I ordered the Le Bra for my Toyota Highlander, its looks really good and with a little work was easy to put on. However I will say I have purchased these mask over the years all the way back to the late 90's and the quality has dropped a lot. Over all I was happy with my purchase.
I was very happy with the easiness of installation of my custom car seat covers. The fit was perfectly exact and the cover material I chose is perfect. The best seat covers I have ever purchased. The seat covers were also shipped out on the promised date and arrived to my home in a short time. Thank you for a producing such a quality item.
The dash cover fit just right, and improved the look of my old truck. I did have to add some additional velcro to make it lay straight, but thats because it wasn't it too good of condition to begin with. I'm very happy with the product and ease of installation.

Quality Product - Terrible Customer Service. I've ordered the custom made sun screens from this company 4 times now. Let me firstly be clear that the product itself is of high quality. For what you pay, the product has always fit perfectly and it does hold up very well. The customer service here is subpar. I placed my order for a custom sun screen on 7/10. Fully aware of shipping/production delays due to the pandemic, I expected that this particular order may take more time than usual however I was pleased that the company provided an updated "Estimated Ship Dates" to approximate when an order should be fulfilled. The estimated ship dates estimated my ship date at 7/30... It's now 8/19. This company was sure quick to charge my card for the full amount including shipping however once the charge went through, I initially received zero correspondence from the company as the estimated ship date came and went. I reached out initially on 8/5 politely requesting some follow up on the status of my order. I received a short response of "Hello yes should ship by Friday & we will email again as soon as it's ready thank you". This response email is exactly what you can expect from this company should you ever need help - short responses that lack any concern for the customer's issue at hand. I get it - times are tough for all of us and including small businesses, but a customer reaching out to inquire about an order processed over a month ago and to still not be informed as to the hold up or provided any updated information is ridiculous. Whomever handles their emails I assume is stretched thin because it's evident they have no time to properly handle a customer service issue. I was told on 8/5 that my order should ship by Friday (8/7). I had to follow up on 8/7 to which the reply was "Hello sorry for the delay, will be shipping next week & we will email again as soon as it's ready". With still no correspondence from the company, I reached back out on 8/13 to inquire as to specifics on the hold up - just let me know what the issue is and as a customer, I can understand but to leave me in the dark and provide no reasoning again is absurd. The response I received to my 8/13 email was "sorry not ready yet, & we will email as soon as it is with tracking to confirm..." I've constantly been told "it will ship this week" - it's now 8/19 and still no confirmed time as to when it should ship or if the product has even been made. You get what you pay for right? On this sunshade alone, I spent $80 - that's a premium sunshade price, happy to pay it for like I said the product is legit however I assumed I'd be receiving premium customer service follow up. Be well aware that if you experience an issue that requires customer service from this company, you will be severely disappointed by the lack of effective communication and options you have to solve any issue. Once you get the product however, I can vouch that the sunscreen itself is great. Initially I posted my review with 3 stars - to which the owner replied to my review with: "Want to leave a review or write a book here?" The owner has since gone back to change that initial (condescending) review to state a complete and utter lie. The Owner edited his response to the following: "Customer, not from our store, thank you!" This "owner" is obviously not equipped to handle the company's online presence. All the issues are not with the product, however with customer service. I've not ordered from any store, I've ordered from your website carcoverusa.com 4 times. After reading through many other reviews that all state issues with the customer service received, it's obvious why this company lists no contact phone number. This company/owner is just a middle man - order directly from the product manufacturers.

Appreciate the custom fit to our autos! This is my fifth time purchasing a custom made dash mat. The options such as emblem, name/ motto option are available and done right! They dash mats really enhance our cars, and provide protection as well to the dashboard. Quality made, and price is fair. I highly recommend them to other motorists looking to protect and enhance their car!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Sales person very rude and derogatory. I had them mixed up with another like business and accidentally had the charges removed from the credit card bank. When trying to straighten out the mistake I was called names. They will not call you. They only work by email.

I received the wrong product based on their description I wanted to return but they would not pay for return label so I paid $50 to ship it back
I received the wrong product based on their description I wanted to return but they would not pay for return label so I paid $50 to ship it back in the long run they received the product ,payment and it still went to collections and after asking for my refund they respond by total unprofessionalism and telling me to get a attorney if I want them to remove from collections . yeah attack dogs with stupid responses NOT A GOOD BUSSINESS! I wonder if the owner is aware and if he is why would you condone such behavior.

I believe this is a criminal enterprise. I am shocked they get such a high rating from you. You think the attack dog responses below are representative of an excellent company? Really? They refuse to give their names or refer issue to a supervisor. They refuse to give a resolution timeline. They do not acknowledge what step the issue is on, and what needs to be done to move to the next step. They do not keep a dispute file so both parties can see what has been posted. They use this to beat the customer down. They keep asking for data that has been sent. The staff is vicious, and uses insults and belittling comments. They refuse to explain why certain data is required. They do not assign the issue to one staff, so the customer continually has to explain the issue. The feedback from staff is inconsistent and contradictory. One staff said I would receive a 100% refund. Another staff said that was wrong, but provided no clarification. Tomorrow will be one month since I returned my car seats, but no one has contacted me to tell me what is going on. I contacted their factory, and those staff said i should receive a 100% refund but said the decision is up to the company. I expect that they will try to use some ruse to refuse to send me my money. Don't buy anything from these folks. Beware!
