Transportation issue - Delayed and irresponsible
The worst transportation I've ever experienced. Poor and irresponsible act. They never care of their passengers. They never follow the timings at all. We sent our two wheeler parcel and they informed that it will reach the destination within a day but they have taken nearly one week time and when questioned they weren't feel guilty and readily told us u can complain anywhere and we aren't worried of. It really disappointed us and never expected.

They never provide proper service to their customers. I have booked bus to madurai from Bangalore madiwala. Reached boarding point on time and the place was under renovation work. Tried calling and no answer. all the passengers are standing questioned outside the building with no one to answer. They do this all the time. Irritating service. Bette they can shut down their service.
miscommunication passed and no refund
Hi KPN,
I did booked Chennai to Salem and PNR No: F343365159. One of the KPN person called and said the bus will not be coming as the bus has the problem so he said the money will be refunded to my account. All of sudden the driver called me at 11:30 and asking me whether I am coming or not as the bus is waiting for me. This is rediculous. Since the person said the bus will not be coming and he also told me not to do anything from my end. KPN will initiate the refund process through the app I booked. I booked my ticket through Railyatri and they did not process my refund. Seriously this is very rediculous. I am regular traveller usin KPN but I never expected this. I want my money back. I have recording what the person told. Please do something or else I will definitely sue you guys in consumer court.

The driver are switching the passenger between one by to the other and if we question on that their answers are very rude as if they are doing this service for free and no respect to travellers. This is happening between Tirupur to Udumalpet and Pollachi. Driver name Perumal, Date of journey: 1st Feb 19. If this repeats Customer will not prefer KPN anymore.
pathetic bus condition with brake failure warning and no permit vehicle
This is regarding the concern related to travel in KPN bus 8pm Bangalore to Trivandrum.
Passengers were taken in a seater bus from madiwala to Hosur. From there we were asked to take a PY registration KPN bus which doesn't have the permit from Bangalore and the condition of the bus was horrible.
There was no driver and an old man was allotted for driving the bus and he was fighting that he cannot drive this bus as this is the first time. No assistant was there for the driver as well.
This bus' Break system has failure and
3 hrs we were halted in hosur due to break failure.

We have to get down before destination for a cremation and take a highly paid cab to reach at least before evening.
Hope you understand the pathetic situation of the passengers and need a strict action in this regard by cancelling the permit for this bus and money-back.

I'm now traveling in KPN travels from chennai to tirupur hot bus at 10.15 am at Perungulathur, Chennai 08-12-2018. And it should arrive tirupur by 5.30pm as per their schedule. But it's now 7.15pm still not yet reached destination and now in erode and still it take 1 hour 20 mins to reach tirupur approx by 8.30pm. 3hrs delay up to now. And dealing with passengers is also not well. And bus is also very slow and stops at many point due to break down, not proper maintenance .

Date 26/08/18.i was traveling from coimbatore to chennai... More than hour beside ma seat passenger was flatus... After an hour I felt like vomiting... Wen I informed it driver to change the seat though the seats wer empty driver the mother f*****r was soo rude... Next as per there MD KP. Nagarajan sir said in interview I called complaint number thy blindly supporting driver an threatening like it was raining if we ask drive he may make accidents... I came with my family. Usually the bus stops at a decent place for lunch break.This time they stopped at a very unhygienic place where only government bus stops for a break. We didn't have lunch. They stopped at a road side shop. When we asked about it, the bus driver and conductor spoke very in polite with my father who came for first time in Kpn.

This is the poorest form of transportation I have experience in life, kpn is not worth providing bus service to people, maybe they can do some pappad or pickle business, people reading this please do not attempt kpn booking as it could be unsecure and filthy.

I had to board 3 bus where my family was given no seat on a bus and 2seat for 3 person on another bus, bus quality was filthy and people end up vomiting all over.
More over staffs behavior was very horrible.

From Chennai to Karaikudi on 11.05.2018
1. Delayed pick up at the boarding point. The contact number provided was not attended. Bus No. was also not mentioned in the ticket. Din't know whom to contact and how long to wait.
2. Non-AC sleeper -Bus was badly maintained. Too much dust and mud in the bed provided. Not able to open and close the windows. Curtains were torn and had a very bad smell. Charged Rs.950/ticket which is not at all worthy.
3. Only driver was incharge and there was no helper or cleaner. The driver was very rude when asked about the timings, etc. He says that the condition of the bus is very worst & hence he cannot be held responsible for delay..
4. Actual arrival time at Karaikudi is 6.00 AM, but it reached only at 8.45 AM.

poor ticket scheduling
There was only 1 female passenger travelling to Bangalore and the travels did not make any effort to shift the passenger to another bus which has few passengers in it. I think the travels should understand that it is not safe for a female passenger to travel alone all the way from Ernakulam to Bangalore. The driver's behavior was also rude when asked to stop the bus at a safe place when requested to discontinue the travel. The driver rudely did not wait for the passenger to get down properly resulting in sprain to the leg. It was a very bad experience.
cancelled ticket amount not credited back

I have cancelled the ticket 3 days before the scheduled travel. KPN sent a message saying amount will be credited in 15 days. even after a month the amount is not credited. adding the details below.

