Dear CMG,
I am one of your disappointed customer, your CSR is not helping at all she put me on hold many times and cant even answer my question. I ask her very simple question (what is the update of my box?) and there is no fulfilling answer, she even ask her colleague what will be the answer and the worse case is I can hear them over the phone laughing and cheering for something else, and put me on hold again.
I am totally disappointed, every other day I'm calling for feedback because my package was picked up over 90 days ago till date the package was not delivered and I am frustrated cause I call a week ago before this, the CSR confirmed that the delivery will be on 23rd of December but it's near 2017 so I'm hopeless.
yesterday's call was a nightmare, the CSR told me I can't track your package, I responded how come?, I'm in front of my PC looking at the your website tracking page, I can see the whole history of my box, and put me on hold again.
My voice is too obvious that I am very frustrated she didn't show empathy at all, she insisted that I should wait for the delivery cause the package was endorse in there agent in Philippines, I told her Ms. your CSR inform me that the box will be delivered 23rd of December and basically your promise time frame in your website is 60-65 days, 90 days of waiting is more than enough!, and she insist again that I should wait, off course do I have a choice I just want a simple update why its delay for delivery for over 30 days, and what is the status of my package.
This is my first time to send package back at home and it is a nightmare with CMG, the CSR don't know to handle frustrated customers, your CSR need to be trained.

I ordered a box from CMG to be delivered on Sharjah that was Thursday, I was informed that they can deliver it on Saturday so I agreed.Then Saturday comes and still the delivery was not made so I called again and they told me that they will deliver it on Sunday because they have a lot of pick that day, so I said fine.Sunday comes and still nobody came and when I called them by Monday I was told that they will send the box that time and that I was on their list on that day as well.Eventually Tuesday comes and no box was delivered, so I called their office to just cancel my order and the KABAYAN woman on the line ask me when did I ask for the delivery so as I was speaking explaining to her that I ordered last Thursday she just put down the phone.1st I was speaking properly, i was not even complaining but just informing her what happened so why did she have to put down the phone while their client is talking is that so professional? The exact time I called is 2:50 pm.2nd my request for the box is last Thursday (Feb 9, 2017) and until now (Feb 14, 2017) nobody came to deliver that box.Its fully understood if the people who goes to deliver boxes and pick up the boxes for delivery is so busy but at least they could have called and informed the people who is waiting for them that they cant come by that time and 2nd thing why employ someone who is very rude and impolite and someone whom you never expect as a kabayan to act like that which is very unprofessional.Theres a lot of other kabayan who are good and well mannered and who deserves a job, why not try to remove this rude kabayan and replace her with someone who is good.I know finding a job in foreign country is not easy but if a person cant work professionally then either you resign or be removed from your company.

I definitely agree with your concern. This is almost the same scenario that's happening to me now. They picked up my box January 25 but until now my friend in Philippines didn't received the package. They can't give any date when it will be delivered. Very bad service!

Hi, I used this cargo last year and same issues with csr and delivery. We ended up going to their warehouse and picked it uo ourselves because I had enough of their promises and under delivered.

i'm having the same problem... now its almost 2 month and my boxes are yet to be delivered. They are the worst forwarded.
i also had a bad experienced with them but with visa application.
All of us are experiencing the same nightmare, I don't know how CMG still can sleep with these issues..how they are still sitting in their desk pretending that everything's ok and under control...shame on their face and in the name of this company...They are just having their work and receiving their salaries because of us (Customers) we are still trusting them but they don't take care about our complains and concerns.

I am experiencing the same issue. My boxes was collected March 23 but until now I did not receive the box. Delivery is only manila. I keep on messaging them but they are ignoring me. Worst thing is they are not giving accurate answers what's the real status of my boxes. I am now here in the Philippines and coming back to Dubai on Saturday but still I did not receive my boxes. We should file a complaint against CMG, they are just responsive if you are booking a box but after they collected, they will ignore you. Worst cargo company.

DISAPPOINTED COSTUMER, I just want to ask about the boxes of my auntie with tracking no.52045, she did not receive the said box. Its already 3 months very bad service. She keep on calling but no one is answering, they will ignore you.She is now coming back to Dubai next day but still she did not receive the box. THEY SPENT MONEY ON THEIR BOXES TO SEND TO FAMILIES! Very very disappointed customer. CMG is dishonest, manipulating and has very poor business ethics. They are so bad they even removed the comments option on their facebook. They have held my 40-foot container cargo (used household goods, im an ofw) hostage for a fee incurred caused by their own mistakes and incompetency. If you dont want to die of a heart attack, dont use CMG. There are far better movers out there - piece of advice. No customer service/customer satisfaction factor at all. They just want to keep charging and keep lying!

Same as Rakel’s story, they are good in promises that they can’t deliver. My 20 foot container arrive Manila port 7th of October. Before leaving Dubai we had issues already. At the time of confirmation of their services, they have not informed us the details or timelines that are very imortant to consider. Due to this we have to pay extra and leave earlier than planned from Dubai. They were not aware of recent changes - rules and regulations at Manila Port. Unbelievable! They were very slow, unprofessional and incompentent. We take charge of the getting the ofw exemption in DOF and clearance because we do not trust them anymore! To make their life easier, they will just ask you to pay customs duty instead. They will scare you to death about demurrage charges. Heard from a friend, she sent two boxes and its more than 2 months already, and not yet delivered. Due to their mistake and wrong practices, we have to suffer. Fortunately, we knew someone from customs who guided us as what to do as ofw. When they knew about it, they started cooperating! They caused me so much stress. I Got very very sick! It was really a nightmare dealing with them!
My boxes pick up april 2022 but until now its already coming sept 2022 nothing exist in our house So when you need update they just reply only in auto message ..
They pick up my box last june 6,2022. I was promised that it will only take 60days to deliver to my place which Mindanao. Until now, it's not yet deliverd. It's been 4 months. No one is responding to those contact numbers they gave online.

10 months and counting since they picked up my stuff last oct 2023. Seems like they're licensed robber operating here in dxb. And i believed that they had blocked me since they are very hard to reach on call. I should had done my research first before choosing this very unprofessional movers
