purchased my vehicle {2022 nissan maxima} noticed a feeling in the front end{vibration} took to dealer and had it checked out,was told vehicle has damage under the front of the car which has pushed back the plate and its way out of line ,was told 1 tire was a mix match to the rest which is on the front passenger side also chunk was found to be missing from mix matched tire.at this time the service manager pointed out that the over spray on the grill was due to repairs from a body shop that did the repairs from the front end damage but the vehicle still had damage to the underneath that was never disclosed at the time of purchase.carvana has a 7 day return policy after that silverrock carries the warrenty for 100 days at which the vehicle was taken to two body shops who reported the same damage as far as repairs needed.when the claim was turned in it was denied stating the dont cover cosmetic repairs.the repairs are not only cosmetic but a safety hazard as the frame thats damaged is part of the front end problem that was the reason to bring in to dealer, the 100 days is running out and im not getting any help as to getting my vehicle repaired.im not happy with the service after the promises made at time of purchase also not being told the truth.they claim they inspect every vehicle and i want to know who and when did this inspection happen and why wasnt damage disclosed.this damage would of been noticed if inspection was done like they say there inspections are done, this matter needs to get resolved asap.
Desired outcome: repair damage under vehicle, compensate for not reporting damage at the time of inspection.
