The trainer at our location left, her choice. Leaving us with no one to teach our classes at the time and location I signed up for. I contacted customer service via chat on Friday 6/2 to cancel my contract. I was told they couldn't cancel my contract b/c there is a location a mile from my house. This location offers one class and it is not the same time as the class I signed up for. If I could make that location/time I would have signed up for that one. I was told someone would get back to me in 24-48 hrs. Five days later and still no response. I contacted them again through FB with no response and today 6/6 I call them, this really unfriendly and poorly trained customer service rep, Kristen, was extremely rude and blamed me for signing a contract -- even though the trainer from CG left. If there was another location and time that worked then I would have chosen that one, but this is not the case. Kristen told me they contacted my trainer and the division manager last week, and no one got back to them... so this is still my problem. Kristen told me she will have someone get back to me in 24 hours. Coincidently my account auto drafts on the 7th of each month. So they are presumably going to charge me for June when my trainer is no longer here and there are no classes being offered at the location or time I signed up for. I am not looking to cancel this contract because I just do not want to use them anymore the trainer has left their company leaving us without this time and location of the workout, I'm not sure what could be a more valid reason for canceling my contract.

Back in 2020 I signed up for the free 14 day tryout. I was contacted by my trainer after that and she signed me up to a 2 year contract that I never saw. I did the two years I tried to cancel it but when I looked online I couldn’t. So I reached out to the one that signed up and she never helped me. She was willing to help sign me up. But not cancel. It makes me mad that I reached out in January and it’s April I was still charged. This CG online was a joke. The only reason why I kept paying is because I was fulfilling, my whole contract. I did my part. She didn’t do hers. She could have gave me the number just like she signed me up during the lockdown. This place is a total scam. Don’t fall for it. People & places like this think they’re winning by getting you with hidden stuff like the loser at customer service said you paying is a form of agreement what a joke.

The trial was great and I worked with a local trainer. I then signed up and 1.5 months in the trainer of 10 years left the company over issues with them. I was left in the cold with no replacement and told just to use online videos. No option to cancel or work with me. The customer service was horrible and no care for what the offered in the trail period vs. what you really receive. My company pushed and partnered with this company for wellness and I will be reporting this issue with my company.

I have been trying to contact someone and cancel my membership since March.

Their lines are not possible to go through.

I filed a complaint with BBB. They were also not able to connect with the business as they are completely non responsive.

In the meantime, they keep emailing me to update my bank information and that they will be reporting me to the credit institution.

I have emailed them back about the request - still no response.

I get 2-3 emails a day to connect my correct bank info and to gather feedback

Camp gladiator is a shady, fraudulent business! I joined cg in the spring of 2017. I signed up for a 6 month membership at $79 per month. More than 6 months passed, and while I used my membership and enjoyed it, it was time to cancel it. It is becoming clear that there is no way to do this. I called twice, and had to leave messages. I never got a return call. There is no instructions on the cg website for cancelling. After paying for another month that I did not plan to use, I went to my bank and paid for a stop payment on the automatic draft cg was taking out every month. For two months, this worked. This month, I had yet another $79 charge, but instead of the charge being from "cgnation" as it has been for the past year, it was labelled "campgladiator" on my bank statement. (pictures below) I called my bank and they agree this is fraud. A call was placed to visa by my bank, and I was able to get my money back. My account number has been changed, and i've been assured that my account will be watched closely. I'm glad I have a bank that is willing to fight for me.

Instead of accepting that I want to cancel my membership and keeping my reflection of cg a positive one, I now have nothing positive to say about it. They have made me angry, and while I thought I may want to rejoin at some point, I no longer feel that way and will never do cg again.
