On 1/27 we visited City Furniture in Tamarac and purchased a couple of mattresses for my twin daughters. One from the clearance dept which cost 1,000.00 and the other from the show room $500, I purchase other items as well. Next morning, 1/28 I picked up the Mattresses and items. Within an hour form pick up I realize the thickness of the mattress from the show room would not work for the sleigh bed. I called the salesperson and called to customer care but the dept was closed. I spoke with other and was told management would return my call which didn't happened. I wanted to just return the mattress same day it was just picked up (within minutes) and currently still in the box, never opened. This morning, I spoke with a Lisette who supposedly is management and she basically said there's nothing she can do. The mattress is still in its original box and never opened. I can't imagine there's nothing else City Furniture can accommodate to resolve this depute. Please call me to see if we can resolve this mattress issue complaint. This is the mattress from show room not from clearance.
