new line registration
I has been subscribe thru online for a new celcom line (No. [protected]). Reg. & payment had been made on 31 Mac 2017. Order No. 1-[protected].
Until now i am still do not received any news or SIM card from your respected company. Four times report has been made (Rpt. No. 1-[protected]), but still no proper action taken from Celcom.
I've been advice from call centre & went to to Celcom Blue Cube to cancel my registration on 9 June 2017. But still dispointed. Till now no further action has been taken by Celcom. I guess i don't need to lodge this issue to KPDNKK.

its so suck! very bad! when im playing games watching video your line very slow! im try to make outcall but cannot reach no coverage! it so suck if someone have emergency! I use postpaid, every month i pay! but for what?! nothing?! dont be like other line! so suck! if you not fix this problem until early this july 2017, i, we, all your customers will change to other line! thank you for your poor service line!

I was experiencing intermittent connection issue yesterday June 12 since 2130hrs.
This morning June 13 since 0830hrs I'm totally disconnected. I loose money every second I'm off the network.
Yes, I switched to Celcom from Maxis mid last year for betterment in terms of package. This is so unreliable and frustrating when the service is often bad. It's a shame that Celcom is at such state when you actually have to compete with the likes of Maxis to build your reputation.
I'm sure you don't wanna be second to someone. Please don't cast further doubts on your capabilities.
What is the rootcause of the issue? How long this going to last?
How are you planning to compensate my lost?
penalty for upgrade package
i have been a celcom's customer for many year. In 2015 (i guess) I took a smart phone package. the officer in shah alam section 13 outlet recommended a lower package which he said should be enough for my usage. but then i always utilize fully and have to pay higher rate for the additional .I called CS to upgrade the package with penalty.
How could celcom penalize me for giving more business?

Hello.
I was a Celcom user since as long as i remember maybe since the day I have a cell phone. During that time I rarely facing a disrupted communication lines, even when i was in a remote area. But since last year, 2016 when we moved to new housing area, me and my whole family started to have a lackluster reception. I had to get out of the house just to make a phone call and do SMS reply, let alone to use 3G or 4G internet connection. It is very disappointing because this housing area is still on the environment of 'Celcom Territory' and this area is an open area. I've sent a complaint before but no action was taken.
I was disappointed because for me the communication lines is very important. I have missed a few jobs opportunities because those who want to offer me a job often can not reach me. In addition, I also feel aggrieved with the purchase of internet package but was never able to make maximum use of it while at home and always have to go out just to use the internet connection.
I know Celcom should be very good in this area but there is something that causes a disturbance receipts line in this area, especially the type B house 1-storey semi-detached maybe due to be in the lower position from the type A house 2-storey semi-detached. Because at type A house you can receive better line. I just hope there will be immediate action to be taken by Celcom to this problem soon.

faking bill charges, blacklisting my good name in ctos, continuous harassment n causing undue stress
I have written the letter below, which I personally hand-carried and passed to the office, TM POINT Bayan Baru Pg Opp Sunshine Square) which is responsible for the this unjustified and fake charges. It is now 2 wks and there is no response.The letter is self explanatory. This letter now serves to inform CELCOM as it is the originator of the CTOS. The case will be presented by my lawyers for a FULL compensation of RM 250, 000 and all respective costs. It will be highlighted and broadcast to all the national consumer protection boards and the media.

This is to inform you that within 48 hours by Friday 19th May 2017 my name be removed from CTOS blacklisted by you and immediately stop harassing me.
In addition I seek compensation from Telekom Malaysia / Celcom for RM 50, 000 .
Failing which this case will go viral and letters will be be given to rightful bodies for further action and exposure of the irresponsible acts. Court actions will follow for a much bigger compensation.
Recap:
I had to go overseas for a month. To save unnecessary charges I personally informed all the following utilites and services Celcom (mobile), Astro, TNB, PBA and TM not to charge me during that month.
All parties did so except for Streamyx which claimed that they are unable to waive the charges but will be able to reduce it. They informed me that I will be charged only RM 20 instead of my normal package rate of RM 99 (per month.)
Upon my return I started receiving bills of extraordinary charges. Instead of the usual RM99 per month it was above Rm 700 per month.
I immediately went to the TM office in Bayan Baru (next to Sunshine Square) and complained. I had to visit the office and the person in charge repeatedly six times before it was settled. I also had to make many payments. The final outstanding amount of RM 408.86 was paid on 30/6/2010 and case closed. In frustration I also terminated the Streamyx service.
Enclosed please find original copies as proof.
For the last two years I have been continuously harassed by threats to pay RM 2646.80. I keep telling them the outstanding has been settled and to check with the Kedai Telekom office in Bayan Baru. Yet they continue. The latest being:-

