I frequent this location daily, sometimes twice daily. Rude girl named Shae slammed my order on counter instead of handing it to me. We had already had words after I asked for refund at drive thru because I don't pull around to be served. I went inside to order, we had more words. When my order came out, sje slammed it. I told manager, but I know nothing will happen. Shae says she's new. She's not fit to work with lublic, especially given her behavior as a new employee. I will take further action if I have to encounter her again. This is my second encounter with her, only the first time was minor.

I use to love burger kind until this day today I found an insect inside my drink which was alive and is disgusting to see something like that while you eat, there were all kind of insects in this place alive and dead on the floor also a lot of flys inside the restaurant and no one wants to eat around insects this place was not clean and neat I hate say hay It Wasnt a plecent meal.
very rude employee
I went thru the drive thru at approximately 9:30 pm Tuesday night. I ordered a Twix pie, small sprite and a chocolate with caramel sundae. I got to the window and informed LISA that she had two different sundaes one chocolate and one caramel I just wanted the one but with both toppings. She then proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I should've told her back there and that she's not changing it, I told her I just wanted the one with two toppings she rolls her eyes and then said again there's people behind me. She finally yelled at me and said fine but I'm charging you more snatched my money and slammed the window shut and made me a sloppy sundae. Then wouldn't reach out the window and told me I can't reach u and made me reach far out of my car to get my order and change. She slammed the door again and then a guy named ray finally gave me my sprite that she refused to give me. She was very rude and cussed and just made it a very stressful situation. I am a PAYING customer and should've not been treated like that at all. She also refused to give me a receipt.

Stopped at the clinton tn bk store #24389 and ordered my husband a number 8- classic chicken sandwich large. As we paid for our order the girl handed our drink and turned around to make another order my son and I was talking and our food was threw in our window the guy said he's your sandwich and threw it in our window and turned and [censored] the door! We couldn't even ask for napkins which it didn't come with or even ketchup which none was in the bag. After we left I looked in the bag and the order was wrong! We did not get a classic chicken sandwich we got a small hard cold chicken wanna be. Not the long sandwich also got a small fry that was cold and nasty. I called the store and was told that I would have to call back at another time they didn't have time to take my call or hear my complaint! What the heck!
This is a relatively new store! Open about 4-6 months maybe. It's ridiculous! Very upset!
fish sandwich cooked in old oil & no buns for fish sandwich
On June 24, 2018 I visited Burger King at 11:30 p.m.in Columbus while on a business trip in another state and went through the drive-thru to order. I ordered a fish meal (cooked to order), they mentioned I would have to wait 4 minutes for the sandwich and I was ok with that. They also mentioned that they do not have any more fish sandwich buns and I would have to use a whopper jr. bun. After receiving my order and driving off, I began to eat my sandwich and it was awful. The sandwich did not taste fresh, but instead it tasted extra crispy/ hard and the fish seemed old, as if it was re-dipped in oil and the sauce was excessive. When I got to my hotel I called and spoke to the manager and he did admit that he cooked the fish in old oil and that I could come back up there to receive another meal but unfortunately, I am from out of town and was unable to to go back. I will say that the manager did offer a free meal but it was not accomodating for me. I am hoping someone can assist me in this matter.

Went to drive thru no one answered. Went to window was told still opened. Went back to drive thru no answer. Went to door it was locked told to go back to drive thru. Still no answer then went to window, and was told by supervisor closed. It was not 1200 am, the time was 1155. The reason for the bad service was it was close to closing time. The whole establishment needs to be fired. Burger King has put a new light on how the handle business. Very poorly, will not go back and will recommend others not to go.

