Chrysler Capital review: Repossession of my truck this morning 8/29

First off I called to Chrysler Capital 3 times today and asked if anyone had the Truth in Lending act disclosure, No one had it and I was never given it at the closing. Since the Statue of Limitations is Tolled I will reserve my Rights of Recession on this loan, also how the heck is the Truck which was paid for from The Credits out of the Treasury in the Name that I am legally doing Business as being repossessed? I as the Agent signed a promissory note to Pay for it! its a Consumer Credit Transaction, To have this company seal from me take the full amount, and demand payments put me under duress and extort more labor money which is worth more by 10% then Steal the truck by trespassing on private property, and disturbing the peace, is so damaging to my life, my image and making me pay for it not only twice but just look on the Bloomberg Platform and it shows major Securitization fraud which makes tons of money also its Identity theft, Securities fraud, there are multiple violations of the Federal Reserve Act sections 16 and 29, Failure to Preform Fiduciary Duties, fines of $10,000 a day, Violations of The negotiable instruments act. Sec violations, the worst part and most hurtful is, My mom is in Hospice and I need to be there because she might pass today and you can never replace that. The damage done today will never go away, Im calling The Federal Marshalls and filing a Writ of Replevin, the suite will follow. Chrysler Capital is only the intermediary to extend my credit from the Treasury by law, they have overstepped the law
