Cardless is the worst! They totally messed up my card and now I can't use it. It's so frustrating!
I've been without my card for like, over 30 days now
I've been without my card for like, over 30 days now. So, I legally changed my name and stuff, but the company can't seem to get their act together and give me a card with my new name on it. Every time I call, they're all like, "Oh, sorry, our system is being updated. Just wait a few more days." Well, it's been way more than a few days, let me tell you. I already reported my old card as lost, but I still haven't gotten a new one. It's like they can't even send a physical card to my house or something. So frustrating, man.

Autopay is always messed up with my Cardless card. My account has been frozen three times for being late, and Cardless has admitted fault every time. Now they've charged me interest for payments I don't even owe yet. There's definitely something fishy going on with their system in the background, and you can't rely on this company to let you make payments when you need to or give you accurate statements. I want to be compensated and cut ties with this company, and I warn others to stay away.

I joined the credit card offered by Cardless a while back and bought something worth $115. Since then, I've been trying to set up my online profile with their assistance, but it hasn't been successful. Throughout this period, I've been attempting to make a payment, but they only accept it through their website. Unfortunately, they can't figure out why I can't receive their emails to access my account, so they haven't given me any payment options. As a result, they've reported me as delinquent to my credit bureau.

On November 12, I had an issue with Cardless regarding an account that was opened due to identity theft. Experian did their job and confirmed that the account was indeed fraudulent, so they put a block on it in the report. However, in December 2022, Cardless/First Electronic decided to remove the block and put the account back on my report, even though I provided Experian with all the necessary documents and information to prove the incident, like my Police Report and Identity Theft Affidavits. I have reported this to the proper authorities again and attached copies here. Please remove this fraudulent account from my report and close my association with it.
