Shoppers Drug Mart

Today Jan 19, 2020 at about 3:30PM i went to Shoppers mart at Portage Place to get flu shot. I normally go to the one in Winnipeg Square but they ran out of flu shot. Because i will be travelling to US next week, i intentionally wanted to get flu shot. There was only one pharmacist, M. Odukoya. Her assistant entertained me, though there was no one in the queue. It was good then i waited for about 30 minutes just to get a shot. The Pharmacist was obviously busy with other people's medication drugs, then one, two, three, they were all attended while i waited with one followed up notice i made which obviously was turned down by the Pharmacist. Later, when she was done with others, she came to give me the shots. I asked is there travel vaccine as advertised, she said No, told me to go ask my family doctor. Ok fine. Then, she said to me to raise my long sleeve high enough to take the shot only at her prescribed spot in the shoulder. I took off my sweaters, then even had to take off another thermal shirt, leaving only underwear shirt. I raised high enough, she said, she wanted only at her designated spot - where is your shoulder, she asked me with sarcasm! I said i have only this underwear, should i take it off? She then said, why don't you lower the top of your underwear instead of trying to raise the sleeve to the highest point but is still NOT the shoulder? I lowered the other side. She said HERE. Like showing a dumb guy, this is where you should have your sleeve raised. Then she took the shot. I was mum. Then she left. Your Pharmacist is a loser! She better go Down herself before Shoppers inside Portage Place will be closed down by the government! You Management better train your people well and not let us the customers be her punching bag! If there is a lower than 1 star rating, i would want to give her a MINUS 10. So, what did you think i reacted after she did the shot on me and left me? I just kept myself cool, she took all the bad merits back to herself!
