Did not receive the title for my Jeep Grand Cherokee
I received a pay-off amount of 2403.13 on August 17,2024. I paid that amount with my Capital One credit card immediately.
Two days later - on August 19, 2024 Chrysler Capital deducted another monthly payment of $484.86.
I have neither received my title nor did I receive a refund.
I have tried to call customer service (every possible number) several times - for hours at a time - in vain.
The robot keeps repeating the same prompts:: push 1, enter birth date, enter another number…then it starts all over again.
I tried the chat line. No response.
I am frustrated to say the least.
I am hoping that whoever reads this can help.

The settlement offer
MY car was totaled, and I have full coverage plus gap insurance so I was led to believe that I had nothing to worry about to find out later that between gap and the insurance 90% of the bill was paid leaving me with an unexpected balance.
My is that the balance is under $1200 AND THE ONLY OFFER THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO GIVE ME IS $600

I originally leased my vehicle, I then chose to buy out. Long story short there is an issue with my title. I was removed as Leasee and CCAP is still showing owner of my vehicle. I have called and talked to numerous people who have been very unhelpful, they are continuing to just send me a bill of sale when in fact I need a limited power of attorney to sign on behalf of CCAP to transfer the title to me. Refund through NorthLane / prepaid MasterCard
I was issued a refund at the end of my auto lease through Chrysler Capital and they go through a third party company called “NorthLane”.
1. I was never notified by Chrysler Capital of overpayment. In fact, I had quite the opposite experience.
2. NorthLane sent my cards to an address I was no longer living at.
3. NorthLane prepaid MasterCard has an expiration date. And when it expires, they start charging you $3/month per card for "card maintenance".
4. I have contacted both NorthLane and Chysler to obtain my FULL refund, as NorthLane wanted to deduct the "card maintenance" for a card I didn't receive for almost 3 years after my Chrysler lease was over and for an overpayment I was never notified of.
There are numerous complaints on this shady scam acting as a "business practice" by Chrysler.

Jeep lease paid off 10/23 no title, lean release
Jeep 2021 lease paid off early 10/2023(due to pay of in 2/2024). Was told the lean release, bill of sale and title in the mail on my first call 11/2023. Called them back never received it, confirmed my address- yes it's correct. Chrysler Said give it another week after many chats and phone calls we are mid January 2024- nothing.

Received and cleared my payoff check two weeks ago and have not applied the payment to my account! Bank has called and faxed proof of the cleared check we also faxed and emailed with a read receipt. Email was read two days ago.. On phone now and they still cannot find payment. Insanity they have $23k for two weeks in their account and not applied to mine, and they are calling because they say payment is overdue!

I was issued a refund at the end of my auto lease through Chrysler capital and they go through a third party company called “NorthLane”. NorthLane makes it as difficult as they possibly can to activate your card, link the card to an account to ultimately access your funds for a bank transfer or spending. I have been attempting to obtain my refund in the form of two debit cards for over 6 months, and throughout the process one of the cards expired and I had to call customer service multiple times to get a new card issued. Their website is full of error messages and attempting to navigate the desktop version or the app is terrible. It’s a sketchy business practice to issue a refund and make it this difficult for someone to obtain, considering NorthLane charges a monthly interest on your refund! When I looked up NorthLane reviews there were plenty of similar complaints. Shame on Chrysler Capital for making their customers go through all of this nonsense for a refund. They have no problem auto deducting their payments from our bank but when it comes time to issue our money back they can do no such thing.
Desired outcome: Stop using NorthLane as a third party refund option and mail a refund check like every other professional financial institution I’ve had business with does.