I really regret with how do you choose your staff to work with. This 2 staffs at celcom blue cube klcc really irresponsible & should not working with celcom. The way they answer questions for me is very rude and not like front end staff to serve customer. The guy when i ask about my contract he simply choose to say " masih jauh perjlnan". He can say nicely inform my contract will end feb 2018 and no need to say something like i'm not afford to take another package or contract. When i ask about 1 new iphone package, simply said "itu boleh buat di celcom centre je. Kt tak tau deal dia". U should not work there if u dont know anything!. Then he left me. I stand in front of the counter then the women staff saw me but just ignore and continue playing with her phone. Until i ask "is there anyone work here?" then she answer me with very not interested facial expression. I ask question and she just not even try to solve my problem! very rude! i want celcom to send me prove that you already took serious action againts these 2 staffs within 7 days from the time i send this complaint. If celcom just still ignore this complaint after 7 days (168

celcom corporate line
I recently registered two coporate line for my company and signed a two years contract but was not given what I was promised. Your staff promise me two phone number at first but unable to deliver and ask me to choose again. After numerous attempt, I was given two number that is not my choice. She didnt told me the number is already activated. In short I was forced to take two phone line out of my will. I would like to know if the are ways to resolve this or shall I go KPDNKK. Fyi, up to these days, the two is sittting idle there
poor line internet service
It was already two months i paid money for celcom low quality poor intenet data lines... I was damn furious for paying such money to smth that was stupid like it was better i throw the money into the seas... My fren around me almost change their service line to digi... If u guys cant gt it well... Stop to eat ours money up n refund us back the money n shut ur company up... U monster of cheaters...
changing sim card owner from my sis to me take so long time...
I already two time go to celcom center sg chua kajang for changing name and been given new celcom simcard, but until now this prepaid sim is still under my sis, not me, staff celcom said it due of their system recognition problem, and can be settle up by next week, so I will wait until next week, I hope there will be no excuse for delay somemore, otherwise I cannot switch this sim to postpaid plan with my name if celcom not doing job to change from my sis to me,

Last week, I went into Celcom centre at The Gardens to help my sister to determinate her celcom account since she went to New Zealand and will not be back this year. I met this girl at service counter and she told me that I cannot do it on behalf of my sister without authorization letter with bad tone and manner. I'm a bit pissed off by the manner of treating a customer.
Today, 15 April 2017, I'm back to Celcom service centre at The Gardens again. Although is Saturday but luckily there is no queue today. As fated, it's the same girl serviced us again haha. And seriously, how she talked to a customer is really unacceptable. Is that how a service centre staff talks or treat their customer? It is really rude and I felt so unrespected. I know now we are now cancelling the account with celcom which no longer celcom customer, but that's not how should you treat your customer. It is a ridiculous and awful customer service that I've received and being treated. I'm not blaming celcom for this but pls, as today is the last day of being your customer, just giving a piece of advice, be gentle and polite to your customer, at least a fair respect to each other, I'm not owing you anything girl. It's my shopping day with mom, but you definitely ruin our mood today and last week when we first met. Seriously. I cannot accept that.
By the way, I manage to catch her name today, Sattia, the supervisor. Seriously, your fierce tone and manner could be professional when you are doing training or supervising internal to your staffs but not to your customers pls. You may think ya I'm doing my work, but pls rmb pls settle calmly but not like that to your customer, OMG I cannot pls behave yourself girl.
Hope this voice out could reach person in charge of celcom centre for The Gardens branch and please improve yourself. I seriously regret to go back to this branch and met the same customer service to ruin both my weekends. I could have go to other branch with better service since this is already second time, my bad, my bad luck.

bill charges on big win
My bill was charged with RM1 everyday by big win which i was not aware of, Celcom should not do this to their loyal customers who has been with them all this while, i demand refund by credit into my bill for all that was billed to me under big win or else will turn away from celcom and inform all friends and relatives on this kind of scam. I called 1111 to complaint and was told there is nothing she can do for the charges and ask me to surf for big win and do complaint there, disappointed with this kind of result.
data roaming in bali, indonesia
I just got back to the country and I must say I am utterly disappointed in your RM38 per day Data Roaming service in Bali. The line showed carrier Telkomsel and the 3G icon was also on but I could not connect to the internet or any social media at all in other places except Kuta.
My friends who bought local sim cards of the same network were getting internet reception just fine.
It's a total rip off... what am I paying for RM38 per day if I cannot even connect on Whatsapp?!

