Dear Sir,
I've placed an order last Saturday through "MAF Carrefour" with order number "[protected]" and till now I haven't received it. I've tried online complaining through "egwebstoreafs@ mafcarrefour.com" and through the hotline "16061" and still zero response from the customer service team about when can I expect my order. Order has been placed almost a week now and money deducted from credit card and zero support from Carrefour team
Hope you will support me better with when I can receive this order and work on enhancing local customer service team performance as it seems they lack the minimum understanding for customer service
