Cal-Am Properties review: Management doing nothing about poor service

My ex wife and I lived in a mobile park community in Mesa Arizona from [protected] purchased 2 homes in the cal-am Park. Spent 280k on 2 Park models.. We had 2 DRUNKS for park managers and didn't like my wife or myself because we didn't drink. I began with them as a work camper and they are completely unorganized. I put up with it for sometime and eventually quit. Meanwhile the DRUNKS of park managers did whatever they could to get me out of the park. Being a pastor I forgave them and moved forward until through orders of protection I was put on house arrest in the park not allowed to interact with any other residents and not able to use any of the facilities that I was paying for.. Now the DRUNKS of park managers were ex police officers and got ahold of the local police and got me arrested 2 times for violation of these orders of protection. Eventually my ex and I had to move out of the park.. we lost MANY thousands of dollars on our BRAND NEW park models and received NO HELP from upper management and they never even returned our emails asking for assistance.. I believe this company is one of the worst on the planet and I am looking forward to being part of this class action lawsuit.. God bless. Sincerely Pastor David smittkamp
