I bought your product in order to clean my old computer with windows xp. It did not help very much. I was obliged to buy a new computer with windows 8.1. See encl. Therefore I did not need and could not use your product after the first installation.
I have now payed you 1*22, 95 € and 5* 39, 80 usd (about 32 €) totally 172 €. I do not want to pay more, because I have no use of your product and I do not use it. I can accept, that I lose, what I have payed up to now nevertheless the invoices have been 10 € higher than informed in buying. Please cancel the invoicing.

unable to download reviver software llc
I needed help with a long running script and found reviver install company that offered free scan. They then said they needed money to do the repair. I paid the money and then it was impossible for me to do the necessary download and register. I was then left having paid and then not having the problem solved and no means of getting help.

I paid for avira anti-virus pro but was not given an activation code
Invoice AKD-[protected] dated 11/28/2014 Reference number [protected] purchase of Avira Anti virus pro---I paid and received confirmation of payment I was also sent an E.mail with activation instructions, However when following these instructions I had to supply and activation code which I did not have. I got on chat line but it did not help.

unrecognised credit card charge
I have found a transaction on my credit card statement of £31.61 (for which I have been debited) and I have no idea what it is for. The transaction is dated 21st October 2014. All Paretologic programmes were deleted a while back when the computer had to be repaired on 30th October 2014. Perhaps you could shed some light on this transaction. I no longer have any Paretologic programmes installed.

I cancelled my order back in early may and I have not received my money back to date.
I paid for the system tweak software back in April of this year, it did not work with my intranet provider. Whom is Telus, the fellow said that they would fix the problem, but to give them a couple of days. I did give them time to resolve the issues but they made the problem worse, so I could not even go online I then cancelled the software, dumped my computer, and started all over again, without system tweak. Here it is almost July and I still have not received my money back. I am very upset that the company cleverbridge has not honored their costumer satisfaction guarantee. And why is their software not compatible with one of Canada's largest service providers for optic television.

kromtech Cleverbridge tok maney from may account without my authorization. MacKeeper - which I have already desinstalled - asked me to subscribe in Kromtech Cleverbridge, they have never confirmed my payment nor allowed me to activate MacKeeper - another fraud! -

I noticed unauthorized charge from my account. The company www.cleverbridge.net took $25.99 from my account. I never ordered from them, as well as I heard about this company for the first time. It was impossible to contact the company, because their website didn’t work and I couldn’t find the contact info in the Internet. Company is rubbish and don’t waste your time with them. These people are scammers and liars, who only take money from you. Please post your comments about this company.
Checking Bank statements when an unknown unauthorized charge was noticed. Had no prior knowledge of this site
This company is completely unknown to us and was never contacted for any services whatsoever. If they placed a charge to our account through obtaining our credit card number from another source, this was never advised to us. No business was ever done with CleverBridge by us!

first i had to call # because the key code wouldn't work.

Cleverbridge and other products offered on the internet via pop-up or not should not have the test program connected to an automatic purchase or renewal without a follow up email contact where you have to physically authorize it or refuse it.
