bionime blood glucose monitoring system gm550
Hi
I bought a blood glucose machine at Clicks Maerua Mall but clicks does not sell the needles, so there is no use for me having the machine if i can not get the needles.
The machine came with a few needles that got finish in one months time.
I went to Clicks Maerua Mall and the till supervisor told me that there is nothing that they can do.( Kandjii)
That is poor customer service for such a big company.
I hope you guys can assist me in this situation as soon as possible.
collection of click and pick parcel
Good day
I bought goods online for pick at my local store in Sasolburg, Freestate, South Africa. I showed the manager all my emails I received from Clicks. I provided my ID documents. Store manager asked for a five number code. I never received such a code. Store manager refused to hand over parcel. I consider the store manager's action an act of stealing. I have identified myself. I showed him all the correspondence I have received from click in regards with my parcel. He refused because I dont have a five number code. How can I give him something I don't have? I have reported it locally but it seems I am being ignored. Goodbye clicks. Hello dischem
I am complaining against bad service
I bought a clicks brand blender in Killarney mall at the store there, I am a customer at the store and have been for over 8 years that I have lived in Killarney for I have 2 boys and two and three years old. I buy milk, nappies, wipes etc from the store but the reaction I got when I went to return a clicks brand blender that was not working was unbelievable.
The assistant manager at the store disrespected me so badly by saying she cannot return the blender because I didn't have a receipt or the box for the blender which was broken after using it for just a few months.
I then bought another blender because I was in need and less than a month it had the exact same default as the first blender so I took them both back for an exchange because she claimed I may have used the other blender for too long hence the damages so this was now proof that they might be a problem with the blender brand.
She then says to me I am not going to deal with you now I don't have time for you, she called another manager to come help me yet there was no attitude or any form of bad act or way I addressed her. I had come there with a lot of respect as a person I interacted with regularly, but was very disappointed by her reaction that when the other manager came and was not willing to help me I decided to just take my blender and get a refund on the new blender as I still had a box and the receipt.
I then went on calling the customer care line for some assistance with no luck after trying about 3 times no one could help me. Then I reached out to head office were I spoke with a gentleman I forgot his name, but the lady at reception said he could help me as part of management.
I told him the story from the beginning and gave him my contact details and as we were talking the phone cut I could not get hold of him then I tried the following day the receptionist was a different one and didn't know who to put me through to. I thought of letting this thing go, but I know being in the retail management too and part of customer service is not what I got at the clicks group and thought I should complain about it because I sometimes want to buy things but I don't want to go into that store because I will be seeing the same faces so I have switched to going to deschem and other clicks stores such as rosebank or sandton because of the Killarney service.
I know I am one client, but how many other clients are they doing this to and they are also just letting it go without complaining or making a big deal out of this?
We are about to have another baby soon and I feel like it will affect me a lot more as I will have to drive to rosebank and sandton to get anything I may need from clicks because of these ladies who called me a thief after spending thousands of rands in the store for over 8 years.
My name is Miller and my contact number is +[protected]
repeat scripts
Good day,
last month I received a SMS to collect my medicyn from Clicks Metropolitan center Bethlehem, although I have not a outstanding script.
I went to found out what medicyn I must collect They gave me my repeat script for Estrofem, as well as a repeat scrit for my husband for 3 different kinds of eye drops and eye gel. A total of R437.70 for his medication only!
I was very upset, how can they claim from my medical aid without me or my husband asking for the medication.
I took the Estrofem because I do use it, but ask that they reverse the claim for the eye medication because my husbands eye were much better and did not need the medication.
I ask the manager of the pharmacy not to claim and take out medication again, we will collect as we need the medication!
On Monday 6/8/2018 I received again a SMS to collect my medication. This time they claimed for me only Estrofem and Naramic a very expensive medication for migrane! I took the medication, because I know how long it takes to reverse a cliam from the medical aid.
This time again I asked that they must not claim medication from our medical aid, unless we ask for it.
The next time I will contact our medical aid and tel them that Clicks claim medicyne without us knowing about it.
Thanking you,
Petro van Wyk

batteries
Morning
I am not impressed by the service I received at Bayside in Table View. I picked up a pack of batteries AA 5 pack Energizer thinking that it was R36.99 but I was charged R51.99. After speaking to the Teller, I asked to speak to the Manager. He explained to me that the price was for different batteries. He also said that the prices were uniform which was not true as half the prices were missing from the shelf. There were about 3 slips with the same price of R36.99 so I thought that was the price of the batteries that I selected.
Why do we have to spend time trying to bend down on our knees to check that the codes agree with the item that we have selected.
It is not acceptable.

faulty pregnancy test
I've just bought a pregnancy test at Clicks, and when although using it correctly, I realized it to be faulty. No result at all in the result window. I've opened the test itself and there is no strip in place to show lines. Just the plastic strip which forms the bottom of the test. I'm retaining it as evidence for this complaint.
I require a refund asap.

