go there because of the condition but sometimes this end of town does not have much to offer, but after this morning, I will NEVER go back and I will be sure to let everyone know of this situation and not to go there.
Desired outcome: I would like a response, reprimand employee, teach respect customers, clean the place or shut it down. Let someone that cares about business open something. Burger King needs onsite inspection to keep with your standards if you have any.
Store closing too early

We came inside to eat as we were traveling back home to Texas on vacation. The manager was yelling at her employees and cursing at them. It was so vulgar that we decided to eat in the car. She also came outside and was talking to someone on the phone and yelling and cursing while smoking a cigarette in the front with just sandals and socks on (no closed toe shoes). It was very inappropriate to talk to her employees that way, especially in front of customers. Borderline harassment.

Staff behaviour and service
It is in reference to my visit to Burger King outlet at ROPAR HAVELI on 03-06-2023. I wish to bring to your notice the unruly, arrogant, and non-professional behaviour and attitude of the staff. As per the display board, our order was ready for the pickup. When I went to pick the order, it was not there.
A guy named MANINDER was serving the order. I enquired about the order and mentioned that it is ready. He rudely told that so what, we will make it and give it just wait. What is the hurry? He was sarcastic in his behaviour. My order # was 732. At that time display was showing order 737 and 738 ready. When I enquired further, he said, “mil jayega” itni b kya jaldi he”, de denge”. I was shocked to listen these phrases. When I asked further, he started to argue and stare. After arguing for ten minutes, he prepared the order and left it there without ketchup and straws for the cold coffee. I asked for the paper napkins, he out rightly and rudely said NO, we do not have, these are finished!
I was so shocked and asked for the complaint box and the manager. Look at his attitude and behaviour, he said, I am the Manager. “Bolo kya kehna he? I am the in charge. I asked for complaint book. He said: write on this customers complement book. It was utterly disappointing. He was staring as if he will just come out and start hitting. Even, there was another guy standing beside him, he started to stare and said: “Koi problem he kya? Kya ho gya? Jyada takleef he kya (DO you have more problem?)?
More so, the staff was filling fries in the pocket with hand gloves and touching them directly. VERY UNFORTUNATE. Are these the standards of
Is this the professionalism of the BURGER KING outlet and their staff? I have been a regular customer of BK and had never experienced such behaviour of the staff.
If a franchise cannot run the store as per the standards and protocols of BURGER KING, so what is the compulsion to have such outlet and ruin the brand name of BK?

Ordering my meal
This occurred on 06-02-2023 at store #2112 @ 8:10 PM Order #131. We sat in line for 20 minutes, and no one answered the drive-through at all, saying anything, even when we spoke! When I finally got them to talk, they said it was not their fault, but a customer that was at the window refuse to leave. I asked them if they needed me to help them move them along and they said “could you please” … This should not be a customers job! And then come to find out three other people that were in line ahead of me hadn’t even placed an order. They just drove through thinking something was wrong with the speaker! We are backed up and walked in and come to find out what it was, was the guy at the drive-through window ordered ahead a $36 order! There were two orders and they only gave him one order while he paid for two and should’ve done the receipt! When the four of us that were waiting in the back of the line and never got waited on went inside , we waited for another 20-25 minutes before anybody could even take our damn order ! I don’t know what’s going on but an $18 order that a customer already paid on should not hold up 45 people for an hour before they can even place their order! You guys absolutely need to get it together because I could’ve hopped over that counter and made my meal quicker