Hello. I am a student from USM Engineering Campus. Last month, a celcom booth was set up in my University. They were having promotions and they approached my friend and I. They told us that they are giving us free simcards that we dont have to pay any amount. We asked them what if we want to terminate the account and they assured us if we are no longer interested in celcom we can just leave it. But yesterday, both my friend and I got a bill from celcom stating that we have to pay RM46.35 eventhough we never used the simcards. When I called the hotline for celcom yesterday, they told me that my celcom number is not valid. And when my call was received by one of the customer service, he told me that I must pay RM46.35 and if I want to terminate the account, I must pay extra RM80. When I told him about my situation, he asked me about the id of the people who sold me the simcard. But I was unable to identify the person. Then the customer service officer asked me to pay the amount and if i refused, he told me I would be blacklisted even though I haven't even USED the simcard. Personally, I am very disappointed with celcom because I thought that celcom must be a trustworthy company. But it seems that they can just manipulate students into using celcom and finally we are being victimized. I am just a student and now I have to pay more than RM100 for a service that I did not even use. I am writing this to those officer who can take serious action to prevent any cheating from happening. I am going to terminate the celcom line and i am sure to discourage any of my friends and family members if they want to go for celcom. I am disappointed that celcom can't do anything when it can be clearly seen that the sim card is not activated. I cannot digest that celcom will not take any action against the offenders but instead asking the victims to pay for your scams.

super duper triple poor telco receiving and data connection
Problems started since Mar 16 which data was totally like disabled, unable to get connected. Phone calls either. Hardly receive and make calls out. Really have no idea of what had happened but I really have no patience to tolerance anymore.
I missed many important calls and text during those period. And the problem is still not solved until today. I still face the same problems, it is now Mar 19.
I need the problems to be solved. Please response. I as a user would like to save my money but eventually I lose even more due to the connections problem by your esteemed company. If the problem exist without solutions, please let us go without penalization!

bad telecommunication line ever
I just back to country early the month and aign a package from celcom. But is kind of regret now cause the line was seriously poor since the day one I sign up! What wrong with it... You can provide us 20gb of data and only allow us to use 2 gb or what? Or trying to cheap our money?

I am complaining about my data running abnormally fast!!!
I had just pod out from my digi number and successfully activated by yesterday around 8pm, but my data already spent around 5G until now, (4pm), so terribly shocked me coz not even one day already spent 5G of my data with my normal daily usage, I had been using digi for more than 10years, my monthly usage not even reaching 10G, and just switch to celcom and found that your company data is running abnormally fast, and I had another digi number which pod out last 3months, but this month my data is running of quota just in the second week, that package I signed up is 40G! I just called to customer service complaint regarding to this issue but he said I can't make conplain through customer service ? So should shut down the cautioned service coz I can't c the purpose if they can't help customer ! I just hope you put it seriously and get back to me ASAP! If not I will terminate the line, and share it to my friends, coz we rather to use a better service provider with normal data running, thank you!

1. No celcom apss even though other telco provider have it. To check data balance need to type *118#. For comparison, digi n maxis have better apps, just download the apss and it tell you everything you want to know . Celcom so backward.
2. No 4G coverage even though other telco provider have it. Complaint had lodge but slow action from your company. Here my address: KP3, APMM Wilayah Sarawak, Muara Tebas, Jalan Bako 93050 Kuching Sarawak.
3. Regret with your services. Just waiting to terminate after contract are due.
refund money promised but not received
I have launch a report to Celcom regarding the dispute case charges on my phone line on Jan'16 .
Finally after appeal and keep on follow up, celcom said they are accepted my appeal and would like to refund the money amounting to RM250 to me on March'16 . Officer in charge : Cik Iza ID no. 1524.
After one month later Apr'16, the money still yet to refund. I keep on chasing and follow up with Iza. But claim still in the process.
May'16 the money still yet to refund and I have spoke to the customer service officer En. Zaidi Id no.SA07809, he claim they will try their best to refund by June'16. But unfortunately the money still not refund on June'16 and I have keep on calling to chase spoke with Cik Ayuni ID no: SA07836 & En. Alif ID No. SA09366. They claimed still in the process .
On Jul'16 I am planning to switch my phone line from celcom and I did give a phone call to celcom spoke with En. Alif ID no.SA09366, he said I can switch my phone line anytime, the refund money of RM250 to be issue a cheque to me after 3 months (by Oct'16).
At the end, I have yet to receive my refund money after numerous call to customer service to follow up.
And the worst thing is, when I made a phone call to your customer service spoke with Cik Norazila ID no: [protected] on 23/2/17. She informed me I did not have this refund money of RM250 to be pay to me, perhaps I still have outstanding balance of RM0.25.
FYI. I have settle my phone bill by auto debit to my credit card, and before inactive my phone line I have clear all my outstanding and now how come celcom can me such information some she keep on mentioned Cik Iza already resigned.
That's mean celcom just have one staff name Cik Iza, if without Iza then celcom cannot run and nobody know about my case?
Kindly look into this matter seriously and give me your reply on my refund money.
