I was skeptical at first! But after working with one of their associates (Eli) he really helped reassure me that I was in the right hands. I am close to graduating their program and cannot be any happier to leave my debt in the past. Cheeers!

Just like many others, I was laid off due to COVID-19. Fortunately enough, I was able to join into Citizen's program before the virus hit. If I hadn't done so, I definitely would not have been able to fare as well as I have these last few months. Cheers!

I almost never write reviews for companies, but Citizens has been so great that I felt like I owed them one. I Spoke with Gary about six months ago to sign up for their services. He was very patient and answered all 100 of the questions that I had regarding this option. I was mostly concerned with getting my credit score back on track and he assured me that there would be no long term effect. I trusted my gut and signed up. 6 months later and my credit has almost fully recovered, but most importantly Citizens is taking care of my debts just like they said they would. I feel like I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. I would highly recommend their services.

I started doing a debt relief with them in June. I was to make my first payment July 16th. Of 323.00 i made that payment and another one in Aug. I recently found out they dropped me because of the state i live in. They only refunded me 268.49 and it paid them 646.00 so can you help me get the rest of my money back?

I was contacted by Citizen's Debt Relief. The agent was someone named ***. They explained to me that they could help me pay down my credit card debt. It was not explained to me that they would take money for over 6 months and not contact any of my creditors. My credit rating was severely affected by this - going down to 538. One account was closed and two other were about to be put in legal action. I called repeatedly for an explanation of why it was taking so long for them to even contact the creditors. The process was not explained clearly and yet they received over $3000 from me. This money was collected by a third party called *** Payment LLC. I was told by *** that the money was in my account and yet the *** contact has informed me that there is only $1500 in that account. I believe this program to be a scam. *** was at first responsive to my texts and calls and now has not responded to me in two weeks. The phone number for the company is not valid.

In April , I was contacted by *** with Citizens Debt Relief. I had just been going through cancer treatments and I had a mountain of debt. He said his company could help me restructure my debt so that I could get caught up. After several conversations I decided to work with him. They sent me a welcome package and everything seemed legitimate. They promise there are no fees until they have successfully helped you settle accounts. They set up a draft account to put your money in, to build up enough to pay off accounts 1 by 1. After the first draft, I saw that I had only half of my money in the account. The rest were contributed to fees. I reached out to ***. He reassured me that everything was fine and I was not paying fees. Every month I check my account and there is only half of the money. In July most of the money was with drawn to pay a company in ***. A company I do not have an account with. I dont think its a real business. I think they are taking the money. My accounts are all going to collections. Nothing is being settled. They say they will contact you monthly to keep you up to date on accounts. Never have I heard from anyone. I asked where the money is. *** says someone will reach out to me. Nothing. They are praying on people who are struggling and stealing the money. I have tried to contact myself with no response. I just want a refund, like they said I could get st any time. They should be shut down.
