It has become very clear in our conversations with Marta that our situation is going no where with this company. All they tell us is that there is nothing that can be done to release us, but that they will “push up the request.” It is not like we are coming to them about not having enough towels during our stay. We are coming to them about the LIES that we were told in order to make us purchase the ownership. We want out of this purchase and they seem to have a very “Sorry, and good luck!” attitude about it all. I appreciate that I have at least been able to speak to Marta, but I want to see more action on this situation. I want more than my email simply being pushed up. If we were lied to, who else has been? We can’t be the only people that dealt with Austin, our salesman in Branson. What about his coworkers? Were they trained in the same way that he was? This needs to be invvestigated and made right for anyone who was misinformed. We hope that this will be a turning point in Capital Vacations’ assistance in the matter.
Desired outcome: We want out!
