I purchased a package from a vendor at Shorview Days July 2017. I go to schedule my package I paid for at Wisconsin Dells and told they no longer book at this location even though I have 1 year from date of purchase to book. Capital Resorts could care less about helping me get my refund and all I get is the run around. Capital Resorts can't provide a service I paid for at the specific location, give me my money back. It is as simple as that. I have all my paperwork with their name blasted all over it, don't try and tell me you can't get me my refund. Not my problem, they contracted with the vendor not I. It has been a nightmare to try and get my money back from these crooks. Run if you see these scammers at Capital Resorts.

SCAM! Don't fall for their high pressure tactics. Don't accept a "free stay with only a 90 minute presentation"! You will spend hours there as they wear you down. Most people do not want to be rude and just walk out and they prey on that. They prey on the unaware. They prey on those desperate to find a way to vacation, improve their ability to give something to their kids. They will take your hard earned $$$ and then give you a middle finger. One person will initially talk to you, you say no. The manager comes with a special offer. You say no. They come back with another offer. They continue this tactic until you are so exhausted, you are not thinking straight. 3, 4 hours, they don't care, they want the sale! Then they will invite you back for a "Owners workshop" to teach you "how" to use your points and pressure you into "upgrading" because you have been unable to accumulate enough "points" to actually stay somewhere nice. The same high pressure tactics are used. We were told there was a high demand for rentals, or sales and have been unable to do either.
RUN, RUN as far away as possible! As tempting as the sound of a "free" weekend getaway may be, not worth it and really you are not put in a nice hotel.