Travelled by 1115 pm sleeper bus number PY01CB9919 Chennai-Bangalore. Reached Hosur at 430am and the bus did not move till 700am. The driver said they dont have permit and we have to change into another bus. They did not bother to keep a bus in waiting and some bus crossed our bus went to Bangalore and it came back to pick up us. No business can sustain if they think can do what they want. These guys should come to street as beggars.
Knowing very well KPN is the worst among the options, had to do this on emergency and it was a bloody experience. I know that they will give a damn to these complaints, but I want other users to know.
late arrival of buses to the boarding point
#KPN, What is the point in just posting the glam pictures of the buses you operate on FB? Just to fake people? Everytime when I choose KPN to travel, I am made waiting for hours. Especially the Chennai Adyar to Trichy route. The worst ever service. 10.45 pm bus arrives Adyar at 3.00 am, in the wee hours of night. There are girls, elders, pregnant ladies and kids, waiting for this crap bus to arrive? Did you ever worry for the people? You book tickets, make money and forget the service. Better provide good service or stay off from the business. I will try to put this every forum possible to let people know that they are made to pay for their luxury travel and end up with a nightmare of waiting experiences. #BadService #JustMoneyMaking

We have booked KPN travels, semisleeper - Non A/c from chennai koyambedu to Tirupur. at a cost of Rs 830/-. Bus No: TN30 AL9399, around 30 nos were travelled to enjoy pongal holidays on 14-01-16, most of us were IT professionals, among them many were girls, the bus starts by 9.45pm from koyambedu (usual time. 9.00pm), alrady 45 mins late, also they wasted 45 mins in Ulunthurpet for getting trip sheet. We reached Salem nearly by 7.45 am next morning, the driver hold the bus in KPN petrol bunk to fill fuel, at the time, the diesel boy told to the driver two of the back wheels got punctured. and we found that one wheel got bursted and other was punctured . The Driver informed about the condition of the bus to their managers and they have not given any proper response to the driver. They have asked the driver to change the tyres of his own and to start the travel. Main thing is, he was 60 old and there is no helper in the bus to help the driver. We have been waiting for nearly an hour and no help was given to us and already we were late by 4 hours. After an hour an auto came up with the a tyre with no thread in very bad condition. so we called 4 times to the KPN travels fron different passengers regarding this, but they are not able to here any words from us, they simply replied i have informed and they are coming. Due to that poor response we all got frustated and we took the KPN spare auto which the bad spare tyre came, and we reached the KPN Head office -SALEM. They have started us to push out of the office and they started using harsh words against us since v were recording in cell phone. A person who is working in the office came near to us and snatched the mobile and started threatening us. We all came out and sat in-front of the office and informed the KPN GM to call the press and informed him we wont move untill the press arrives.^ After that they got feared and they came to talk with us in polite manner. After a long arguments they have refunded half the travel amount 450/- rs and they arranged alternative bus for our travel. Atlast we reached our destination by 2.30 pm ( actual time 6.00 am.) Note: None of the wheel have Threaded tyre, especially back wheels which may leads to skip on wet surface easily, as we are travelling in highway. and they dont have a spare to fix . poor response from the admin side. have to take necessaty action against this. otherwise some may lose their lives..
unethical and rude behaviour by driver
Hi, Mu name is Chandrashekar. I was traveling in the Hyd to Salem bus on Nov. 16, 2015 (Bus #: KA 05 AD 9929) and both the Driver as well as the Assistant had a very bad attitude and were not only rude but also the driver was using Abusive language (in Tamil) thinking that I don't understand Tamil. When I asked for their names I was told that they will not provide me with their names but I can go and report it to anyone including the top management of KPN Travels as well as the Police/ Consumer Court as they said that no action can be initiated/ taken against these people. I called the Hyderabad agent at +[protected] immediately around 7:30 PM or so as this incident happened when the bus stopped for a break for dinner. I was told by the agent that he would talk with the Driver and would call me back as he also thought that both their behavior was rude but it was so shocking that the agent neither called me back nor picked up my call even after I tried him couple of times around 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. I feel that this is kind of harassment and DISCRIMINATION BY TAMIL NADU DRIVER TOWARDS ANOTHER STATE PASSENGER as well as KPN seems to be supporting such kinds of activities by ignoring the passenger's complaints. When few of the passengers asked the volume of the video to be increased, the other TV in the middle of the bus to be turned on as well as reduce the AC temperature none of these were attended too but we were told that none of these work properly. Also, the same driver who was rude with me was driving the vehicle very rashly and couple of times I think he even missed hitting the vehicles in front of him as he applied sudden brakes. I will be reporting this issue with the Consumer Court, and also to the Human Rights Comm. in Hyderabad as I feel that KPN has wanted its staff to be rude with its passengers and don't even want to address the complaint that it receives from the passenger.
