CREDIT SYSTEMS INTL IN (Original Creditor: *** EMERG PH)failed to notify me about reporting derogatory info. to Equifax In section 603(p) 15 U.S.C. ss 168s-2(a)(7)(A)(I); The notice required under subparagraph (A) shall be provided to the customer prior to, or no later than 30 days after 05/01, furnishing the negative derogatory information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 (p), 15 U.S.C. ss 1681s-2(a)(7)(B)(I). Plus broke commercial law under UCC *** that all notices were timely and properly given by dated certified mail receipt. They were not met. I asked for documentation & received no response. I called the billing office of *** Texas Provider Network, I was inquiring about a recent visit that I had.In speaking with the representative, I learned that Credit Systems International *** has once again placed fraudulent re-aged collection accounts from 2018, 2019, and 2020 onto my credit files.This collection agency keeps coming back with UNVERIFIED, re-aged fraudulent debts that I have disputed with them over, and over in the past, and just last year as well, I spoke to the owner of the business. They are claiming I owe *** $142.66, and this is not true. They have also added a collection for *** for $104.09, and I do not owe this doctor anything. This medical billing company has gotten paid under different names that they have used for their billing.Over the years, each time this medical system changes their name, or changes computer systems they make claims that I owe debts that they know full well that I dont owe.

I checked my credit report and noticed I had a collection from CREDIT SYSTEMS INTL IN that was opened in 01/22 for $66.00 with account number starting in *** that I do not recall and am not liable for. I never entered into a signed agreement or completed an original contract with them. This is fraudulent and a violation of my rights. This inaccurate collection is not mine. If you believe this account is mine, prove the validity.I would like all collection activity to cease immediately and for this inaccurate and fraudulent collection to be removed from my credit report or I will file for litigation and report you to the *** and FTC.

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act; WORLD FINANCE CORPORAT#*** has violated my rights. I have never done business with them EVER, nor do I have a signed agreement with them,15 U.S.C *** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C *** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states, that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. I have not provided any written consent for this alleged debt, and nor am I liable for this. Delete this at once as it is causing severe depression and I will obtain an FDCPA lawyer to *** for all possible damages this has costs if needed. I have also sent out debt validation letters to the CREDITOR to VALIDATE this alleged account. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account.

account 11421***this account was opened as a matter of unauthorized use under 15 USC ***p means a use of a credit card by a person other than the cardholder who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use and from which the cardholder receives no benefit. as they have used my social security card to open this account without my prior consent. meaning they used my credit card (social) to use this account where i have received no benefit. they have also violated my rights under 15 USC 1681a3 restrictions of sharing medical information as they have reported an account based on transactions for medical products or services. if they state they have not violated this law then swear under penalty and perjury that this account is no based off transactions for medical products or services.

This letter is to inform you, that you unlawfully reported an alleged debt to my consumer report. Under the new regulation F which took place 01/01, You, CREDIT SYSTEMS INTL *** have violated the ***a and its new rule by parking this allege debt on my consumer report. Cease and desist the reporting of this allege debt immediately or I will escalate this matter of taking legal action. I have not given you permission to put anything on my credit profile. 15 USC 1681b(2) you have no permissible purpose by law, to contact 3rd parties with my private or personal information. Your offenses amount to aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A. you have knowingly transferred, possessed or used without lawful permission I checked my credit report and noticed I had a collection from CREDIT SYSTEMS INTL *** that was opened in 01/01 $647.00 with account number starting in *** I do not recall and am not liable for. This company created a negative report in my credit report in Behalf of *** I tried to reach out to them to get answers but no one answer or has bothered to contact me. I called *** and they have no recollection of me as a customer. According to what is displayed in me credit report the services rendered were for the address: ***, I have never lived in ***.I need this company to drop and clear their collection and collection notice on my credit report. It seems to me they are scamming people in order to make money.

I don't know why you are still giving me this "other than you" feedback. I AM ME! and I'm asking you to delete the fraudulent accounts that I saw on my credit reports. I attached documents such as IDs, SSN, and my POA. I'm getting annoyed with this *** you are giving me. You are avoiding deleting the accounts that I keep on reporting and giving me the same feedback! Credit Systems International They have kept a collection on my credit from a medical bill in 2017 while I was a Medicaid patient

They have kept a collection on my credit from a medical bill in 2017 while I was a Medicaid patient. I explained to them in 2018 that my insurance has covered the bill and again I'm a Medicaid patient. So finally fighting with them they took it off in 2020 then re-added the collections to my credit knowing I'm not responsible for the bill (wanting me to pay for it) and my insurance had taken care of it. I had to call them again to remove the collections as they didn't even try to contact me about it (because they know theyre wrong) and then they decided to inform me that I have another collection from 2014 that they never mentioned to me before and was never on my credit report. I knew the collection wasn't mine and even called the *** to confirm and they called the Collection agency to inform them that I had no bill or even a collection with them. Now that the 2017 collection is taken off again they now added this new collection to my credit that they know is not mine. They keep destroying my credit with these collections that is not my responsibility or even mine at all just to scam me for money.

