I'm a carrefour customer and I'm using "Scan & Go" application to facilitate the payment. However, every time I go there, I don't find the cashier, I keep asking the security and others cashiers and anyone to help me find the person, so I can pay and leave. Today was the worst of it all, I kept waiting for more than 10 minutes (with an old person) and the cashier wasn't there. I left my items at the cashier and kept asking the security men, Who did help, then I went to the customer service office, they told me he is in the W.C. I waited again for 5 more minutes then went back to the customer service office, who kept sending me 3 times to different people, supposed to be responsible for cashiers, but in vain! after 5 more minutes he arrived and told me that there aren't many customers and he is doing some work inside the market.
You've been one of the most reputable hypermarkets and your service "Scan & Go" is really brilliant and time-saving. How can you deal with your customers in a neglecting way and worse when I ask to talk to the responsible person, they keep sending me to different people without any sort of respect.
