Chime review: Prepaid debit card

I open a chime account. I went to the local store here in town, Pittsboro, MS to and put money on the card to pay a bill. I tried to use the card and it would not work. I could not log in to account so I called to make sure the card had been activated because I could not remember if I had activated it. The agent misunderstood me and I misunderstood her. English is not her first language so things got confused. She closed the account because she thought I said it was fraud. She did not ask me if it was fraud she just kept asking did I make a second account. I told her no but I was not calling about nothing like that I had the card in my hand it was nothing fraud about it. I just wanted to know if it had been activated. She closed it then told me oh well you will not get your money back. I have called and emailed for weeks now trying to get this resolved and get my money with no help. I get the run around at Chime with the email agents and customer service agents sending me back to the other one saying it is not something either one of them can do I have to called then they say I have to email. This may not be much money to most people but to me this is the difference in my lights and my life sustaining medicine I have to have to take, It has cause a major hardship over a misunderstanding. I have provide the documents that chime requested to identify me. I was told to make apolice report also at one but I told them that it was not fraud and making a false poilice report is illegal. But they still kept insisted to do it until I just said I am not making a false police report I need my money I do not care if they send me a check