Leased 2018 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon
I leased a new 2018 Jeep from a Dodge dealership in Dallas. For some reason my credit couldn’t be pulled so my father just put it in his name.
The lease was up a couple of months ago & Ive been trying to trade the car in for used car. The lease term ran out & Chrysler was very rude about turning in the car. I asked them if I could use it to find another car. They rudely told me, that was fine with them, but wanted me to “check in” every 3-4 days like I was a child! I did tell people that they were at least being nice enough to allow me to drive the car. How wrong I was stabbing me in the back at the same time! I even made payments for the time Ive had the car.
Over the past several months Ive been going to 2 dealerships per day & on some occasions at least one. It was ver weird the way Ive been treated by them & couldn’t figure it out even getting mad at them! It wasnt them at all! It was Chrysler! Im considering filing a law suit for harassment, bullying, unlawful practices, mental anguish, fraud, etc. At one point I was so stressed I tried committing suicide ! I keep record of all phone conversation’s as well as meetings. I have dates, names of everyone Ive talked too at crooked Chrysler & what they were telling me wasnt what they were telling the dealers. After meeting with dealers I was never told what they would give me for the Jeep trade. I continued to let Chrysler know names of dealers & several times I was at a positive point of trading the car, but it happened again!
I would never hear back from any of the people I spoke with. No phone calls or texts. I couldn’t understand it until last week while at a major dealership. The salesman called to get my payoff. He came back telling me that he couldn’t get it & they told him in a very rude manner that the car had been grounded & I need to return the Jeep ASAP to the dealership where I leased it from. That dealer is 8 hours away from where I live & I was embarrassed as well as stunned since thats not what Ive been told when Ive “checked in”! I called the same number he called while my phone was on speaker so he could hear the conversation. The woman he spoke with were the same ones that I speak with! When a lady answered I explained to her the situation & what the salesman was told. She told me that everything was okay & I told her where I was trying to trade the car. Nothing was mentioned too me regarding the Jeep not being able to do anything with it. I asked for payoff & was the same one I had from “checking in” a few days earlier. I was actually very confused & I told him I don’t know why he was told that because I wasn’t ever told that!
I left after being there all day when my car stopped & wouldnt start 5 different times which the temperature was in3 digits! This is completely ridiculous & Chrysler should be responsible!
During the complete time Ive had the car Ive experienced many problems not starting. Had it towed ro dealership 5 times & drove it in 2 times. The dealership (Alan Samuels in Aransas Pass, Texas)either said that it was repaired or they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. It was under warranty every time, but one. When it was towed in all they did was go where it was dropped off by wrecker (told by advisor) started it & that it was ready. He said since it started up , we didn’t have to do anything to it! They have the equipment to diagnose problems.
Every time it was in the dealerships shop was under warranty except the last time it was towed in. At one time the service advisor (Chuck)told me it was the wiring going into the fuse box called the “tippet” & he ordered one. After that time the jeep seemed to run good & no problems with starting so I didn’t take it back. It seemed that the times it was there they did more damage than good! I was never contacted from Chuck that the “tippet” came in so I thought it was repaired & had no problems for around 6 months.
Its been acting up not starting as it did before & stopping. I dont feel confident in driving the car not knowing if its going to stop & not start! During the time while Ive been trying to trade the car the car has not started many times in the midday of traffic which is dangerous. A couple of weeks ago I contacted the service manager & spoke to him in regarding the issue asking him if they would work on it under warranty even though it was out of warranty. They worked on it while under warranty & never repaired it. He said NO & if I didn’t like it, take ie somewhere else!
I called Chrysler & the lady in that department told me that there no receipt has ever been turn in to them via computer by that dealer. She said if you can get him to turn them in we can do something. She went on to say, she couldn’t understand why he wouldn’t of sent them in. Sounds funny too me! Maybe they need to get rid & not buy anymore expensive equipment,just Google it!
I Googled it & there were many articles regarding the exact issue that Im having & had! Most confirm its in different fuses!
On the way home & analyzing each visit per my notes, they were exacting the same. I wondered if the same people ruthless Chrysler employees were telling on one thing which didn’t make any since if the wanted the car back they could of just picked the damn piece of crap up at anytime! Then those same employees that were feeding me all that crap were telling the dealers something else to where I couldn’t trade the Jeep.
OH! IT GETS BETTER!
I was told about a month ago that I needed a document called a “Statutory Durable Power of Attorney” in order for me to trade it or make any transactions with it. My brother the day before major spinal surgery took the time (3 hours) to get the documents & take to my parents home. I live 7 hours away so my mom had to get a notary officer come to the house to notarize the doc. Its allowing my father to give me the right to trade or sale the car. I arranged for it to be picked up & delivered to me next day (Saturday) by Federal Express. My dad had a stroke & both are in their upper 80’s. A great deal of trouble to go through just to be wasting my time for about one month.I still can’t understand the reason, “WHY”!
This is the lowest of the lowest of any company! There was another company that acted very similar & they illegally foreclosed on my home I lived for 12 years almost overnight! They arent in business anymore! They were stripped of all mortgage business & placed quite a few high up officials in prison. Many of the people which I spoke with in the United States housing departments were in on it. I was rewarded quite well & I know exactly who to contact due to this horrible situation!
Here I am taking the doc with me providing it to salespeople & it was useless not to mention, a fuc_king waste of my time!
I called Chrysler Monday 6/26/23 & spoke to Don. He told me that he didn’t know why I was being told what I was being told, but they couldn’t provide the payoff to dealers because the car was past due of being turned in. He was able to tell me the payoff but no one else! Last week when all of this hit me at a dealership the lady that I spoke with did abruptly tell me that if I didn’t trade the car fast I needed to turn it in at the dealership where I leased it from which is on the other side of Dallas & thats the only place I could return it too! When speaking to Don he told me that I could turn it in at any dealership! I tried turning in another Jeep some years ago & no one at the dealership had any idea what to do with the car. I had calls Chrysler before I dropped it off & the guy told me to do exactly what I did. I was being yelled at all the way to my new car! It was then placed on my credit report saying I missed some payments or something like that!
He went on telling me that I can buy the car & sell it or have someone else buy it & then sale it back to me! IM CONFUSED! If that was to happen is that practically the same as trading/selling it to a dealer?
I cant say or speculate what the problem is with this company but some changes need to be made. Whoever is considering a Jeep, I do know that the Wranglers & Gladiators have major issues with the same ones that Im having. I would check them out prior to buying one! They are telling dealers to over price them by adding additional “add on” options!

