I have been paying for Chegg's service for long time now, and it's been more than a hand few times that I have tried to seek help with a perper, and Chegg is not able to provide help. I am not understanding the reasoning for this but would like to have some support. I need a essay paper of 4-5 pages ASAP, the question I need answer is as follows:

I am complaining to let you know that I have been asking a question for 5 times and they are answering only questions a-b-c although I am writing in the question that I only need the answer of d-e-f and I don't need that of a-b-c.
I have lost 5 questions, each time posting question and asking for d-e-f and getting only the answer of a-b-c. This is tiring, and wasting my time although I have renewed my subscription this month just to get the answer of these questions. I don't want to stop my subscription, since chegg is known for its perfect customer service, so please help e with that.

Subscription Refund not in favor of customer
It is clear in the Chegg Policy the user does not have any rights t a refund if a subscription is not canceled before the renewal date neither do they have a auto renew off button/ option on their website. It is stated that it is non refundable but there is nothing that states that members should cancel a day before nor are members given a set amount of days to cancel clearly stated in the Terms of Use. This should change, the money is held in the account for a month till the next renewal date even though the subscription is canceled and you are given an option to re-launch the subscription if you please even if it is clear that the user would like to cancel the subscription and not to re-launch it.
Desired outcome: Terms of Use Policy update to allow subscription refund.(even if it is a percentage)
Suspension of my account
Since I am a user from China, I had to use a VPN. So this makes my account look like a shared account, but the truth is I don't share it. This is the second time my account has been deactivated. Deactivating my account twice in just two weeks? I paid an expensive membership fee, but I'm not getting the service I should have. I had already expressed my need to use a VPN with tech support after my account was first deactivated by chegg, but apparently Chegg didn't have the consumer's needs in mind.
Desired outcome: Unblock my account immediately and promise not to deactivate my account in the future! And compensate me for my lost rights
monthly membership has been charged to my card but isn't renewed until january 2023
I noticed this happening today 12/5/2022 at 12pm. I have been getting charges to my card on file for two months and to my understanding I did not renew my monthly membership, as it is being renewed in January of 2023. I do not understand why I am being charged if my membership is currently paused. I would like to know how I can resolve this issue and get my money back as I have not been using Chegg since my membership isn't renewed until next year.

I was asking so many questions for my homework issued, the tutors never respond my questions. I pay for the helps, but they didn't do their job at all. Charged me twice payment
Today I (15/11/2022) just subscribe chegg, but chegg charged me twice. I paid twice because of it, I should be only pay 27,94 but then I check my history I paid twice already. Not being able to access a folder of the answers to questions I asked when I was subscribed.
I was subscribed to Chegg for two months from the 18th of August to the 18th of October and have asked questions along the way but I can't access them after cancelling my subscription. I'm entitled to those answers as I paid to get them. They are not new questions that I want to have access of without having paid for them. The Good
It may give you some answer support sometimes.
The Bad
[censored] service that half the time provides outright wrong and/or no actual explanation of process.
Expensive service that charges a lot for what it is; more expensive than competitors.
Incompetent safeguard system that will almost 100% guarantee suspend your account under false allegations of being a 'shared account.' Complaints are disregarded and while you wait days for your account to be re-enabled, you won't get credited back for the days stolen.
Staff are untrained and essentially powerless to do anything... I don't even know why they exist. The staff appear to be only trained in 'The Three Fails,' defined as (1) Apologize; (2) Deny responsibility; (3) Deflect demands. Staff are expensive, and if that is all Chegg wants them to do then they would save money just by making a script for that.
Final verdict; [censored] company. Avoid at all costs.
Desired outcome: Fix your automated safeguard. It is a primitive system prone to false positives. Also, fix your business process. Your manual investigation following an automated suspension is slow and ineffectual. Lastly, train your staff better.
Unauthorized credit card charges
I deleted my account May 5, 2022, and Chegg continues to charge and has charged me for June July August and September. Absolute robbery I tried contacting customer support, and they are absolutely useless telling me that they haven't been charging me when my credit card statement clearly says CHEGG INC has been charging me you guys purposely do this so that you can continue charging people and hope that they just won't notice you guys are committing fraud and its clear as day. Reporting this to the FTC clearly, I'm not the only one having issues like this you guys are systematically taking advantage of people.

Two major complaints, one possibly forgivable, the other not. Both together, however, they indicate a company that appears to make things deliberately difficult, milks things for all they’ve got, and generally should be regarded as fraudulent:
1. Created a subscription on one account. Chegg then ended up wanting that account security checked by phone. Phone was not there (I travel a lot and have several phones). Result: No access to the service I paid for.
2. Created a SECOND subscription on another account while out for travel — reason: see above (i.e. ridiculous “security” measures…). Cancelled the subscription immediately so it would last for one month only. Result: Can’t access the subscription I PAID FOR the next day. Instead, I am asked to ‘resubscribe’ because (surprise, surprise) the subscription was now set to have ended on the same day I initiated it. Oh, and resubscribing initiates a new month of subscription, because — well, because this is a company that clearly attempts to defraud customers in the hope that few will complain.
Don’t even get me started on the “experts” Chegg considers as such. They are almost ALL in India (or some other developing country) and probably make nothing for their often incorrect “solutions”.
Nice job, Chegg, but you ain’t fooling this hardened traveler!

they unnecessarily flag and cheat customers by suspending accounts . every time i log in i will get an email that suspected shared activity and suspend the account. i use only from one browser and and one computer , still it keeps doing that .

Last month, I was debited for monthly subscription on the March 6,2022. I sent an email to chegg informing you of this debit and if you could be reversed because I actually do not need my account for any assignment at the moment.
