Can you please cancel my clientele perks because i am a first year student i cannot afford it. And the person who did it for me didn't explain it to me she just borrow my phone and says i just want to show my boss that I'm at work
I didn't know that she was creating clientele perks for me. I am also a bread winner at home if you are taking 130 every months in my account how am i going to provide for my family. Please cancel that clientele perks.
Desired outcome: If possible can you please reverse my money i want to use it to buy textbooks
Legal policy
I have been with Clientele for over 20 years.
In 2017 I claimed for a Labour Matter.
I am presently in hospital. And has been for the last two years.
Before my hospitalizations I made inquiries about my account status as I have been paying more telephonic I was told that my account was pain six months in advance.
They have repudiated the 2017 claim based on a clause which is not clearly stipulated

Unauthorized debit charges
I was informed that I would receive a phone to confirm or decline. I received no such phone call and have since been charged every month R270 for the past 4 months. I can't afford to pay this every month, let alone pay for something I didn't agree to.
If anyone knows how to discontinue or cancel this please help me out.
I'm already struggling as it is.

Funeral cover
I am so disappointed at how Unethical Clienteles sales people are. I met them at the mall and they explained their product to me. They tricked me by saying that I am not signing up for anything. They said that I will receive a call and only then will I confirm whether or not I will be taking the policy or not. I have not received such a call. But R280 was deducted from my account on the 28th of November without my consent. This is fraudulent and unethical. I want my money back

Cancelation of policy
I have canceled this policy 2 weeks after i joined clientele.
Send 2 email to cancel it and also spoke to a lawyer to cancel this. When i contacted them they told ne it is canceled and im still covered fir July. They eventually send me a cancelation letter. They took a payment again for August. Contact them again this morning and now they tell me they can't refund me cause i canceled after 31 days. And im cover for August.
I don't want to be covered fir this month. The person who send my cancelation letter should have stopped the debit order.
This gives me no choice to contact the onbudsman to sort this out.
An unauthorized debit order
I am in disbelief that such a big company can do such to people. The way I wanted to have a policy with you guys but never thought I would be here this time of the night complaining, you guys must try harder in find way to improve the skills of your sales person, o was literally told that before a debit order was gonna run on my account I am Goin to have a person calling me if I want this cover but there goes my 308 of my account. I am very disappointed in you and I would like my money to be reversed back into my acc account. I don't think I can ever carry on with you guys... 💔💔💔💔💔💔

Funeral policy
The incident happend on the 2nd of may 2022 the company is refusing to pay out the funeral claim for my late mother, their reason is that the policy was still in the waiting period month after it has matured on the first (1) of april and their comencemend date was on the first of november 2021 and she passed way on the 29th of april so they say they wont pay because the policy was still in the sixth month frame. She died 28days after the maturity date. Since I have been calling the company to make payments but hey are refusing to payout

To whom it may concern I would like my policy to be cancelled with immediately
effect.On the 7th of June 2022 I was mislead by one of the agent that joins people for clientele telling me that he is not making me join but to give me information only to find out that he is making me to join. So I have been trying to send emails and calling to get it cancelled but I'm not getting any responses Please I want my policy to be cancelled. My policy number is [protected]. The debited my account on the 23rd of June 2022 the amount of R250 after I send them emails to cancel it.

Yesterday I got a debit order from clintile 497 have been tooked on my account I have been scammed by someone says I will get an SMS from clintile and someone will call me to ask whether I will like to join the police or what

Clientele life has just withdrawn the amount of R250 from my Bank account and I never joined such thing. When I check they say they will withdraw cash every 23rd in a month. This incident happened 22May2022 at 22:24

My aunt joint policy for me in 2019 at Mthatha so now I am no long want that policy cause I am not working and it's taking every cent that is deposited on my Capitec account

Clientele withdraw R250 without signing any agreement with me on the 24th of this monthand they withdraw it two times so all in all it R500 I want to cancel this debit order since I am not interested , I won't be able to pay each and every month since they will keep on doing. I want help to cancel this and if it might be possible I would like my money to be reversed because the amount of income I provide for myself is excremely less.

Most pathetic and misleading service promises.i have lodged a claim on the mobile app and nobody has called me for days yet when you sms them to show interest they call u within minutes.i have a civil issue with tenant for non payment but they are giving me excuses on how they do not cover this.

I was tricked into getting a clientele policy cover and I was told that I would receive a call from clientele to ask if I accepted the policy or not but I got no such thing, I never got a phone call from clientele to ask if I accepted the policy or not what I got was a debit order that I didn't agree to heck I don't even know what this whole thing is about R250 is being deducted from my account monthly and I can't afford that am still a student

Someone used my details and made joined IFA, R420 was debited in my account, they want to refund me R99. This is unfair because I didn't know and I wasn't aware, this is a scam.
I tried to call the service center and tired to cancel the debit order but it didn't work out.
They scammed me claiming that they got me a job so I must provide them with my Details but they didn't let me know about IFA contract I just saw a debit out of no where.
