My beautiful red shoes fell apart, the soles of the shoes disintegrated while I was walking this weekend, the uppers are perfect, I have not worn the shoes out by any means.
I just called Clark's customer service 3/18/20, representative told me it was like tires and they break down. I asked for the shoes to be resoled, replaced, some how make up for the shoes being unwearable.
the Representative said that they can't help me. She was not at all surprised by my complaint when I described the condition of the soles, clearly a well known issue. She also hung up on me when I said I was going to complete the survey at the end of the call.
I bought the shoes at Nordstroms, I didn't know that the shoes were not meant to last longer= I never would have bought them.
I am pleased to say that REdBack, Columbia, and Solomon have all repair ed or replaced the soles on my shoes and boots that had separated or deteriorated after many years of wear.
my advice is : Don't by Clark's shoes, they don't last . And there is no Customer Service!
