My complaint:
On Oct 12 2023 I made a request for redemption for two $101.00 Home Depot gift cards. Next day I receive email that redemption request has been declined by casino and funds have been credited back to account..confused of why redemption was declined because considering I made a redemption a few days earlier with no problem.. I loggin to account and there are no funds credited in account like they said would be. I contact casino wanting an explanation but they insist that cancellation was requested on my end and that funds have already been returned. I never cancelled request and I never received funds for $202.00 that they claim I already received. I have submitted a support ticket but they have already closed ticket as solved and completed. Which is not true, I have not been able to speak to anyone. Only through email. Can you please help?