refusal to give back my chronic prescription
Friday(20 July 2018) I visited Clicks Fleurdal Bloemfontein, to collect my Chronic prescription, as I wanted to collect the remaining months from another pharmacy who requested it from me. To my surprise they refused to give it to me. I am extremely frustrated as I paid for the prescription the doctor wrote. Please contact me on [protected] so that I can voice my complaint. I will be going to collect my prescription again tomorrow as no one can refuse me to collect it.
advertising
Good day
I hope that this email will reach someone that can help give me a valid explanation for the misleading advertising in your clicks store
I was in the musgrave store on 19/07/2018 at approx 13:51 pm I had seen the mentos bubblegum on special on the mentos branding stand with my favorite variant which is the blue bottle "3 for 2" was the special. I excitedly grabbed three of the bottles and took it to the counter, as I would normally do I asked the lady at the counter to please check if that bubblegum was really going for that price, a very loud and rude "no" came from a supervisor/ manager (thandiwe I think they said her name was)
So there was another male cashier next to the one that was cashing up my items that told her that the mentos bubblegum was infact 3 for 2 thandiwe then told me that it wasn't the variant that I picked, she said that specific one did not have a "ticket" for the special
To my knowledge and understanding after reading the ad which read "buy any 3 mentos bottles, cheapest one free" please take special note that it said any and not selected mentos bottles.
Please see the pictures attached and advise if I was not reading correctly.
Knowing that this specific mentos bubble gum did not have a "ticket" to be sold as part of your special, your stuff who clearly know this... Just choose to not correct it and mislead your customers leaving them to never wanna shop in one of your stores ever again, because of the lies and deceit
So basically you people false advertise to get us into your stores and trick us into buying these items which are supposedly "on special" when in fact they not. Is that how it works?
I look forward to your prompt response
service
Date: 13 July 2018
STORE: Berea center, Durban
Bought a lot of stuff including glass oven dishes, cleaning detergents, cutlery, cosmetics and many other home stuff that I could not handle with my own two hands. I was refused to take them out with the trolley and was told the trolley is not going out, I will have to carry the heavy load of things I have bought inside the store going around to other stores to my car. I found that very sick, how does one is expected to buy stuff sold in the store but get not help to carry them? Clicks really need to go with the times, what do you say, we must buy from your store what we can carry with our strength if its many things what do we do?
I had to return all those item same time since no one could help me, even the manager told me to go to Pick n Pay to get a trolley, I mean what is that? common Clicks, where is customer service in that? I find that so unprofessional.
fraud on doctors' prescriptions
I have just found out that my prescriptions have been submitted to my medical aid on a regular basis, even though I have not filled the scripts.
I had gone to fill the scripts on a few occasions and was told that I'd already filled them. On telling them I had not collected them, I was then given the medication which I had to pay cash for.
For Clicks to submit the scripts and claim from my medical aid is fraudulent if I have not filled them.
Please advise
huggies nappies
I bought a packet of Huggies the red at clicks and I am very disappointed as the nappies are terrible they don't absorb whatsoever and my babies even have rash now this is unacceptable! And what is even more upsetting when I called clicks they said it had nothing to do with them I should complain online, which was disturbing as they we the ones who I paid to, Huggies need to do something about this!
closing time
So I went to clicks Alberton and got to the door at 17:50 and they were closed. When I called them to find out why they closed earlier than the closing time, I was told it is because of the stike which we know nothing about... There was more than 10 people at the door and 1 lady who needed to collect her medication...
I think this is very unfair to Clicks customers... Some of had no choice but to go buy our cosmetics from PnP which at lease closes the the time stated at the door
being charged the full amount for marked down items.
on the 25th June 2018, I purchases ORG hair repairing oil for R79.99 yet it was clearly marked down to R24.99 on the item itself. i am annoyed and will NEVER use that particular store again and all my friends will know about it. i dont believe it was an error, i believe it is an illegal marketing strategy used to make us purchase items under false pretenses. I would like my R55 I would like the difference back but chances are, i wont be fefunded.
this is not the store at mfula mall but the old one.
bad service /attitude
The attitude from a staff member at the Cavindish Clicks was horrific. I come from a pvt service sector and this was truly bad.
The staff member Themba, who looks like is always like this and not just having a bad day, told me to tell the person from the Woodbridge Clicks branch who refered me to Cavendish branch that they are Idiots. One clicks tells a custom to to tell the other clicks that they are IDIOTS, "IN FRONT OF OF OTHER CUSTOMS", I was really shocked.
To Woodbridges defenfnce I mention that they called you to first before sending me so I don't have to drive for nothing, Themba responded yes she phoned, again she is an IDIOT. Coming from a service industry of knowing how hard it is to lock in loyal customers, I then posed the competitor question, I asked do you think I will get better customer service from Dischem, Themba then answered yes and I can go there because they will have stock as well. Petetic service from a custom facing staff who dilebratly rubs Clicks name in the dirt.
