1/1/2022 Mr. gamble was assaulted at circle k at 3200 South high Street by two white males a clerk by the name of Kimberly Adams call 911 about a suspect open up chips, fighting with customer’s, and showing his genital area’s. 1/1/2022 I was assaulted and jumped by two white males inside of a gas station at 3200 South high Street around 5:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Please be advised that prior to this incident I have been out at a social club for New year's then left there and had nowhere to go for 4 hours and the cold and bad weather from being homeless but resign at van Buren emergency shelter. I was out doing things pertaining to my music. That ordeal never happened, so I was stranded. During these hours I felt as if I was being followed. Upon entering this circle k I walked over to this candy rack to observe some items, while in the same since trying to figure out my next move on finding a ride to get back to the shelter or wait for the bus. This particular night it was snowing raining and Hailing with the high wind gusts as I stood there soak soggy and with soggy clothes while warming up in the circle k I attempted to keep my clothes from sticking to my back. I went in and out of sleep daydreaming and back to reality because of incohertness’ at this time to a point the store clerk asked me to leave. As it processes I regain my composure and walked up to the counter turned around and got on my hands and knees and a praying position as if Muslims pray and balled up with my head on the floor eyes closed. I stayed like this for a few minutes until I heard strangers telling me she said leave and aggressive manner. As I stayed in my position I felt someone shoved me over at which I jumped up to confront this person I realized it was two people at which I felt threatened and went into defense mode. This flight lasted maybe two or three rounds all three times I went to the door to catch my breath fearing to go outside by this moment, there are cameras all throughout this circle k at the front register and where I was positioned, even where I stood before being asked to leave. In the midst of the second round of fighting for my life I remember a backpack I had on my bearing my belongings and it spilled on to the floor as this happened one of the men attempts to pick up something from what spilled off of my body at the end of this ordeal one of the men pulled the pen out of a fire extinguisher and spray me down as which I finally stepped out the station. As I stepped out the doors the two men pursued me one walk to his car and threatened to be going to get a gun there were cameras outside at the gas pump for an at court even more position in the front of the entrance. The man reaches his car pulled out a tool that becomes even more of my worries and to come back towards the door entrance where I was standing as I moved out of the way in the midst of this Police officers came out that morning pulled up got out the car ask me was this about me, I said yes with a nod while the other two men went back into the store.
After everything that happened I was taken to the Mary Havens engagement center without even being asked to make a statement or property returned, I was told that I was going to jail but then later released to the engagement center. Officer Sean Evans and Ryder Musser were on the scene that night after arriving at circle k these officers make contact with Mr. gamble during this investigation. During the initial contact, officer Evans asked Mr. gamble was this about him, he said yes. Officer Musser stayed together with Mr. gamble until further notice.
Officer Evan come back out the store and tell Mr. gamble he’s under arrest for indecent exposure they detained Mr. gamble, Mr. Evans go back into the store come back outside shakes gamble down again but this time was in Mr. Gamble underwear drawers from the back bending Mr. Gamble over continuing to search in his drawers and his buttocks area. After finding nothing, officer Evans place Mr. gamble back in the car, Mr. Evans went back into the store then came back out and said we’re not taking you to jail, we are going to write you a citation. After this investigation, they packed Mr. gamble up with none of his belonging and took him to the Mary haven’s engagement center. Where Mr. gamble blow zeros, is where he was denied for not being intoxicated. On 6/15/2022 a release hearing was conducted. But before this official hearing Mr. gamble wrote a complaint to Columbus division of police about 12/4/21 and 1/1/22 also grievance about Mr. Gordon’s behavior and ineffectiveness of helping him into reentry back into society safely. Doing this release hearing, two women were present to sit in and view this hearing along with Ohio public defender Erica Young and a Miss Quinn as the hearing officer of this hearing. For State parole authority, Mr. Raymond Gordon. His witness Mr. Sean Evans and Rider Musser both Columbus police officers, no Kimberly Adams. Evidence relied on was 1/1/22 police report. No "CCTV’s” body cams or victims. Mr gamble testified on his own behalf as Miss Young and Mr Gordon lead questioning

