fFlying J New Haven Indiana 16 year old working the station hair not covered at all and it's quite lengthy using gloves to wipe his fourSanitary issues Cinnabon station head in through his hair and then handling the product. Prior employment myself Procter & Gamble out of Cincinnati food and safety division. honestly I would've written so many violations

Customer Service
I went to your store #7802 Mall of America Bloomington MN on Saturday 10/16 2021 at 2:14. The lady name is J. she was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. She didn't give me time to order started raising her voice. She didn't want to give me my receipt and I finally ask for refund and she remotely disregarded me as a customer. There were another worker there and she told her she can't treat customers like that and she disregarded her. I'm very disappointed at the service I receive. I have been going to this location and never had a problem. Then I called today to speak with a manager and he told me she was crew leader and he apologize for her behavior. This very sad and I will never support Cinnabon as long she is employed at that location.

Mini Cinnabon
I wanted to purchase a mini bun they only had a drop of icing on them, so I observed the regular size buns was full of icing I asked if they could put a little more icing on them cause it was just a dab in the middle. The employee ignored me so I said it again can I get some more icing on it, the second employee said that all they were allowed to put on the mini buns …. Now I've purchased many of them in the past and they never looked like a dab of icing before I was disappointed and just asking for a refund
Employees not wearing gloves when serving
Employee had chipped nail polish. Asked her if she had gloves and would wear them while serving my order. She picked her crotch and did not put gloves on. She had ear pod in her ear and paid no attention to me. I will never purchase from that location again.
Desired outcome: Gloves worn when serving and prepping. Only cashier should not have glives on but cashier should also not be serving.
Cinnabon
My husband and I went to the Cinnabon in city walk, the staff was extremely rude and we spent the extra money for the fresh ones instead of the pre-packaged, which was a waste because it was still crusty and dry even after we verified if they were fresh, very disappointed we spent 40 bucks for crap. This will officially be the last time I buy Cinnabon's.

Coffee
The Saint Charles Town Center, Cinnabon refuses to serve hot coffee even though coffee is on their menu. Normally every time we come in here they have coffee appears it may be there under new management the coffee pot sitting there however they refused to make hot coffee

4 pack cinnabon
Asked for a 4 pk to go, I was told that she had to check in the back, which they were right in front of her in a case! Why check in the back?? The worker also tried to sell us something we didn't order!! Why?? Well I purchased the 4 pack anyway, needless to say when we got them home they were so hard and stale, even when we heated them! They were terrible and not worth $15.00!!

I visited the dunnings bridge road store on the 4th august around 5:40 and was greeted by two men one had dark brown hair and the other was older and baldish when I arrived to the store the tall man made me extreamly u comftabke with the way he looked at me and as I was leaving he made in appropriate comments about my appearance in a sexual way. This made me feel extreamly uncomfortable within the store and the young man with him giggled as he did this, I am a middle aged woman and the way I have been made to feel by your staff me never is unacceptable I will not be visiting this store again.
horrible taste
I visited the cinnabon located in patrick henry mall (newport news, va)on 08/07/2021 at approx 6pm. They did not have any classic cinnabons ready so there was a wait and i was ok with that. I ordered 2 classics and a pack of minis, the minis were ready. When i was called to get my order i noticed the employee remove the minis from the microwave but i see them do this often to warm them so i didnt say anything. when we got home we noticed that the minis were burnt and the 2 classics had no frosting.
Desired outcome: i would like to request a refund or a voucher for a replacement.
Customer service and quality
On 7/23 I purchased a box of MiniBon Rolls 15 pack. When I got the box home, there was human hair in the icing on the buns. I brought back the box on Saturday 7/24 to the original place I bought the buns, which was at Crabtree Mall, [protected], 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612. When I informed the female that the buns had hair on them, she asked me "Well, what do you want?" I explained that I would like a new box, but I wanted to see the buns prior to bringing them home again. She stated, "You can not do that. That is nasty! I can not let you open the box and have you decide you do not want them and put them back." I explained that was not my intention, but that I only wanted to see that buns did not have hair again. She offered to open then herself and let me see them. When she opened them, she kept the box facing her and asked if they were okay. What I did see looked okay and agreed to take them. She then literally threw them in a bag and was stated, "here you go." She did not offer any icing or anything to compensate for the inconvenience. I was very upset with the treatment and what I felt like was a waste of my time and money.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for my inconvenience. I think it would be fair for a fresh box had been offered and a refund insult free.
Service
I've been trying to purchase cinnabon rolls more than a few times, at the new location. In Victorville Mall. To say that I was more than upset at them telling me one more time that they ran out is an understatement. How can you run out of the one item you sell. They need to work on there customer service. Most of all they need to better prepare. Had to come home now 5 times to tell my kids they ran out again.

