As a new student I was very confused about why I was receiving notifications regarding a large balance owed, I did qualify for aid but did not understand why I kept getting notifications. I reached out to financial aid via their Ella (texting app) hoping for immediate assistance. I went days without any phone calls, emails, or any support offered to me. I decided to withdraw since I could not obtain the assistance and clarification, I needed to feel confident moving forward. The course was $5000 so you can imagine to angst over this large amount being owed. I attempted to resolve with the school, but since I withdrew shortly after the deadline, they are charging me the full amount for the semester. Likewise, I was also offered a "scholarship" I requested additional information for which was also never provided. This is clearly a tactic to get you to enroll. They claim they sent me an email I never received, in early August, after I withdrew. I tried to resolve the matter with the school, but they are clearly only concerned about profits. I have degrees from two other institutions and have never felt more defeated and used by what I consider a "business" not and educational institution. Beware.
Desired outcome: To consider that their support and lack of communication failed me and to not hold me accountable to a balance I tried to seek clarification on. It's wrong!