My name is Cindy Tran and I have a complaint on why I am being discriminated against your store. I have 3 different incidents with time and date stamped for this. This was also addressed to the store manager on each occassion and it was addressed to the employee there but yet it keeps on happening again and again. I am complaining about a rude employee at your store in Belleville Illinois on the north belt west. I came into the store to purchase gas, play the lottery, and cash in on a $25 ticket. I was the only customer in the store at the time, besides her and a new manager. It was around 11;40 am on December 20th, 2022. As soon as she saw me standing there she got an attitude instantly, so she begin to fidget around at the cigarettes and other stuff behind the counter, she finally snatched her receipt out of the calculator or cash register where she was standing, then she threw it at the liquor behind the counter. Then she walked up there with a nasty attitude, and reached my ticket out to her, she grabbed it and slide it right back to me, and said how much I said how much what now I'm getting angry because I had stood there patiently while she was figgiting. So I told her first of all don't know what your problem is. We got into a consultation for over five to ten minutes, and other customers were in the store by now. she kept telling them to get in front of me, and I told her that I wasn't going to move. She said she was gonna call the police I told her to call, this way I could file my report. was so mad, a guy in the store told me I should leave after the new manager lady took care of my needs. please contact me

There’s an employee (Reed) who refuses to sell lottery tickets. The first time this happened on,12/10/22. I asked he in a nice even tone, if the lottery machine was down? The response given from the employee was that he was having a hell of a day and he wasn’t selling any lotto tickets! I told him I was sorry he was having a bad day and I hope that his day got better and I went to Tom Thumb to spend my money. I went into the same store again on 12/17/22 and the same employee refused to sell me lottery that day too. The reason given that day was, there were to many people in the store. I said thank you and left the store. There were only seven customers in the store and yes I did a head count. I went into the twice to complain about his refusal to sell merchandise in the store and the large knife on his hip. I was told there has been over twenty complaints made against this employee. I asked why hasn’t something been done about it and was told that they have to put up with it because they can’t find any help. I go into the store again on 12/21/22 and the same employee (Reed) refuses my serves me. I asked him in a nice tone why and he told me he heard that I had complained about his refusal to sell products and his knife. He stated that since I did feel safe around him that he refused to serve me. I will be going back to complain again today, 12/22/22. It sad that I have to go almost two miles to Tom Thumb to spend my money and get good quality services

Hi I pulled over at circle K on 99th and Bell at corner. Went in grabbed an alcoholic beverage and also wanted to get wraps handed over my id picture if to Lori and she said it was not valid. This being a United States I’d.. I told her he was not educated and this is a proper id. She mentioned how that is not how it’s done here..I went inside my Vehicle and my sister followed in w her AZ state id and she refused to service my sister a well! We asked for their information and left it and went to a qt where we didn’t have any issues…this accured December 16th at around 8pm to 9pm

I purchased a $100 gift card from this location on 12/8. The attendant was new and had issues ringing me up, yet she was working 3rd shift by herself (Not her fault but the manager's). I've been the manager of 3 chain stores and any manager should know that, not just for the sake of the store running smoothly. Also, it's not fair to the attendant either to be stuck working with no help at all if he/she had any issues. The card machine was having issues as it kept getting stuck processing. I tried 5 different cards, but had no luck, and the line behind me kept growing. She told me the only way to clear the transaction would be to pay cash since the card machine kept freezing. I felt bad for her, as she was getting really flustered as she could not figure out how to void the transaction. When I asked her if she could call the manager for help, she stated that she did not have his number. I could have just left, but I felt like that would be an a**hole move leaving her with a stuck register and angry customers behind me. So, I literally went to the ATM in the store and took out the $100 to pay for the card plus the additional $4.50 ATM. My account only had a total of $106, to begin with, so this transaction literally emptied out my account but I thought worst-case scenario if there was an issue I would be covered. I say that because I had my receipt and the whole situation was documented on camera as there was a camera at the register and above the ATM. As soon as I got home, I went to activate the gift card online and it returned a message that the gift card was invalid. It would not activate or let me "register" the card. It also would not let me contact support for the card via phone or chat unless the card number was valid. I immediately went back to the store, and they told me when the manager would be in. A few days later, I was finally able to speak with the manager Ray. From the start, he was condescending and rude, and honestly should never be a store manager. The fact alone that he put a brand new employee to work third shift alone is reason enough to say he doesn't care. I've been the manager of two large chains, and you NEVER put a new employee on a shift alone without some kind of support they can reach out to or rely on if they have issues. It's not a good business decision, nor is it fair to a new employee. Bottomline, I told him the situation and let him know that I had my receipt and that I could also show him on the activation website that the card was invalid and had never been activated. His first response was that he had no way of knowing if I was telling the truth and it was Christmas time, so I was probably trying to scam him. WHAT? I'm sorry but rude as hell, and you should never say something like that to a customer. I then told him that the entire situation was on his camera and I said to him that there was a camera behind the register I went to and the ATM so he would see the fact that