I sent in my lease payment payoff (cashiers check) to overnight Chrysler Lockbox. Just to confirm that it was delivered, I went ahead and paid extra for it to be Certified Mail. I called about a week after it was mailed to check the progress on my account. At the time the representative stated that it could take up to 3 weeks to get everything processed. So I confirmed with him that the tracking did state that it was delivered and signed. Over the following weeks, I recieved numberous phone calls asking what my intent was with the vehicle, explaining to each that I already sent in payment and provided the tracking. All of the sudden, I recieved a demand letter saying that I needed to arrange turnover of my car to either a dealership or arrange for buyout. Since then I have spoken with several representatives, as well as their executive team. They state that they are unable to find my check and that I need to reissue ASAP. I said that this was really sad since I have had nothing but great service up to that time. After my most recent call, I explained to the rep that in order to cancel this cashiers check, my bank charges a $30 fee. There is also up to a 3 week delay to get funds back into my account. Plus there would be an additional expense to mail again to Chrysler. I asked if this is something I could be reimbursed for, however they are not willing to budge. Instead, I was told that they are going to waive all of the fees incurred on my account as a result of their mistake. How generous.
Desired outcome: I would like to at least be reimbursed for the canceled check. I have faxed in and emailed everything that they had asked of me. The least they could is help pay for their mistake.
Service warranty fraud
Cancellation of policy # DYE23057 (which belongs to me Virgil De Sio who wants it cancelled)
Background information
On 2/17/23 I wanted to cancel my warranty from Assurant after I called 215Dodge Superstore in Las Vegas and asked to have a windshield washer motor replaced because it was no longer working I was informed that a repair of such a nature would take 1-3 business days for Diagnostics then if part is truly broken another 3-5 for repair. If not covered my cost between $400-600. I asked Kervin why not just replace the $26 device which only takes 30 minutes. Kervin then told me "if it's only $26 and 30 minutes then do it yourself." I asked Kervin to transfer me to the service department manager because I did not agree with that response. Kevin quickly transferred me to the voice mail of service dept supervisor Rick Stubbs. After Rick did not return my call for 4 days I went to 215dodge superstore to find out why. Well of course, Rick Stubbs quit this dealership almost a year prior but his voice mail remains active for all complaints.
While at the dealership I decided to go to warranty personnel and cancel my Assurant Warranty. I was informed that the dealership had new owners as of 2021 and any vehicle purchased or given a warranty prior to the new owners and the new dealership had no record of my warranty. I was suggested to contact Assurant and cancel my warranty.
Moving on: On 3/3/23 I called Assurant and asked to cancel my policy. I spoke with Sharon from client services who did not know how to cancel my policy, so she transferred me to Gabrielle who provided me an easy "CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM" to fill out and mail in to : [protected]@assurant.com
This is where Carol Cooper comes in. Carol contacted me via email and stated that I cannot use this form since the selling dealership is no longer in business. I called Ms. Cooper at [protected] and asked Ms. Cooper: Okay Carol what should I do? Simply send me a photocopy of the mileage from your vehicle and contact Chrysler Capital and have them issue a letter to me (carol.[protected]@assurant.com) which states:
We authorize cancellation of policy #DYE23057.