After ordering the food i get a confirmation from costumer service you will get your Oder with in 30 min. I received my order after 50 min. Then i asked why it was delay. His reply was we have lot costumer if your hurry then go to any other restaurant.
Is Your are international brand?

Incorrect order

This is a complaint of incorrect order . They served the incorrect meal. I had ordered chicken roll and was served paneer roll. I ate it without realising it and later when checked again, they accepted that it was incorrect. They billed me for that. This is not acceptable on their part. Ideally I should not have been charged for incorrect order. This happened in Ambience mall outlet in Gurgaon

I went to Cinnabon on 6/18/21 @ 6:46pm at Concord mills (Concord, NC) Bakery# 8104 and the service was horrible.
I rung up by a young lady that did not know pricing on mini cinnabons in bulk count since they did not have any pre-boxed.
I asked if I could get some boxed up, she refused.
I asked for a 12 count, she suggested a 16 count. I agreed, upon my purchase another young lady started using a spatula and tossing 3-4 mini cinnabons in a small box.
I asked could she place them in then more neat or just give me the regular box they would come in if I bought a 12-16 count, she grunted and complained out loud as if my request was unreasonable.
A gentleman by the name of Kyle Moats (I assume he was an assistant manager) then came up and stated that the cinnabon box they would use for one big cinnabon was the only thing available or they could put each one in it's separate box.
I told him that makes no sense when I see boxes for bulk cinnabons under the counter. He refused to give me one and told me he was going to refund me.
I took my refund!
Worse service I received in a long time from an establishment especially since Covid.
Kyle did not care about my request, nor did the other two young ladies.
If my request was to have them placed neatly, who would say no to that.
Please look into this matter Cinnabon. Why are stores not stocked appropriately, and why would an employee not accommodate a customer if it brings revenue in.
Mini cini rolls, sweeties
I went to the Brass Mall in Waterbury CT. I asked the young lady if the cinna buns were fresh I could slightly tell they were not she said they were fine. When she was given them to me I asked for more icing because they again looked dry not fresh. I am complaining because she gave me attitude when I asked for more icing and the cinna buns were indeed dry and hard even after she warmed them. I got to my car and they were awful. I dont live in Waterbury so at the moment I said my lost. But it should not be my lost she was not professional and I should not have got hard old cinna buns. I ordered 2 Cinna buns and a pack of sweeties. I was very upset and so were my two children I told them we were going to get a nice yummy treat but it was not good at all. I was disappointed to give my boys a nasty treat. Please help me resolve this I would greatly appreciate it.

I just had the worst customer service at a Cinnabon at 4075 jones branch road Jacksonville, fl 32219. The two Cinnabon workers were rude and acted as though it was a inconvenient disturb me and give me Cinnabon while I was on my lunch break it happened on 12 June thousand one at approximately 1215 and local time. By far the worst experience ever. Being a retired diabled veteran its hard to believe this is your standard while helping guest?
Desired outcome: I would like the two workers couseled and be able to make a return trip and see a difference in their preformance. Thank you for your time!

Purchased a 4 pack of cinnamon rolls on Thursday, April 1st at a gas station location in Kenosha, WI.
When we got home we realized the outside part of the role was hard and dry. We put it in the microwave but that only made the inside edible. The outside was still hard and inedible. We ended up discarding the box because they were not enjoyable.

I bought a 4 pack of Cinnabon in Birmingham at a Flying J.. those were the worse cinnabon's we've had, hardly any icing and pretty dry. Now we don't feel like we want anymore of these due to these..
If I need to provide a receipt I can do that.

After waiting 25 minutes at the Opry Mills Cinnabon, I finally made it to the register and was barked at by a gentleman asking what I wanted. I advised a 6 pack, please. He told me he would be charging me INDIVIDUAL prices ... a difference of 11 dollars. He said he was out of boxes which were in clear sight. When I pointed them out he said NO, he wasn't selling me the 6 pack because he didn't have enough made, yet he was willing to sell me 6 INDIVIDUAL cinnamon rolls at the higher price point. I stated that fact to them and was told order what I wanted and move on. This is an absurd way to treat a customer who not only drove over an hour to the mall to make this purchase but then also stood nearly 30 minutes in line only to be rudely denied what I waited for due to poor time management on the part of the gentleman who was clearly the manager.

i purchased a carmel cinnabon with pecan and i returned it because it was too dry and n0t enough pecans, i. was given a new one it was the same dry and not enough nuts.what should i do now, my purchase was made at the cross county location, i purchased at the same location three week prior and it was okay so i went back expecting the same, i was very disapointed, i would like for somrthing to be done im a regular customer
