protection software for my computer
I spied on my computer an offer on my screen for a year or two protective software advertised at 25.95 euros i consented and on 24th July 51.95 was taken from my Credit Card .I did not check my c/c until much later when i realised i had got no confirmation by e mail to activate the software [, which did not appear at all ].I then rechecked my Credit Card to find that on the 1st August a further 25.95 e was taken out of my account .i have since changed my credit card to save any further scam .How do i get this money back

I didn't order anything from you, and to my knowledge have not updated any subscriptions today. these are words that i'm typing to hit your character limit and have you respond to my complaint. anti-disestablishmentarianism.
mackeeper premium - unauthorized paypal charge
This morning, 30 July 2017, I received notification that my PayPal account had been debited $142.80 without my having been asked whether this was a service I wanted or not. The Reference Number is [protected]. The link to cancel this order informs one that "no refund will be provided."
As this was not authorized by me, I will be contacting PayPal about fraud committed by this company. I expect CleverBridge, Inc. to provide me with a full refund.

I was going over my bank statement and found an $11.95 debit on 4/10/2017. From this cleverbridge outfit. I called the number i received from my bank, the phone is disconnected. With .87 cents in my bank, i cant afford to have people willy nilly snatching my disability funds. Who the heck are they? I checked my email for that date to see if there was any confirmation/receipt for purchase. None of course. This debit appears emmediately after experian credit report charged me. I wonder if its connected.

After loosing important notes form my iPhone, I purchased the recovery software through Cleverbridge. I had hopes that it would recover the lost notes. When it didn't work, I contacted Cleverbridge right away for a refund of my $55, all they did was forward me to the 3rd party that the use to actually manage the software. Needless to say, I was stung for the $55! No notes recovery and no refund! A quick steal of my money by Celeverbridge!
To add to it, the "customer service" is nearly a means to pass you on and blame the reason for not being able to help to someone else.
Do not purchase this software!
illegal debit of my bank account
On Jan. 29th of this year my Wells Fargo checking account was raided by the Cleverbridge Mafia on behalf of Avira Antivirus. I had ordered this a year ago and ca ncelled within tht 30 day grace period due to poor service and product. These A**holes obviously kept my credit card no. and stole $45. from my account hoping I wouldn't notice it. Well, I did and demanded a refund. Today January 17, 2017 we discovered an unauthorized charge for $44.16 on our checking account. After calling the bank, we discovered Cleverbridges, an organization that submits a dollar amount the bank against your account without telling who or what the charge was for! I am 75 yrs old and my husband is 81 yrs old and I feel like we are being played for stupid. We now have less than $45 in our checking, Social Security doesn't pay for a couple more weeks and ... Put our money back! We did not order anything, buy anything or authorize anything!

double charged for dell backup and recovery renewal
After trying to auto renew my 80 GB Dell Backup and Recovery Cloud Storage I was forced to purchase the 120GB since it would let me even select 80GB even thou I'm only using 20. So after purchasing the 120GB package I get 2 emails with 2 different reference numbers. I call Cleverbridge because I didn't want to be double charged and after talking to someone there they assured me only one order went thru. However after assuring me then I get an email from her saying she couldn't reverse the charges without Dell authorization! Dell has probably lost me as a customer for life over this. I was happy to pay once. Funny how Cleverbridge was sure able to charge my card but after knowing I was double charged couldn't reverse one charge?! I kindly suggest you reverse the charge on one of these reference numbers either [protected] or [protected] or I will dispute the charges with Citi bank in which case it will be removed anyways so do yourself a favor and correct YOUR mistake!

It now tells me my trial period is up and I cannot use it. It says they are some kind of software company for businesses, which is totally out of my realm as I am a disabled Viet Nam Veteran. This is Eric Dodder at the above phone number and address. You charged my credit card $35.00 for backup service then the next day you said I almost eceeded the bucket of 20 GB. There is no way I am close to 10 B let alone 20 GB. I only backed up twice, on July 5 and 13. I am not doing daily backups. You are just trying to get me to send you more and more money. I am not going to do it. End my service now.
foreign transaction fee
I bought Disk Drill from CleverBridge.net. At the time of the transaction, they did not disclose that there would be any foreign transaction fee. They gave the total of $71.20. When this charge appeared on my credit card statement, there was also a foreign transaction fee charge of $2.14 which has the same company/reference number as my software purchase. If they're going to charge a foreign transaction fee, they need to make it known! If I agree to pay a total of $71.20, than $71.20 should be my total! I want them to waive this transaction fee.