I sent Carol a photocopy of my odometer.
On 3/3/23 I called Chrysler Capital and spoke Dexter #818466 who transferred me to supervisor Jovana #796558 who tried to call Assurant but stated that hold time was too long so Jovana confirmed that she would contact someone from Assurant and get this letter to them for cancellation of my warranty. The letter would be emailed within 1-3 business days.
On 3/6/23 I decided to call Chrysler Capital again and verify that this letter was sent. I spoke with the following from Chrysler Capital:
I spoke with Kaden 377874 who then transferred me to supervisor Shadie 818483
Shadie assured me this letter would get completed and emailed to Carol within 1-3 business days.
On 3/9/23 I decided to call Chrysler again just to try and verify that the letter was sent, and this warranty was cancelled.
I spoke with Shaquita #797357 who spoke with Joanna Banner from the Product Cancellation dept for an update and stated that no letter had yet been sent and Shaquita then transferred me to Darnell #797621 from Executive offices. Darnell then made a 3-way call with Michael from Assurant who informed Darnell the exact same information, that Carol stated weeks prior, was required from Chrysler Capital allowing cancellation of this policy and where the refund should be sent. Darnell confirmed that this letter would indeed get completed and even verified with Michael and myself Carol Cooper's email. Darnell stated that I would be contacted in 1-3 business days to verify this was completed.
on 3/13/23 I thought well let me just check one more time to make sure this was completed.
I called and spoke with Patricia #796318. Now Patricia, told me, "Mr. De Sio the warranty cancellation dept is no longer handling this issue but we have assigned to the investigations department that looks for and investigates all closed and defunct dealerships and then locates the warranty dept at these closed dealerships to get this policy cancelled. Of course, there is no definitive time period because after all it is an investigation to find a closed dealership and no longer employed warranty personnel." At this time I asked to speak with someone from the warranty cancellation dept. Patricia put me on hold and stated, the warranty cancellation dept is not willing to take my call. I then asked for a supervisor, again put on hold and Patricia came back and stated that no supervisors are available at this time to speak with me then she hung up on me.
Desired outcome: CANCEL ASSURANT SERVICE WARRANTY AND CREDIT MY CHRYSLER CAPITAL THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THIS WARRANTY
Late fees on account?
On 1/28/23 I saw my account was $124.49 more than usual. I called and was informed it was due to late fees and such so I paid them, I did go through a time last year where I was struggling to pay my vehicle on time. Fast forward to today, I log in to my account and it’s $124.49 more than usual again. I also find it weird that it’s the exact same amount before. I called and was told that my account isn’t current. I informed the guy that since the beginning January that I make a payment toward my vehicle weekly to ensure I stay current and there should be no late fees since I already paid them in January and haven’t been late since. He put my account in review and I should find something out next week.

Lost pay off check
I sent in a pay off check via over night FedEx package on February 15, 2023. I paid for a signature of recieve; I sent the check with vehicle's vin number on the check and a printed statement of all the account information on this account. The packaged was recieved and signed for at Chrysler Capital 3000 Kellway Dr. STE 120 Carrollton, TX 75006 on Feburary 16, 2023. The tracking number for this is #[protected]. I verifed address with Chrysler prior to sending and also in the many times I have called in to inquire about this check. The check number is 380123 in the amount of $27,547.42. I called on Monday, February 27th and spent 45 mins on the phone speaking to customer service agents and also to a supervisor who all told me something different on the timing of when a pay off check SHOULD be cashed. In the end of that conversation I was told to give it time until Thursday, March 2, 2023 for check to clear. I checked this morning and the check still has not cleared. I called and spoke to various people on the phone starting with Rira ID#400794, Christina ID#796388, Jasmine (supervisor) ID#797983, and Latoya (in executive office) ID# 795795 which was another 60+ min time frame. Both Jasmine and Latoya stated that the only options for pay off if they couldnt find the check were going to be me having to get the check reissued and mailed off again, or I could launch an investigation on current check which could take weeks and risk that time and if they couldnt find it, issuing another check to be mailed in again and starting this process over again. They did not take any ownership for not having any trace of a check that was signed for by their office. They refused any kind of compensation or help with having to reissue another check. They are not doing ANYTHING to help in anyway for a problem they have created. They offered no other option to pay but to mail a check in again. This is unfair and costing me money daily with interest. Not to mention the headache of going through this process which should be easy and not this troublesome to pay off a loan! I asked for a manager who is above the executive level to call me back but that will take 24-48 business day hours. I looked online and this financial institution had done this to multiple individuals who have loans with them. Something needs to be done and they need to be held accountable for their incompetence!
Desired outcome: i want a refund for any interest since the date of them recieving the pay off check, I want them to pay for the cost to have another check cut and a way to pay them directly that is NOT via mail-in and my title in 30 days.

