Coinbase makes it very easy to deposit funds and buy ether and bitcoin. However they make it very difficult if not impossible to withdraw funds. Their "customer service" is a joke. You get a robotic reply with no specificity. They should be investigated by the authorities.

They still have not returned my money. I am not going to invest more.

Problem solved and I got my money inserted to my original bank account after 3 weeks.

it would not let me tap more than one digit, very frustrating considering it asked for at least 2...

I closed my account Feb 2018 I had Bitcoin I asked for the monies to be put in my checking account I provided all the specifics Where are the monies? Coinbase emails me that they are having trouble automatically taking money from my credit card

I made a SEPA deposit transfer of 20 Euros to my Euro account on the 3 weeks ago, since then no money has been deposited into my account. 
I have sent Numerous emails to the support team which has resulted in nothing more than email replies from staff or automated replies from.

They withold your money and will not allow you to transfer all of your money at once or move more than $10K worth of coins in a single day. Coinbase has frozen my account for no reason. Has stolen money from my bank account. This is a criminal company. Can never talked to anyone.

Y'all are refusing to answer my calls or emails I'm tired of bots I need a rep person never use coinbase!

It's been over 2 weeks since I've made a transfer of money to the COINBASE account and so far the funds are not showing on my COINBASE account nor are they reversed back to my bank in Sweden. I've made a email request about this but no answer or reply so far. This is not acceptable.

I wired 1000 euro to my account and the next day it was added to my wallet. Now 2 weeks ago I wired 25.000 euro and it still is not added to my wallet.
No response from support after several mails. Only the f@#*ing bot : I can take till 5 business day...

Where is the money?

Well I couldn't find a way to contact Coinbase. The only page that let me send them an Email kept redirecting me to their bot which didn't help at all.
I simply would like to know when and if Buying and Selling be supported in Israel.

Just Called on +[protected] and I think they are a third party company to whom coinbase has outsourced their customer support. I had issues with loading my account and withdrawal issues as well.
They assisted me in getting it fixed.

Hi, i had over £300 in my coinbase account. I have not done any transfers. Where is my money?

I have an active account at Coinbase. Three times I have wired money to my account successfully. On August 7, 2017 I wired a substantial amount to my account that has not shown in my account. Today is Aug 11, 2017.

I am preparing a lawsuit. This is no way to run a business.

i can not even login to my account, you supposed to get a sms text to login. Was working fine for my first 2 months as a member, but now it does not work.
I have tried to call them, email, and tweet them...its been weeks with no answer.
I can no longer login to my account. I only get automated messages saying how busy they are.

I paid $2, 029.80 on 12 June 2017 to buy bitcoin.

The money was taken out of my bank account by coinbase and I never received the bitcoin.

I sent many support emails to coinbase about this and I never received any response.

I would like a refund of the money or the bitcoin I paid for added to my coinbase account.

I had submitted a payment back on the 15th June using the details supplied in the EUR deposit. I have sent several emails with bo response as the payment has not appeared, I have checked with my bank that the payment has been received but nothing shows in my account with coinbase. I would like someone to reply to this complaint with the next steps

The time I got stuck was when they won't let me verify my account, they just never accept my documents. I had roughly $106K in my wallet, GRILLA CAPITAL LTD assisted me in getting my capital back.

after months of verifying my idenity over and over they are still holding my account hostage i cant buy or sell and i am missing crypto thats been hacked or stole it satrted back in july 7/7/2022 i just got off the phone again with the samr result its now 10/6/2022

i have/had 2 accounts 1 was hacked and locked down, the other was also blocked by coinbase ive sent multiple emails, faxed id records and they still wont unblock me, probably 1500 gone and 1200 in the other. anything i can do to be added to a lawsuit? or other help? please let me know, mjbird70@aol.com
