unauthorized credit card charges/scam
My name is Ebony James i have the fintwist mastercard, I received my direct deposit from my job on November 22, 2019. The next day which was November 23, 2019 i didnt use my card until that night. It declined and i didnt understand why because i had just got paid and it told me my balance was at $0. i called and there were 3 UNAUTHORIZED transactions on my card that was made at a atm that i had never ever been to in my life two for $204.50 and one for $164.50 i have never withdrew my entire check from my card that ive had since AUGUST of this year with my job. It was very devastating with thanksgiving in the same week that this happened and i was really counting on my paycheck me and my 2 children. This has definitely been a nightmare for me i would love to have those 3 transactions from that ATM refunded to my card on November 23rd two of them for $204.50 and one for $164 which was not at all authorized by me. if the fraud deptartment investigates the cameras of the atm i would also like to press charges on whoever it was that robbed me of my paycheck from my card. i can be reached at [protected] thank you.
card stealing money
We have had 63$ taken off our card almost as soon as it loads on our card in the morning the past few paychecks and no one is helping. No one swiped a card and the only information we get is that they want to try an investigation but they won't refund our money when no one else could have taken our money. This is playing with peoples rent money and it is not okay. It needs to be figured out before Comdata gets sued for stealing money.
card declined/atm withdrawal
Went to pull money off at the atm to pay for my cab fair. Tried multiple atms and rang up $30 worth of fairs and still couldn't pull money off or get cash back at a store. I couldn't even get a balance inquiry to go through. All kept saying contact card issuer, or transaction error. All the money I have is on that card. Y'all really need to re-evaluate this system.
urgent issue
I was so embarrassed when I went to purchase dinner for my family and my card got declined. I honestly couldn't believe it because I knew there was money on it. I called the customer service number and they basically said that none of the cards are working and that they was a technical problem. That to me was so scary. We have agents all over the US that need there money and couldn't access it. One of my agents couldn't get gas and was stuck. I'm flabbergasted by something like this happening and i'm scared to leave a $1 on my card after this. Hopefully this will never happen again.
Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Imagine if Chase or literally ANY card issuer had every card suddenly stop working and withholding your funds because of a "system issue" (or a system "upgrade" as the agent struggled to convey in broken English). If a Comdata account is holding any amount of your money, I strongly suggest you take it all out and entrust it to an actual bank or CU, because Comdata apparently cannot be trusted to perform the simplest of their basic functions. Since I'm stranded here for another two hours (at least I think that's what the agent was trying to say based on three repetitions of a basic response) I suppose I'll burn time by writing this cautionary review, considering which institution will get my business, and hoping my mother doesn't pass away before I can get to the hospital. Don't give them a chance to do something similar to you, find an institution that won't suddenly drop the ball for no reason and leave you suddenly and arbitrarily penniless in the obviously likely case that you might need to SPEND YOUR MONEY.
a driver
This driver come to my place of work. The BP on highway 67 off exit 127 brooklet, ga. Brought me his card to pay for diesel. Got mad at me and rude with me because I am not authorized by my boss to do cash back. He wanted $50.00 cash back. I told him I do not do cash back. He got upset with me and told me we needed to put signs up saying that because I messed him up. He said my boss usually does for him and I reminded him that I am not authorized. I wrote down his card information asked him for his name like I do with every com data customer. He said I didn't need it very rudely. And then I asked for his milage and again very rudely he said I don't need it. I don't usually send in complaints or complain about my customers. But I did not deserve for him to be so rude and ugly to me. He is driving truck #445 for Jackie b Lovett's Waynesboro, ga. His card number is 169-389-5320
account cancellation
We've been trying to close our account since July. We emailed three requests to cancel our account, but haven't received any response except automated email with case# (every time different). When I called customer service, I was told to send a request to support@comdata.com.
We want to close the account as soon as possible since not seeing any benefits of it.

They charge me 50 cents each use now I complain and my whole check is gone. It's thur which is payday and they said maybe by monday. I get paid on Thursdays so why do I have to wait til Monday. I'm now going to pay late charges on bills. These companies take advantage of lower class than cry when people go crazy and shoot up their employer. People only can take so much. But asking as the suits go on 50 vacations a year they don't care.