Missing payments made
I am contacting you on behalf of my son, Shane Dixon, as he hasn't been able to resolve the issue with his account. He reports that he has attempted to call several times and the representative actually hung up on him.
When he took out the loan for his truck, he set up autopay through his bank, US Bank. According to the records at US Bank, all payments have been made on the loan. My understanding is that Chrysler Capital has requested a faxed copy of the records from US Bank but US Bank will not fax the records for security reasons. Therefore, I am requesting a mailing address so that the records may be sent via mail. Alternatively, will you grant permission for me to obtain the records from US Bank and hand deliver them to an office in Boise, Idaho?
It is further my understanding that the issue of "missing" payments has been an ongoing issue since the beginning of the loan. Shane, or his wife, Tammy, will call to correct the error and are advised by your representative the "lost" payment(s) have been located and the account is current. It is further my understanding that this accounting error occurs approximately every 3 months.
Recently my son received notification that you will be initiating repossession of the truck. Before this matter gets out of hand, or Shane is forced to seek legal action, I would request that you work with me to resolve the issues. Thank you in advance for your anticipated assistance. Lola Kennel

Payments and mail negligence
First the piece of mail I just received in the mail 1/30/2023 was not sealed from others eyes it has personal information on it and you didn't even put one piece of tape, tabs, or staples on it if I end up with identity theft it will be from that piece of mail from you.
Second is that you don't recognize the fact that I paid 11 payments last year 2022 and Harass me constantly since 11/1/2022 for a payment calls everyday sometimes 3,4 times a day even on Sundays. Yes now I'm behind on my payments I got sick, sorry, Try to tell you guys anything and then you say we are here to help that's a lie you have never helped with anything. I asked if you want to help me, then lower my ridiculous interest rate. I have already paid for that truck over and over with the interest rate. I'm sure I won't get anything of use back from you but crickets. If you do have anything to say better text it because I quit answering the phone because it's nothing but harassment calls thanks for the ability to vent but no, thanks for the non help paying out the nose

