My husband bought me the love rope bracelet as a gift, not knowing that I already have this bracelet.
When we went to exchange it we were met by an extremely unprofessional team-
1. First they claimed that the guarantee paper was missing. And refused to exchange.
2.10mins later they found the guarantee in the box and admitted to not seeing it
3. Then the manager went on to say according to the workshop the bracelet has been used- which it hasn't.
It was brought directly from one store to the other ( because the second store is closer to our house)
All the while this manager communicated to us through a staff member not in person, even though we requested to meet the store manager several times.
I am appalled by the fact that a used piece was sold to us and by the terrible service I have received.
Later another sales person- while the manager has still not come to speak to us- resolved our issue by accepting the piece in exchange for me choosing something else.
All in all this process took 2hours
While the piece was accepted at the end, it has left us with a very very bad impression of the store standard and in particular the caliber of managers you hire.
