On the 5th of January, I made an order (738273), and I recieved it on the 9th. Within the 24 hours that I bought the item, I noticed that it was damaged, so I made a claim (#[protected]). The couch that I bought was missing filling inside, and one side was higher than the other side. Yesterday, a technician checked the couch and noticed that it did not work. Today they called me, and denied me the option of returning my money. They only let me change the couch once again. I don't understand why I HAVE to buy with you guys again after receiving 2 articles with bad quality.
Desired outcome: I want my money to be returned just as I paid it at first.