Issues with new 2022 ram/ customer care rep
My name is Becky Workman on 12.17.22 I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram Rebel, I traded in my 2018 Ram Rebel with roughly 65000. On January 11th my truck broke down an hour and a hall away from my home. I called the Dealership Ourisman Jeep Dodge Ram in Woodbridge. I was told to call a tow truck to have it taken to the dealership. Somehow it went to the wrong dealership it went to Ourisman in Alexandria, VA. The service tech called me the next day to see what I needed done. I explained what had happed and he said he will check and let me know. I received a message on Thursday January 12th that I need to think about extending the rental car until Monday. I called Chrysler care explained what was going on with the new truck I had purchased 25 days prior to it breaking down. The rep Francis did not return my call I spoke to another agent to check on it. I called back later and spoke to another re Angela who said I was approved for a rental car from January 11th -30th. I drove to where I picked up the rental Regan National Airport turned in my rental walked to the service desk at Enterprise to find out there was nothing there. I called back Chrysler Care to be told they do not make reservations. I asked for a supervisor I was told one could call me within 24 hours!%$#*&* I was stuck at an airport. I called the service Tech where my truck is being repaired to see if he could help. I was able to get a loaner from the dealer for 5 days. I called my rep Frances to let her know what was going on. I was checking on y truck and the progress. On Monday January 23rd 2023 I received a message from Luke in service that they have ordered a part for my truck but will not be in until February 13. He said I can call my Chrysler Care rep to see if she can get the part expedited for me and explained that the loaner needed to be returned. He said when I call about the part have them call them about the auth on extra days. (I have text messages on my phone from the Dealership). I did not get a response. There were calls and messages left for the rep Francis who did not communicate with me very well. I told her today I was frustrated, and I said I was going to put up a review on BBB and social media and yelp her response was that was my option. I was not getting anywhere with this rep getting any kind of help. She did not care what I was going through! I was done I said I am done and hung up the phone. I received a email from her that my case was being closed per the phone call. I had my truck for 25 days 1162 miles on it! It is still in the shop and she closed my case! I replied to her saying I don't want my case closed until my truck is fixed. I told her I did not want to put up a review on BBB, Social Media or yelp but she has forced my hand. Desired outcome: All I wanted from this rep was to help me get a rental car I did not have to pay for since my truck was 25 days old with 1662 miles on it. I would like compensation for the issues I have had.
Buy out vehicle and no title
I bought out my 2019 Jeep Compass on august of 2022. That went smoothly, they told me the title will come in the mail. September went by, no title. I called Chrysler Capital. They told me it was sent out. To the wrong address I find out. That should’ve gone back to sender. They told me no! (No only that but when I moved I changed all of my credit cards and payees. They told me they have no control over post office!)
So I said fine what do I do? That same week I ended up with a Release of Lein
That told me to go to the DMV and they will provide me the new title over to me, in order to get my vehicle registered. That was to expire October 31.
DMV said no, since it was a lease, they can’t help me. To call Chrysler again and tell that this won’t work. So I must have call and got different numbers and being transferred every where. I called as many times I had time for. November I called, no title yet. Someone now tells me, I need to purchase a duplicate title. Charge $50. I shouldn’t have needed to pay but I did! I send a check certified mail of $60 fo the title. Weeks went by, no title called again, they tell me computers are down. Call back. I did someone there said “of if you paid, looks like it’s in mail. Weeks went by, no title! Called again, no one has an answer. Meanwhile, I have no registration on my car! Now today 1/16/23. I got on the mail a $50 debit card from then. For a refund, to purchase my title. I called yesterday left 2 messages for a manager to call me. I got nothing!
I feel like this is a scam, they had my payoff money and case closed on their end. No info on my at all. Not even the lead info, gone!

You know if Chrysler Capitol would do like "ALL" of the "OTHER" lenders; and permit the vehicle owners to "hold possession" of the vehicle titles "marked with the lien from the lender" on the title "per state statutes"; and then issue "letters of lien release" to the consumer at the time of payoff, "that they take to their DMV" to get their vehicle titles cleared, it would solve a whole lot of problems, and a lot of customer service issues. I will never finance another vehicle through Chrysler Finance just because of the title holding issue, and problems with working with the various state DMV's at registration time or moving or other issues because of how Chrysler handles titles vs any other lender I have "ever" done business with. Chrysler "DOES" need to take lessons from "ALL" other good lenders in the business.
Battery holding on my 2022 Chrysler Pacificia Pinnacle Hybrid
My battery is only giving me 22 miles on a full charge and when I let them know they told me nothing is wrong with the battery. So why am I not getting 30 miles before I have to charge my battery. I have about 11, 200 miles and each week I am getting less miles on my charge. Every week I am getting less miles from my battery. I keep getting the run around. I love my van but I am not happy with the battery.
Desired outcome: I want a new battery this one is not working right. Something is not right with the battery that is in my van.
Lease termination due to vehicle totaled
Lease vehicle was totaled in an accident. Our insurance company sent a market value payoff of the vehicle to Chrysler on 10/21/22. It apparently didn't get there so on 11/7/22 the insurance company sent the payment via overnight mail and was received by Chrysler on 11/8/2022. In the meantime, the account shows past due but they sent payments back. Still no application of payoff on the lease. Because we had equity from a prior lease we are expecting around $7000 once the vehicle residual and lease payments are covered. After several calls, last of which was today, was advised that the payment has not gone into the system. Initially didn't know why there was a delay but then indicated there is something with the insurance claim portal that our insurance company has to correct but we somehow have to contact our insurance company to do so but they can't tell us what the error is? So the insurance company has to deal with them for the damage payment but then we have to be the go between for errors for the submissions? The delay caused a new lease to be more expensive due to the changing interest rates. Still waiting on the overage due us. Probably not alone. Consumer class action?