I paid in cash and the website proves it was never activated. He then responded that I could have hassled the cashier and made her give me the $100 back out of sight of the camera. I repeated what I said about the proof I had with the website, receipt, and camera footage. He would not even take a look at any of the items. He made up his mind and he didn't care if I had a receipt or not. This man needs to be fired if he has the audacity to speak to his customers like that. I've never stolen a thing in my life and I have held his exact title of being in management at much more reputable places than a gas station, yet he thinks he can call me a scam artist and thief? Then as I'm walking away he says you know, I don't just have $100 laying around for every person in need of money. I didn't even respond, as what I wanted to say was not very nice. Plus, it was obvious that no matter what proof I gave him, he didn't care one bit & wasn't going to help. Well, he won as I'm out of the $104.50 ATM withdrawal which depleted my checking account & I'm stuck with a $100 gift card that doesn't work. I wasn't even asking for $100 back, just a gift card for $100 that actually works as it was supposed to be a gift. That's what I get for feeling bad for the attendant for not knowing how to void the transaction and not wanting everyone behind to get pissed off for holding everyone up. So, I'm asking please please avoid this gas station at all costs! The manager implements no purchase protection Trust me... I hope you never need to return something purchased here, as the manager doesn't care, won't let you return it, and you now lost the amount of money you spent on the item. The saddest part of it all is that this [censored] gets away with this. I wish I had my phone recording the conversation, yet I never dreamed of the manager being so unjustifiably rude. Avoid Ray and avoid the Circle K in Conway that he manages off of 701 S, as you deserve to spend money at a place that actually believes in a little thing called customer service. Ray skipped that lesson in management, so don't expect even a small bit of customer courtesy out of this man!
Desired outcome: My $110 refunded ($100 gift card, $4.99 ATM fee and $5.95 gift card activation fee) or a $100 Visa gift card that actually is activated and will work. As it is quite embarrassing giving someone a gift, and it doesn't even work.
Service and rudeness
I was at circle k in crossville TN tonight I paid for 25 dollars in gas on pump 9 they put it on pump 5 I went back in the store and told them the pump wasn’t coming on they said that the person that was at pump five had already pumped it and I asked for the money back they told me that they couldn’t do that and there was nothing they could do so I paid for someone else gas and I would like my money back..
Desired outcome: I would like to have my money back seeing how that should be consider stealing
Fountain drink service
There seems to be a continuing problem with the fountain drink service and/or ice machine in the Baxley GA Circle K on Main Street. For those of us who participate in sip and save program it is annoying and wasteful to not have the machine working every day. There is only one store in Baxley and it is not worth trying to drive to another town to redeem a free drink. Staff at the Baxley store are wonderful and it is sad that corporate offices do not seem to be concerned about the on going problem with the fountain machines.
Desired outcome: Fix them and keep them working or refund my enrollment.

I visited the Circle K located at 5320 N Florida Ave.Tampa,Fl33603 at10:36 pm #[protected]/04/2022.Cashier named Damion was very rude when I asked about the scratch off tickets.He stated he was just playing. Which I found unprofessional. I told him I worked 12 hrs I wasnt in the mood to play.I asked for my receipt he told me to give.him the bags back he proceed to rering my items up again.I asked what was he doing he said he messed up since I needed my receipt.He cussed me out and I cussed him back out.And I left the store.Also prior to that he said oh you want your money back or do you want the stuff.Which was uncalled for.I will never patronize that business again the situation was uncalled for.That employee gives the business a bad look!

A trespass notice and authorization
Hello my name is Aundrea Sumpter I was at the circle k on two notch road location 7734 two notch road my cousin entered the store and brought two polar pops when she returned to the car I AUNDREA SUMPTER took a sip on my drink and I noticed that it was out, I then walked to the door which was locked I saw two workers I was talking through the door letting them know that my drink was out and can I switch it, they then point to the cashier and she said no rudely I was trying to explain to her the cousin just walked out the store she then started waving her had rudely told the employee no I said no I don't care what the problem is she called the police on me and I waited patiently I told them my side and she told them her side and then she told them she wanted a no trespass on me for what reason I don't know and I need answers she was very rude she had on no name tag she was coming to the window pointing at me being very rube. On Oct 31 2022 i was terminated and all I want is my check stub. It has been just about a month trying to get it. First an email that does not work then phone calls that dont get answered so i am try everything i can think of to get someone to listen. Joker mad energy sugar free
Good Morning,
My husband and I LOVE the Joker Mad Energy Sugar Free drink (grey and white can) and we have them every day, plus they are a wonderful deal! However, this week we were disappointed when we bought the 4 for $5, which we do every week, but two of the cans were completely sealed as were the others. These two however were only half full and flat.