Money taken out of my account
On August 15th 2019 comdata services with drew $188 from my account. When i called customer service they told me they took it because of a despute I made against Walmart that was denied by Walmart. They said during the investigation they put the money into my account but I was never contacted or notified and they took money with out my knowledge. Latawnya Smith [protected]
fraud
my name is George Harris I'm a comdata cardholder with my card ending in 1349, $895 or shall we say two whole checks were taken out of my account entirely the day they were deposited in the last two weeks of December 2017. After coming back from visiting the family I was expecting to have that to come back home to and pay rent. When i came home I had no money to pay my bills. No money for food. I was temp. Employee living month to month. I called comdata and explained the situation. They informed me of two fraudulent charges on my card and that someone named Lauren had taken the funds. They said they would file a dispute and get back to me in 21 days. I wound up homeless for a few weeks. Around May I check to see if the money was back on the new card they sent me. To my surprise nothing. I got a phone call I never got an email. When I called comdata back they said that there was never a fraud dispute filed and that they would begin filing proper filing process and start a fraud dispute and call me back in 21 days and let me know how that goes.I have spoken to six people no seven people since then that said the same thing and said it was being disputed. one even said they'll send me an email about the dispute and the goddamn email was just the email to sign up with for text alerts. It is the end of July and now I'm going to be out of work for 7 weeks due to injury. My had got cut off. So I called this morning. all they did was told me that there was never a dispute before and that they were going to send it to dispute and that they were fraudulent charges from somebody named Lauren again and that they will call me within 21 days and let me know what's going on with my friends are back.I asked to speak with a supervisor because all the people before have said the same thing and everybody before when I asked him if a dispute had already been filed they said no so basically I was getting the runaround. As I write this it is going on 2 hours I've been on this phone call and they just keep putting me on. And just now they sent me two f****** voice mail to have it recorded message and then hung up on me who's the second time they've done some s*** like that would have hung up on me and I would burn this f****** place down if I could right now [censored] comdata. if anyone is experiencing anything like this please contact me and maybe we can have a successful class suit. 9197917745. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the IRS and making reports to the feds and the police and the fraud department this is not the first time that something like this happen if you check on Yelp there's a man named Larry that $1, 000 was stolen from his account and you guys gave him the runaround for the same thing it was a gentleman from Jersey and $1, 000 was stolen from his account in Brooklyn they knew it and you kept giving him the runaround like how you know somebody named Lauren from a different state stole My money and you keep giving me the runaround for 6 months.
Again on hold while they send it to dispute because the phone call before that sent it to disputes they have no record of so again I'm leaving to a unless supervisor. I they never put me through to admin. Can I please speak to someone in charge
Also every time I call all the agents are either busy or when I finally get them they talk over my or put me on hold right after saying they're sending it to dispute.they never listen to the fact that it they never file the dispute. Or that every time I call back they say there's no record of a dispute. Someone please help me!
Just tried to call again and have the matter handled there still no email from the dispute department and he hung up on me
Im going through the same thing right now with my account $443 was taken from me on Dec 15 an i called soon as i saw unauthorized transactions wasn't made by me an i filed a dispute. Got a email from fraud dispute team an they DENIED me! After reading over it i seen they DOUBLED the refund amount to $843? I never said that much was took out of my account..So now i filed ANOTHER dispute an now waiting..ive just been calling every since i did it to make sure im updated an so are them..
comdata mastercard
About 10 days ago I started seeing charges of $1.38. I had been trying to register my card online so I could see what these were. Spent 4 days trying to get it registered with the correct info. I called customer service and all the sudden it the info works. None of those charges were there in the history. Called again and was told I made up the charge and the guy is locking my card to investigate the situation. I proceeded to try and get more information about the charges that I supposedly made up. If I made these charges up why would they lock my card to investigate? This smells foul to me.
atm withdrawal
A couple times I have used an atm to get cash out and no money is disbursed however the money is taken out of my account. I promptly reported the incidence and received an email weeks later that read it was too late for me to dispute the transactions. I mean this has happened more then once and to other people as well and that is not fair, I don't make a good wage to start with.

I had 3 unauthorized charges on my comdata cardholder card the first one was for 39$ the second one was for 54$ and the last one was for 39$ dates are 4-10-2019 and 4-11-2019. I already called in and reported it and I have my replacement card on its way in the mail. I wish to have a refund for the stuff I did not authorized. It would be perfect if you guys look into it
I am a Hirschbach Long haul Driver I stop for fuel and use my card in alot of states Not all cashiers are trust worthy
My card was charged $303.95 in Burns Harbor, IN 07-19-2019 at at 234 Milton Rd I was in southern Indiana when this happened 200 miles away I would appreciate my money back
overcharged on my card
I made a purchase of on amazon for $5.99 and I also made two vending machine purchases. One for $1.45 and one for $0.75. That adds up to 8.19. Now I checked my balance before made these purchases and I had $8.80 on my card. Haven't swiped the card again besides today at the all point atm to check my balance. And take off bill money. Comdata had taken off $6.79 for no apparent reason. I didn't overdraft my card because I ensured checking my balance before making those purchases. I'm highly upset because they just took $6.79 by mistake from my card. And I called customer service to tell them.. And he said "oh that happens, is there anything else I can assist you with". So I hung up the phone. I want my $6.79 back.
