Clayton Homes review: Sydney model 16 x 76 single wide manufactured home

We bought a Sydney model 16 x 76 manufactured home from Clayton Homes in Tappahannock, Virginia
In February 2024. We have had many problems with the home, Here are a few of them. Ceiling seems coming apart in areas partially fixed, high humidity in home still need’s to be fixed, siding and skirting installed incorrectly in areas still needs to be fixed. Movement under master bath shower stall repaired incorrectly. Ventilation system for entire home installed incorrectly still needs to be fixed, corners of home not sealed letting cold or hot air in and lack of insulation in areas still needs to be fixed, electrical boxes pulling out of walls fixed partially, floor becoming unfastened from floor joist in certain areas fixed but doing it again, drain pipe leaking under home fixed, entrance doors not sealing properly needs fixing, vapor barrier under home installed incorrectly needs to be fixed, tie-downs are loose under home needs to be fixed, nailheads on roof need to be sealed,
Area where fascia board was replaced needs caulk, and more. The one year Warranty that the home came with has expired in February 2025 all these issues have been turned into Clayton Homes for some time now they showed enough interest to get past the Warranty time frame and now all communication has stopped. There should be laws protecting consumers from these types of faulty building practices and breach of contracts.
Would not recommend anybody to buy a home from Clayton homes they promise you everything at first to get your money and then they fade away when the issues arise with their homes.