I did go to Dischem and guess what, the helped me in 15 minutes posed to the 2 hour clicks ordeal, the pharmacist and cashier gave the best service without knowing the horrific prior events and service I got from Clicks and to top it all of the where 15% cheaper.
Well done Clicks for losing me as a client and with word of mouth I will take away more clients.
Carry on like this clicks and for sure your competitors will take your declining market share These are the service mistake companies make when the get too big and lose sustainability in the long term. I'm sure the share holders won't be happy.
refusal to do blood sugar test
My helper, Emmah, had been diagnosed with high blood sugar at a recent visit to the clinic. I decided to corroborate this and took her to my local Clicks store in Rynfield, Benoni just after 9am on Thursday 14 June 2018. We were the only customers in the store. I asked the man sitting behind the dispensary counter if Emmah's blood sugar could be tested. He replied that there was no Sister available. After establishing from him that there was a blood sugar testing machine on site, I asked if he could please do the test (many diabetics do this themselves on a daily basis not requiring the services of a qualified Sister) I even offered to pay to use the machine myself. Another gentleman (I use the term loosely) came out from an office at the back of the dispensary and rudely told me that there was no machine on the premises. He was clearly lying. He re-directed me to another Clicks store in Benoni, but I wasn't going to take the chance of being rebuffed again.
My questions/complaints are:-
Why did the man lie to me?
Why were we treated disrespectfully?
Were the staff just too lazy to do a simple blood sugar test?
I went to another pharmacy in the area (NOT Clicks) and we were treated courteously and the blood sugar test was done satisfactorily.
essence volume stylist mascara
Hi,
A few weeks ago I purchased the essence Volume Stylist Mascara. When I opened the packaging I noticed that the brush was faulty. In the store there is no way of checking if it is a faulty product. The brush has a few extra long bristles that make it very difficult to use the mascara. If I were to do makeup on someone I would not be able use it as it is too uncomfortable to use. I am really not impressed with it. I have had to buy a new one.
I am a frequent buyer of essence and generally love the brand.
I would like this to be resolved, either through clicks or essence itself.
Thank you
clicks pharmacy waverley
On Monday 25 June 2018 I handed in a prescription for Tenute Dospan. I was informed I would be ordered and I can collect it 26 June 2018. I paid this prescription cash before leaving Clicks Waverley 25 June 2018. Today 27 June 2018 I went to collect my medication. I was informed there is no stock. I was told that they do not know when there will be stock. Clicks I need answers
cashier
I am annoyed the cashier at campus square. Here i am looking at my till slip at home and i find that she charged me for the plastic bag that i gave her. I always take the plastic bag with me when u buy toilet paper so i wont have to buy plastic bags unnecessarily. Now 84cents was charged for my bag. Please train your staff properly because its annoying to find that you have been overcharged.
pharmacy manager ignorance and attitude
Evening! This is a complaint regarding your Pharmacy manager at Clicks Cycad Polokwane. I arrived at the pharmacy with an NB prescription call regarding prescribed pills from A doctor who had to be in Surgery at 18:15. I asked one of the pharmacists to help me but they couldn't so they referred me to the manager. I told the manager my situation and before telling him the situation, I did say ‘please call the doctor to get the prescribed pills, i'll Wait in line it's no problem, just get the names of the pills and continue serving your current patient while I wait in line and keep in mind this is 18:10' he responded with attitude by saying ‘So I must leave the lady and help you' and a whole argument started and deliberately ignored everything I humbly asked him before the argument took place. He then insults me using his home language (Tsonga) which I don't understand cause I'm pedi but the words he used were understandable due to one of the words he used but I understood it. It's those words everyone would use in the own language when insulting someone. I asked nicely to say whatever he said in a language we'll both understand, he therefore denied and continued. He then requested me to sit down and wait. Keep in mind this is now 18:18. Before sitting down I told him that if the doctor doesn't answer this call, I waited 5 min then he called me up, and asks me why I am here? I tell him please call the doctor and get the name of the pills, he then says ‘ we don't have a landline' I then said how does clicks not have a landline? He responded we do have a landline but it's offilne! I asked him why didn't you tell me this in the beginning whereas I had to argue with him only to get the truth at 18:27 which is too late! He then tells me that he won't call the doctor because he's not in need of the doctor I am. I told him that the doctor told me to ask you to call him, because the pills I had to get, he wasn't going to give me because those are prescription pills. He then repeats his statement!
His attitude and ignorance to the urgent request left me appalled and disgusted. I ended up buying the airtime and we called the doctor and he spoke to him, after the call I asked him was that so hard? He then replies by saying ‘my pills are not qualified for urgent calls' I replied by saying I wasn't in a rush for the pills, I just wanted you to get the name of the pills and write them down, whilst you do that i'll Wait in line like everyone else at least knowing that I'm getting my pills! I am disgusted by his attitude and something should be done about this. I came in peace, he made it a whole big argument. This puts a bad name for clicks as a whole! The customer service there is horrific. They do what they want and whenever they want and they treat us like they don't need their jobs!
