My customer experience with Chrono24.com is a nightmare.
I was looking for a while my dream watch and I felt in love with a Submariner 5513 from the 80's on Chrono24.com. I got only good feedbacks from this marketplace and his good reputation.
So, I made a proposal to the seller which is Collectors Coins & Jewelry of Baldwin in NY State, USA. Their website is Collectors1946.com.
I proposed an amount below the price published on Chrono24 and they explained to me that can provide me a better price/negotiations if I order through their own website. They also told me they have an agreement with Chrono24.com to sell off the website.
I felt confident and in trust and I ordered the watch. It was in March 2018.
Some weeks later, I decided to send it to a watchmaker to clean the case and watch, and perform a very light polishing. When we opened the case, what we saw was a disaster: The caliber was the one of the [protected] instead of 1520). I felt really abused and ashamed. My trust has been hurted and I paid a watch 2 or 3 times his real value.
The caliber 1520 was clearly mentioned in Chrono24. com.
Now, I'm discussing with the seller and I have contacted Chrono24.com to find a solution.
So, avoid this marketplace and I advise you to go to brick and mortar shops if you want to buy a Rolex. There are so many cheaters who are profiting from the attraction of this fantastic brand.
I will update my post accordingly to the solution COLLECTORS1946.COM or CHRONO24.com will propose to me.
trusted checkout cannot be trusted
I have bought an Ulysse Nardin watch from a seller on Chrono24. The seller is Luxurywatch LTD. I requested all details, and they mentioned that the warranty card is stamped and dated by the authourised dealer.
I paid through Trusted Checkout, and waited for the shipment for couple of weeks. I also asked for photos of the actual watch and warranty card, which turned up to be having no stamps. I decided to inform the seller and Chrono24 that this is not as per the agreement.
Chrono24 advised not to receive the shipment, and that exactly what I have done several weeks ago, and still I am not getting my money back.
The reason is that the seller is not asking the shipping company to return the parcel, which probably contains a fake watch or maybe even empty.
The parcel is left in the post office, and my money is on hold.
That is extremely bad service, allowing scammers to use your website, and not protecting the buyers from thyeir tricks.

I never thought I was so impatient. Thanks to them I understood it.
Three months ago I ordered extremely expensive Porsche Design 1919 Datetimer Eternity Black Edition Titanium & Rubber watches ($3, 470 worth, if it's interesting), Yes, not the most expensive ones, but still not a couple of bucks. The watches never arrived. I was so scared that they were stolen or seized or whatever else. But then it turned o that these jokers have never shipped the watches for no reason.
it's been three months and I am still here waiting for my order. I contacted them a million times and each time I hear the same story; don't worry, this situation is under control. No way I would believe this. You do absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Just send these god darn watches and stop feeding me with promises!

I have purchased a watch via Chrono24 website and did not receive it. After waiting for like forever I decided to contact the seller in order to get some information about my order status.
I was told that my watch was out of stock so I have to wait until they get one. I decided to cancel my order and buy from another store, but after I asked for a refund the seller stopped replying to my messages.
Then I contacted Chrono24 customer service and asked for help, but there was no response from them and no one ever helped me. What a scam!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
they haven't provided the papers
When I checked the website www.chrono24.com, I found gold watch. I checked the availability and it was mentioned that the watch was with papers. I paid money for the order and delivery, but when the package arrived, I haven’t found the papers. I contacted the seller, but he excused and told me to wait, because he promised to send these papers. I waited 20 days and was shocked that they haven’t delivered it.
