I purchased licence of Hitmampro -3pc, 3 years software with my personal Check, it have been clear on June 12-2014, I keep wait to

be deliver, so far not see software come to my door step yet, And here is my Reference number [protected], the check number 1115.

Hi there my name is Alex
I too have been overcharged by clever bridge.net which on my invoice states a charge of originally $39.95 that was slashed by a dollar to $38.95. However I have been charged more than what the invoice proposes and have been charged $47.33c which is $8.38c more than it should. I know this amount is small, but to me its not about the value that was taken but more the fact that a principle of providing a service/product for a specific sales cost, and also the law. I feel I have been unjustly overcharged can anyone help. Thanks

Cleverbridge FileViewPro authorization key doesn't work

I copied and pasted the activation key as well as enter it manually about 20 times now and it keeps telling me that my activation code is invalid. My key for Winsweeper worked, but the one for the program I really need doesn't.
I contacted Solusoft via email with no success. When I go to the site it says on the side that Joseph S. is assigned and will contact me. Well, I am still waiting and the phone number given is not in service.

Hope someone can help.

Cleverbridge unauthorised $29.95 charged my amex

I bought an AVG security system a couple of days ago. My bank account was charged the $29.95. I have paid the advertised amount. However, when I installed the software, I neglected to get the key number (my fault), but there was a telephone number to call for assistance. I called the number and explained my problem to the Indian rep who handled the call. He attempted to give me several keys but none worked. After consulting with a superior he informed me my computer had crashed and that they (Systweak?) could fix everything happily ever after for about $350.00. After authorizing Systweak, I changed my mind, realizing $350 was an outrageous amount. I cancellled payment with my bank and today my computer was "locked." I managed to turn everything on after unplugging the equipment and restarting. I am unhappy with Systweak. I want nothing to do with them. Nor do I want the AVG program I''ve already paid for, although I have yet to get a key to activate. I WANT MY $29.95 REFUNDED! Please advise.

Cleverbridge unauthorized charge on credit card

On 4/28/12 your company charged my credit card for 14.97. Other than your name, no other identifying information for the charge was available.

I would like to know what company and what purchase was made.

I see that you've already had complaints of this sort in the past. It would be helpful to the customers to avoid having this confusion in the future.

I have noted a debit for $65.58 off my American Express Credit card, which I did not authorise. There is also a $1.29 international transfer fee 276 debit, off the same card. (date 14 November 2013).
I did not authorise this purchase.
Please can you assist me in recovering my funds (or putting me in touch with the correct authorities).

On 3/2/12 an unauthorized debit of $14.97 from our checking account occured billed to our credit card xxxxxxxxxxxxxx8861 Cleverbridge reference number [protected];
On 3/5/12 an unauthorized debit of $29.95 from our checking account occured billed to our credit card xxxxxxxxxxxxxx8861
Cleverbridge reference number [protected].

We are desirous to cancel any and all relations with the aboveforth company and demand full credit and deposit take place to the aforementioned checking account immediately.

I had a very similar experience. There appear to be some pretty dodgy companies out there that provide driver scanner software or products that claim to speed up your pc. One if not more providers use Cleverbridge. AG Koeln. My amex account was billed two years running for £19.95 without warning despite trying to cancel any auto-renewal subscriptions. Amex will block Cleverbridge charges if you ask them. My advice would be to avoid dealing with companies you know very little about. The software they provide can cause more grief and stress than any sane person would ever need.

I purchased TUNE-UP KOELN DE on 7/23/12 for a charge of $30.19 On 10/27/12 and again on 10/28/12 my credit card was charged twice more for $30.19 each time. This was not authorized. I can find no web address that gives me any information on how to contact them re: Billing. That is a total of $90.57. I do not know what the two additional charges are for because I did not order anything else from TUNE-UP. Does anyone have any information on how to contact their Billing Dept.?

We have two computers invaded or infected by TUNE UP KOELN DF. How do we uninstall this program. We have been billed $24.95 to our credit card but did not invite this program and could not get it shut off except by ordering.

Cleverbridge débit d'argent mensuel

J'ai dû commandé récemment un logiciel sur le net mais je ne me souviens plus lequel.
le montant était aux alentours des 35.00 à 39.99euros réglable par carte en une seule fois.
hors je n'ai rien reçu et suis débitée de 34.51e tous les mois je n'y comprend rien.
je souhaiterai être remboursée du trop prélevé et recevoir ce que j'ai payé. sinon je devrais m'adresser plus haut.

After receiving my monthly statement there was a fraudulent charge from WWW.CLEVERBRIDGE.NETKOELN. My account is with CapitalOne Credit services. I have no idea what this charge is for or who it was who made the charge to my account.

This Takhar group calls my phone number at least 3-4 times a day, only leaving a message to call them back. They don't ask for anyone in particular, just to call them back. The recording said you could go online to find out what this was regarding so I did so. Nothing came up using my phone number and zipcode. I then called them a spoke to a rep. Again, nothing came up. They are just harassing people for entirely nothing.

This people, from onother country, say that I ordered a membership from them for $149.95 per month. I went to my bank and they got me a phone number. I spoke with a man with a heavy accent that told me his name was Dennis. He gave me this web site because this will be the only way they will refund my money. I don't know what this company does or sells I only know that I want the more than $150 back.

I noticed that gatterbill.com has taken 49.47 from my account and this was unauthorized and needs to be put back into my account. I've notified my bank and informed them that this is fraud and I didn't authorize any access to my account information. I can be reached @ [protected].

Every few days we get a call on our home phone number from Minnesota [protected]. When we answer there is no one there. When we call the number back we get the following recording: "The number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and try again. I100"

i bought a pice of software from this company and i see i have been billed for it 3 times on my credit card, each time for the same amount 24.99

Le 5 novembre 2013 j'ai commandé pour 23, 74 € "MY PC BACK UP" Le code produit qui m'a été donné n'est pas bon et je ne peux donc pas utiliser le logiciel. J'ai réclamé à deux reprises soit un n° de produit valable soit un remboursement pour fourniture de
produit qui ne fonctionne pas sans ce n° de clé. Aujourd'hui encore je vous demande soit un n° de clé^produit valable soit un remboursement immédiat.

Cleverbridge did not purchase anything

I received two charges on my american express card and did not purchase anything with them. The amounts were for 29.95 on 1/2/12 and one for39.95 on 1/2/12.

I never got an email for the purchase I made online for the CCleaner software for my computer and a charge of 24.95 was made to my credit card ending in 1227 on February 17, 2013 . The receipt email should contain the license key for the software and I am sure that I never received the email to retrieve the license key.