I received information from you attempting to collect the above-listed alleged debt that you have listed on my 3 credit reports. The alleged-debt is showing up on my credit as of August 5 2022. Please be further advised, I dispute the validity of the alleged debt in its entirety. Further I request verification of the alleged debt, including, the name and address of the original creditor, along with a copy of a signed contract with the creditor. I disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and it came back verified. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately. You are illegally attempting to collect alleged debt and money that I do not owe. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including credit reporting

And sending Sending it to ***. Inwhich my Legal Representatives at the *** has proof of the billing statement with the incorrect verification *** from the billing Statement from *** that was sent them at *** my Legal Representative from the Date of service 10 24 2019 from the billing statement date of 12 30 2019 along with my Heath Insurance card and Driver Lincence showing the incorrect billing information along with the debt collection harressment visal voice message from their phone number at Credit System International Inc .

Credit Systems International CREDIT SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC

CREDIT SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC. used my identity and fraudulently opened this account and reported these derogatory accounts to all credit reporting agencies. They've violated my rights pursuant to FDCPA section 807 by false and misleading reporting. I've also been violated of my rights pursuant to 15 USC 1692D(4) just for parking the debt on my credit report trying to get me to pay it. I do not have any contract with my signature on it with this company. I've never done any business with CSII nor have I ever given them any of my information, so this is also a violation of my rights pursuant to 15 USC 1681A(Q)(3). I also never gave this company consent to report this alleged owed debt to my credit report, so this is another violation of my rights pursuant to 15 USC 1692c(b). This alleged debt is furnished on my consumer report in a positive amount. It is impossible to pay on a positive balance. This is false and misleading and a violation of 15 USC 1692e(2)(A). Because this debt does not belong to me, nor am I obligated to pay it pursuant to 18 USC 8, I demand that this company cease and desist all communication and fraudulent activity reporting ASAP. This complaint will be forwarded to the Attorney General, FTC, Complaintsboard.com, and CFPB.

Credit Systems International On 08 OCT 2021 and then again in November for the same issues, I went to **** Dermatology *** double-billed me

On 08 OCT 2021 and then again in November for the same issues, I went to *** Dermatology *** double-billed me. That company refused all my attempts to contact them by phone, email, and personally in the office. I paid them for the non-duplicate charges. Today, I received a debt collection notice from their vendor - the company who I am making this complaint against.This company - Credit Systems, purposefully hides any means of contacting them - except by phone or regular mail. *** is a unitary non-second party recording State - so I could call and make a recording; but the point is,CSI tries - as do all of these types of predatory businesses - which is hide or make as difficult (and unprovable as to what was communicated) as difficult as possible. For example, their letter today states "to write a respnse on the back of their letter". That means for most people if they are dumb enough to fall for this trick, that they send the ORIGINAL demand letter back to CSI - which then the letter, response and etc. magically disappear from the record (except the record that they will claim they sent the letter and the cosnumer failed to respond - at which point, this debt collector will procede with their usual nefarious activities.The fact that *** Dermatology AND CSI refused to return my calls, etc. proves the scam this is.

Credit Systems International CSII contacted me by telephone on May 4, 2022 about an alleged debt

CSII contacted me by telephone on May 4, 2022 about an alleged debt.Upon answering the call from CSII's debt collector, I informed her I did not believe the information was accurate and that I would need additional information from CSII in order to personally verify the validity of the debt. I asked her to provide additional details via email and she refused. Instead of either offering to send me the details via mail or even over the telephone, she repeatedly attempted to get me to confirm the debt was mine, saying things like so youve confirmed the [radiology debt] is yours. I provided no such confirmation. Further, when I asked if she would please provide the details of the debt via email, she responded that there was an easier way to deal with the issue by just confirming the debt was mine. I also attempted to reach CSII by telephone to speak with a supervisor but was repeatedly placed on hold until the call would drop.While a clever attempt at deceptive debt collection practices, CSII is in violation of several state and federal laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. As CSII should know, I have a right to ask for any verification of the debt they are attempting to collect from me. I filed a complaint with the *** as well as the *** Attorney Generals *** so they are aware of such behavior.

Credit Systems International I would like a verification of debt letter

I would like a verification of debt letter. I never received one and by law they must provide one. Additionally, I have now knowledge of this account. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered your company reporting the collection account referenced herein. Pursuant to the *** Act (***), I hereby notify you that I am disputing this debt in entirety, and you are required to provide me with validation of the debt by providing me all of the following information: - Copy of original contractual agreement bearing my signature - A clause in the original signed contract that authorizes the third party like yourself to collect on this debt. - Statements from the original creditor and itemization of monies owed - Copy of bill showing last default date - Proof that the debt is valid and collectible and within the statute of limitations for this state - Proof that you are licensed to collect in my state of residence - Agreement between your company and the original creditor that authorizes you to collect on this debt. Also, this company has been reporting this same debt as derogatory EVERY SINGLE DAY on my credit report for weeks. This is a predatory practice intended to force me to pay without verifying the validity, as each separate report of this same debt lowers my credit score. Instead of reporting it once, they are reporting the same account over and over again on to the credit bureaus.

I have reached out to CREDIT SYSTEMS INTL IN. They have failed to provide proof of validation regarding a debt that does not belong to me. They have furnished this alleged debt on my consumer report and have failed to validate the alleged claim pursuant to Sec. 809(b)of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and according 609(a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report.
