I bought a car from CarMax and it has to go to the shop within the first week for repairs. When it came out I drove it for two weeks and it had issues with the braking system making it unsafe. Also, the passenger seat wasn't able to be sat up. I sent it back and they held it for another two weeks stating the issue with the seat would not be able to be repaired.
At this point one manager said they would buy back the car for what I paid it off for, but we never again heard from that manager and they revoked our loaner car due to my not being able to return a car we were rest driving. I had a minor heart attack and was kept overnight in the hospital and returned the car a day late with the I tention to purchase the vehicle. They would not let me purchase the vehicle and I had to take the unsafe vehicle home because we had nothing else to drive. Since then the managers cut all communication on fixing or buying the car back in hopes of running past the 90nday warranty they offered. We are now driving a car that has issues with the brakes and sway bar and no usable passenger seat. Thanks CarMax.
Desired outcome: I would like for the car to be bought back or replaces or repaired.