Hi, I just got home from burger king in bramalea city centre last night 24th june and I asked for a whopper with my small fries and a drink the cashier went inside to double check with the manger to make 3 transactions as we are 3 different customers. Then the manager aminjit came out and spoke to me so rudely. She asked me were you here last week I said I got a free whooper with a small fries and drink purchase on the 1 st of june from this location she said she can't give me a whopper with my receipt and she went away. I personally felt it was very very impolite. I am a regular customer of burger kind and I often go to missisauga/ brampton/ toronto locations. I never saw or heard anyone talking to me like that in burger king.in the receipt it says after completing the survey I need to write down the code and buy small fries and drink. And that's exactly what I did. This is definitely going to change my future visits to burger king. My receipt number is 12512.
My evening was ruined because of the way aminjit responded to me when I wanted to buy drink and fries with the use of the coupon. She said "you were here last week right" well do I really have to tell her if I was there in the mall or at burger king a week ago? As a matter of fact it was 4 weeks ago. I am totally upset with the whole situation.

I was visiting Burger King in Jackson square on Sunday evening I ordered my food and I was waiting while the lady came with holding mop to mop the front store and cashier asked her to hand out my food and she touched my cups without washing her hands and when I asked her to wash hands before touching the food they start laughing and talking how I asked them to wash hands but still they didn't wash hands and either said sorry I work in food I know the safety is important in food people can get sick... that didn't happen first time with me in that restaurant.

An employee at Burger King in St Paul, Minnesota is a pornstar. I believe this to be disgusting and down rite not sanitary. It's nasty that she makes our food serves our food all to go sleep with someone on porn hub. Please fire her. Stacey oden. My wife and I ate at the Burger King in Claremore, OK on 6/23/18. We were the only customers in the restaurant. After we had gotten our food one of the employees sat down right behind us and was talking very loudly to two other employees that were seated across the restaurant. After a couple of minutes he started to use profanity behind us saying "[censored]" and "kicking [censored]" to the other employee on the other side of the restaurant. Every now and then he would get up and start walking around. Made us nervous. The store manager was working the drive thru and was oblivious to what was going on out on the sales floor. At one point after we got our food, I went up to the counter to get some zesty sauce, I had to ask 3 times because they were so loud yelling that I couldn't be heard. We ate our food. The onion rings tasted old. When we took our tray to the trash can they had started to empty it and stopped midway and just left it there to do something else. I looked around for another trash can and that was the only one there. We set our tray and trash on top where the tray are placed and left. It was not a good experience. We have always heard things about the BK in Claremore, OK and we understand now. We will never eat there again. It was very unprofessional

Let me start off by saying I love Burger King but today I sat at drive thru for almost 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer the speaker. I was told to hold on twice. Once I got my food, it was cold, the fries was greasy n my drink was water down. The burger was under cooked n the veggies was good at all. I never received my changes or receipt for my order. Placed order, I was waiting in drive thru line, noticing they were very fast! The person in front of me pulled up to the window, and they had the bag out the window immediately. I pulled up, gave her money ($20), she handed me bag, gave me my dollar bills back and no change, then left the window. I did get a receipt that shows correct order, and how much it was, but my receipt does not show how much I gave her and how much I need in return. I didn't wait that long because it was just change, but that is not how to operate a business. Somebody is making out the all the "change" if this happens regularly. I will not be going back there.

Does burger king put on their career site "hiring for laziest employees" im here in lubbock texas at the burger king on university before loop 289. They refuse to even go get sauce or refill ice, ketchup. The place is dirty and has tons of flies...these people are a joke. Get your stuff together bk, you running the ghetto now, these people are literally just standing around doing nothing right now as i type. The dude at the counter is slacking off when there are 4 dirty tables. When i slack off at my job people die. You hire lazy people that dont want to work here, why even hire them? So on Friday I went to the Viers Mill Burger King and they completely messed up my order. I live about 45 minutes away in the Odenton/Ft Meade area so I have been trying to call the store to speak to a manager but the number on their website isn't a working number. I ordered almost $23 worth of food and only recieved half of my order. I did not receive my drink, my spicy chicken sandwich or my fudge sundae.