trying to take money off my card
Something/someone keeps trying to take $13-$15 ofc my card and I don't know who or why. I get mobile alerts saying amounts been declined for $13-$15 because uncifishent funds and I don't know who's taking money off my cards and I've got more alerts before saying $13-$15 been taken off and I never know who's taking it off of there. If there's any way to get my money back on there I'd appreciate it please. Thank You.
paycard funds never dispensed
My money was never dispensed at an atm, I was prompt and called the next day to make my dispute, they said it would be handled within 11 business days, it's been 12 and nothing has happened. I've not been contacted in any form, I've not gotten my funds replaced, I'm missing bills because of all this and whenever I call I get a rep that doesnt seem to care.
Same thing... used atm... no money dispensed... called comadata. was told to call number on atm... did, they sold.. called comadata again. put on hold for 15 minutes.. automated voice comes on...in essence we re too busy to take your call. call tomorrow. them hung up on... called the next day... early... after holding... same voice... too busy... hung up on... customer service?
unauthorized withdrawal of my entire account
Yes, I got paid Sept 19th 2018 at 5am and by 9:00 my entire account of 563.99 was depleted. I contacted Comdata of the unauthorized withdrawl they gave me a case # of 246427. This is the second time this has happened. Even tho I was assured all apologetically that it wouldn't, well it did! My case# is 246427. I have made a police report and I've contacted my lawyer. Please let me know the status of my reimbursement.
comdata pay card/getting a refund within promised time frame?!?!?!?!
Ok, so I had an issue where my fiance and I booked a room and then had actually gotten into a car accident. Well, at approx. Midnight I contacted the hotel where I was booked to stay, not the priceline csr that made my reservation. I simply had called at that point because I just wanted to let them know that we had still planned to come. Also please note... This was a gift to my fiance for her birthday turned 33 on 10/8. Well we had our little 9 month old son with us and did not want to take any chances so we had him checked out. Soooo... Well, as you know time at the hospital and wait times at er's can be extremely long to say the least! So come about 330 roughly I called priceline because I kept calling and calling and calling the front desk at the waterfront hotel on the west side of indianapoilis indiana. I called from 330 up to 5am and still didn't get a rep on the line from waterfront however I had been in touch with the pirceline customer service during this. I will also note, cola and mark, customer service reps at priceline.com are exceptional customer service representatives, very kind and will see to it to the best of their ability that they get you answers, so suppose to have money back on card within 24 hours and do not have it yet and it is 26 hours roughly. Ok, so I can understand that may be being a little picky but I was told 24 hours and I need the money in a bad bad bad way. Canb someome please help
Can someone/anyone please give me any ideas on how about getting this money posted to my card like as soon as the CSR office opens?

I’m so sorry Ebony. I know it’s a little late but hopefully you have received a resolution by now. I’m on here for the first time because I just got screwed over the Thanksgiving weekend and at first I thought it was my employer but now I’m starting to think that it is the ATM company are use it at CVS because it’s free. And I’m not crazy about the 60 day alleged resolution timeframe. Also the helpline for my debit card the lady was acting as if she were right and I were wrong and I told her let’s get one thing straight”. The customer is always right”. You need to strongly make that clear during your conversation with every customer- Even if you know for a fact that they are wrong. There is a very simple and professional way to speak with them about it and without leading them down the yellow brick road you can always send a letter afterwards pointing out what the problem was and how they could have a better experience in the future but never tell a customer there wrong while they are explaining their case and clearly upset on the phone or in person.
Second thing she needed to be told was that the customer is the most “important person”. Resolution and sometimes being made in a customers eyes by simply expressing concern about what happened I have all the company will strive to not repeat the same.
I would love to hear about your resolution if you’re reading this and also I will keep the site updated on mine. It’s funny how the receipt they gave us is not your typical receipt in comparing to others online. Supposedly it should’ve been an insufficient funds receipt but it came out as if we were looking for a balance on both checking and savings and it has no reference number. And I think it was you who mentioned about the cameras and I’m wondering the same thing. After this we went down to Rite Aid trying to get $40 from there and got insufficient fund receipt from them. Who in their right mind is going to run around doing is wasting gas and time when there’s no money in there and then making phone calls and posts about it? I currently do DoorDash and Uber so it’s been really a struggle between the gas prices and the weather and now some scandalous ATM company. I never gave those machines much thought but now I am really going to be careful and my best advice is to get cash back from the dollar tree, for a buck and you can get either 10, 20
Or $50 and walk out with the purchase of candy bar for the road and no fee! And it’s not every day you can take $10 out or $50. I wanted to end this very long paragraph on a positive note. Please get back to us on your situation and I hope things are going better