We have never had a problem with them before and will continue to purchase them, but I feel that even though they were a deal, these ones were kind of a disappointing rip off.
I am simply bringing this to your attention so perhaps there could be a training issue that could be resolved so going forward no one else faces this and discredits your product on the first try. Had I not had them before, I would never have purchased them again.
Desired outcome: Replacement drinks, or a follow up email of acknowledgement that going forward, your canning/packaging plant is aware that this is a potential problem.
I was injured walking into the store by a piece of broken metal at bottom of door.
I was walking into circle k on Williston Rd Gainesville Florida and there was a piece of sharp metal sticking out at bottom and it sliced my foot across the top causing pretty substantial bleeding and my second from left toe nail was ripped all the way up making it look as if it was lifted which it was and it almost detached from nail bed and the toe nail it self is split all the way down. I am going to ER in AM I worked all day and didn't realize the extent of the injury till I got home and cleaned it up. My toenail looks so ugly now and I will be so self-conscious about it it will never be the same. I don't think I should have to pay for my medical bills out of pocket the store owner should be liable it's on camera and I showed the injuries to the black female employee who was on duty about 3:00-4:00 on [protected]) and was flabbergasted everyone who has seen it couldn't believe it happened from a business like circle k. I don't expect I'll be a millionaire but I do want compensation I am up on a week night which is a work night and cannot sleep bc this is throbbing and literally feels like it's on fire or I honestly cannot describe it but it's killing me. I am the most worried that I will catch an infection since it was on a very public very dirty door that is touch kicked etc by thousands of random people they need to fix it and pay for my bills from this injury and the pain it has caused. Again I do not expect to become rich from this but I am not going to be paying out of pocket bc I do not have insurance at all so this will mess up my credit by having a bill I cannot afford especially with inflation I am a mom that cannot afford medical for myself, I have only enough for my child so I cannot afford to go get this looked at I don't want to lose my toes nail and my baby and second from right toe feels broken, you can view the cameras and see how bad it was and how I almost fell to the floor from the door and from sheer pain. Think hitting your toe on the side of your bed but think it was already broken and you hit it again, and not only that but it sliced your foot open all the way across every toe, it needs stiches and I CANNOT AFFORD THEM, and the object you hit not only pushed your nail bed completely back but also cut it down to the quick and down the middle of the nail. Now when I walk the nail that is cut or split down the middle it cuts into the cut that the metal made on the door.
I am not asking much I am not asking for nothing I do not deserve which is for the medical attention I need be paid for. I could go with one of thede ambulance chasers and make it a bigger deal but I have no interest in this bc I am not after money I just need to get it fixed. I don't want my toenail to fall off several people said my nail will never grow back correctly especially since it's cut down the middle.
I also noticed that my knee that hit the floor is hurting something that has not hurt till that day. I live in a four story apartment complex that I used to use the stairs daily to help w exercise but now am having to take the elevator. It hurts to put pressure on it. That is gonna be a big bill for me I can’t afford that I can’t afford to go to the doctor until I know it will be paid. I have contacted them on 11/10/22 and still have heard nothing and I am very close to just contacting a lawyer to make them pay for the bill. I should t have to worry about being injured walking into your convenience store not really convenient for me! So I will have a scar across my foot, a toenail that is gonna fall off and never grow back right two toes that feel broken and now my knee cap feels like it’s separated from the bone or something I don’t know bc I can’t afford going to the doctor and I am not trying ti get rich but bills paid for the accident your store incurred. I am enclosing photos of day of, next day and the way my toe looks today which looks infected now and so gross and ugly. Before this I had decent toes now I look like a teenage ninja turtle it’s gross and not right. You can visibly see the yellow from infection and how raised it us off my nail bed and how it’s completely split down the middle. Please stop brushing this off it’s not right. And I will not stop till someone does the right thing by me. It’s not right it was on camera and I’m adding photos
I will be waiting to hear back from you all, and if nobody finds this concerning and doesn't act quickly as I need to be helped yesterday then I will look into ways that I can get Circle Ks attention it should not have happened I shouldn't have to worry about cutting my foot open breaking toes and ripping off toe nails walking into your store.
Desired outcome: I want my medical bills for treatment for my foot paid, I am poor and a single mom I cannot afford to go to the doctor for any reason muchless an accident accruing at a store that should be safe it wasn’t.