If this story is true and have no reason to believe it is not. Than you just lost a frequent customer. These Louisiana employees and manger should be fired. The police is here to protect, they don't share there political views like some federal agencies (FBI). They would protect your employees if required. Either you sever all the people or none. poor service
I was returning home to Pennsylvania after a business trip to Richmond Va. I stopped at the Burger King at 740 Warrenton Rd., Fredericksburg, Va. about 2:00 PM Friday June 22nd.
I placed my order. I had to ask for my receipt, which was so poorly printed it could not be read. The store was not busy except there was a long line of customers waiting on their orders. There seemed to be a lot of confusion in the kitchen with getting the orders out. There were lots of sandwiches on the ready rack going nowhere. There was mass confusion. Then the lady (I'm guessing the shift Mgr.) started asking waiting customers to see their receipts. The confusion went on and on. Finally it got the point I couldn't wait any longer. At least 30 minuets maybe longer. I told the clerk at the register to give my order the someone that looks hungry because I was leaving and couldn't wait forever for a simple sandwich and fries order to be filled. His response was shouting out "Hey this guy is leaving ". How rude. So I left with a $9.17 small soda. No one offered a refund or a apology. Disappointed former customer.

ZERO stars . Horrible Service . I rode my bike 20 mins to get there at 9:40 only to be told the lobby is closed . I ask why and she says the managers told her to close cause she was short staffed . I said ok cool can i get your managers name and number and she goes i cant give you his information . I told her i just rode 20 mins either you take my order of give me your managers number and she says she can take my order thur the drive thru . I told her im right here at the register . whats the difference ? It shouldn't be all this for some fast food . I ended up just leaving . This isn't the first time i had an issue with this place . I'd advise to avoid this place all together .

I went to the drive thru at your store on Cache Rd in Lawton, OK. I ordered a #1 with cheese, no pickles, extra ketchup, small, with a sprite, no ice. I also ordered an apple pie. Nothing wrong with the service at all, that was great, but the food: the bun was stale like it had been sitting out for days, actually the entire burger tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for several days. This was at 1100 hrs, a time I would presume that the lunch menu would be made fresh. The fries tasted like they were reheated several times. The apple pie was dried out, crust just broke off and the apple spice part of the pie was like old Jello.
First time I've ever had bad food from this location. I hope this isn't going to be an ongoing issue.

The service here at this burger is horrible and they are rude. The cashier and manager need to be FIRED. I went there last night to order food, my service was horrible I ordered food and five people came in after and ordered food and they got there food right away and I was still waiting. A women and her son came in after me told cashier what she wanted she dropped everything and made her food right away and gave her food to her and son and I am still waiting. I thought it was first come first serve I guess not here. The place is dirty and trash all over the place tables are dirty and food all over them . Bathroom are nasty. Sorry my experience here is horrible and rude. I will now start to go somewhere else from now on. The cashier and the manager need to be, I truer to speak to manager she is busy she kept taking more orders from the drive thru and the cashier was the same kept taking more orders to busy to talk to me to solve problem. Friday June 22nd 9:30 ish in the morning my husband went through drive threw like he normally does and was discriminated based on his appearance ( noticeable tattoos ). As my husband was going to pay he saw from the corner of his eye that the manager was visually inspecting his tattoos. As he handed the manager the debit card he notice it had a girls name on the card which was mine then went upon saying this is a girls card this isn't you. Now my husband and I are loyal customers always through drive threw either him or myself or sometimes together never has any other employee or different shift manager ever denied him from using my debit card. My husband felt like he was humiliated and judged based on his appearance. I later confronted the manager and made him aware that he was very disrespectful and told me he was only doing his job. We feel like the manager judge him on how he appeared to look and if he was doing his job why isn't this policy of card holders name implemented each time ? Very very unprofessional and disrespectful!
At the burger king at 1534 6th ave S Birmingham when one of their workers a black male was getting a cup and another one fell on the floor. He reached down while looking at me and put the cup from the floor back on the stack of clean cups. It turn my stomach. I got my order and put it in the garbage because if he did that with a cup he might have drop my food on the floor. He didn't even wash
